夕方〜深夜まで欲望のままに食べるひとり飲み

Today’s business is over . I finished work early today, so I’m feeling good about going home. When I get home, I immediately change into comfortable clothes. I prefer to go barefoot, even when it’s cold indoors. I’d like to go for a drink right away, but first it’s fever time with the dogs. Their fur has piled up, so once I’ve finished vacuuming, it’s time for some early, exciting time for myself. This moment is already blissful. Now that I’ve recharged a little, the first thing I’ll do is tidy up the kitchen, which I’ve been neglecting. I prepared some carbonated water just before, so I’m going to get started right away. Today I’d like to enjoy the flavors of autumn to the fullest. I love potatoes, chestnuts, pumpkins, and persimmons. I used to think that autumn was the time when it was easy to gain weight, but where did autumn go?… As I edit this, I can already hear the footsteps of winter sprinting towards me! Once cut, let’s remove the bitterness. While we wait, let’s prepare a quick appetizer. Persimmons are no exception and are a favorite autumn flavor. Today we will be using my favorite prosciutto
. Sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and pepper. Once the sauce is ready, we can start cutting the persimmons. This time we will try cutting them a little thinner. Persimmons. We will line up the delicious persimmons and then the prosciutto! This time, I chose thinly sliced, fluffy prosciutto. Add the sauce from earlier and the persimmon and prosciutto carpaccio is complete. I can’t wait to eat it… Since this is my first time trying prosciutto, I tasted it without any toppings . It was fluffy and soft, with just the right amount of salt, and I loved it . I’d love for you to go out with me, or even marry me! I ‘ll also try sweet potatoes . I drained the sweet potatoes . Oh no, I’m out of them! I’ll save this for another time. I bought some parchment paper from the 100 yen store at Cainz, and it’s so useful because it has a large capacity 😂 I’ll line them with parchment paper and coat them with olive oil. Then I’ll arrange them and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes to see how they turn out. While I’m waiting, I’ll prepare the sauce. I’ll finely chop the washed and drained Italian parsley, along with some drained yogurt, mentaiko, garlic, honey, and Italian parsley . How about the sweet potato? Another 10 minutes seems good! This is my first time, so I wonder how it tastes? The slightly sour yet creamy taste of the yogurt, the saltiness of the mentaiko, the punch of garlic, and the Italian parsley add a nice accent. I ‘ll have to prepare some drinks now. Today’s theme is a wine tasting party.

I was planning to eat it tomorrow, but I chopped up some vegetables and decided to make some Neapolitan pasta, which I’ve been wanting to eat lately. Let ‘s make something rich that goes well with alcohol! This is Kushikatsu Tanaka’s revenge! (A long time ago) It’s hard… the bacon is a chunk! A block is delicious 😋 Today, I’m in the mood after drinking, so I’m determined to cook it on a hot plate(?). First, prepare hot water in a pot. I’ll fry it in olive oil on the lid. I’ll start by browning the bacon… no, I’ll just go all out! I’ll boil pasta in the pot next to it . The perfect size is very helpful! I’d like to take a break from the wine party and go back to beer . We can always start over with beer, but the wine party is on hold for now. It’s packed with vegetables, so it’s basically a health food. I eat prosciutto while looking at the ingredients in the Neapolitan pasta . This waiting time is surprisingly blissful. I feel that drinking alone when you’re bored is more fulfilling if you have something to do. It’s starting to turn out nice, so I’ll start frying the ketchup. Next up is the consommé… I’ll rummage through the condiments I’ve stuffed into the small cupboard and add the consommé and a little bit of medium-thick sauce. Ketchup, medium-thick sauce, consommé, butter, and your favorite ingredients.
And then there’s the essential butter . The noodles are turning out nice, so I’ll go next and have a hearty meal. It smells amazing! It already looks delicious. Today, I’m making this Neapolitan with a creamy flavor. Finally, I’ll add milk and fresh cream for a rich, creamy taste. This is the second time I’ve started. Consistently, the Neapolitan is delicious as always. The tartness of the ketchup and the richness of the cream combine to create a rich Neapolitan that’s perfect for finishing off a meal. The large bacon adds a nice accent. The combination of tartness and creaminess is exactly what I wanted to eat…! The chewy noodles are coated with rich ketchup. I tried making it a little spicy. I didn’t have any powdered cheese, so I added Tabasco, but do you really add Tabasco to Neapolitan? Making it creamy and spicy like this isn’t a contradiction; that’s what makes it good! The spicy, sour taste doubled my appetite. I wonder why the amount of pasta is never just right every time… I had a little more pasta left, but I always overcook it, so I left a little and boiled it, but I probably should have boiled it all. What a shame… It also contains a lot of vegetables, so the sweetness of the vegetables comes out and it’s delicious. Also, it’s an important spice to eat after a long time, and it goes well with the coffee shop’s classic Neapolitan beer . Starting with Italian food, this is a coffee shop where you can drink. I didn’t work overtime today and got home early, but I had a lot on my mind, so rather than finishing early, I left work, lol. But after eating what I wanted, I feel a little refreshed and I think I can work hard again tomorrow. I ended up with some sauce left over. I like nature wine, and I saw this one at the supermarket, so I bought one I’d never tried before. It won’t open… My usual one wouldn’t open, so I’ll try a different one. It’s a nice adult wine. Time to wait a moment , it won’t open, but the other one was really easier to open… This is it, this was a piece of cake . Even though I took a bath, I worked up a sweat. It’s a little sour and refreshing, but sweet and fruity, and I love the taste. It tastes like the fine wine of victory. It’s time to resume some wonderful adult time!
