— 材料 —
・パプリカ
・牛肉
・ガーリックパウダー
・こしょう
・塩(お好みで)
・チーズ
・パセリ(なくてもOKです)
— 作り方 —
1.パプリカを半分に切りヘタと種を取ります
2.牛肉にガーリックパウダー 、こしょうで味付けします
（濃い味が好きな人は塩も入れてください）
3.パプリカに肉を詰めます
4.チーズとパセリをかけてオーブンで30分焼いて出来上がりです！
