RICE BOWL WEEK – DAY 5 [RECIPE]

A 20 minute meal that’s fresh a delicious. Bake salmon, make the sauce, prep the veg. Easy!

SALMON
-season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil
-bake 380 deg F (convection) or 400 deg F (no convection)
-7-8 min
-Sockeye was about 3/4 thick

TAMARI-DIJON DRESSING

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mayo (kewpie is my preference)
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp low-sodium tamari (I use @sanjtamari gluten-free tamari)
1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

TOPPINGS
-edamame
-grated carrot
-cucumber
-avocado
-sesame seeds
