Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make pound cake with okara powder. This time I will make a very moist and delicious pound cake using okara powder. Usually when I make pound cake, I use flour or pancake mix, but this time I will not use these two flours. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Okara powder, almond pudding, baking powder, sugar, milk, eggs, unsalted butter, almond slices, and this time I will use these ingredients. First of all, I’m going to use okara powder in this pound cake, but I’d like to add a little almond pudding as well. This will make a very savory and delicious pound cake. And the butter that you use, make sure you use unsalted butter. And then I’d like to put some more toppings on top. This one is your choice. I’m going to use Kikkoman’s soybean milk okara powder. It is a very fine and fine-grained okara powder. Using this fine-textured okara powder will result in a pound cake with a good texture. And now here it is. I will use an 18cm pound cake mold. Can find 18cm pound cake molds here at 100 yen stores, so if you don’t have one, please check them out. Or you can use oven-safe cupcake molds from 100 yen stores. Baking time should be adjusted then. Then cut a baking sheet or cookie sheet like this in this pound cake mold and cut four slits in it. Then place this baking sheet inside the mold. Prepare the pound mold here like this. Easy recipes at home Now let’s get started. First of all, we will melt unsalted butter in the microwave to make melted butter. Microwave at 600 watts for 30 seconds. Heated. There are still a few lumps of butter, so melt this thoroughly all the way through. OK. If you think it is still a little hard to melt at this point, try heating it for an additional 10 seconds. The butter is now ready. Next, the flours are combined. First, add okara powder, almond pudding, and baking powder. Mix these three flours together first. OK. Make sure to mix it in fully like this. Now let’s make the dough. First, crack the eggs into a bowl. And first, lightly mix the eggs only with a whisk. OK. Then add sugar all at once here. Once the sugar is added, mix quickly. Mix until the sugar is no longer tactile. Mix with the image of whisking a little. OK. I just whisked for roughly a minute. This makes it a little foamy and frothy. Then add melted butter. And mix well. OK. Then add milk. Mix well again. And finally, add the flour mixture here. Be sure to sift this one before adding it. Then mix well. Now the dough is ready. Mix like this until there are no lumps. Now pour the dough into the prepared mold. OK. Then I will put the last almond slice on here. Make sure to place the almond slice avoiding the middle a little bit because you’re going to make a slit in the middle in the middle. Keep the middle slightly open like this. Now I will bake this one in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. I want to bake it for the first 10 minutes of baking and once the surface is slightly browned, I will take it out and cut a slit in the middle and then bake it for the rest of the time. Now I will bake it for 10 minutes first. Now I’ve baked for 10 minutes and taken it out. Then we will cut a slit in the middle. If you make a slit in the middle like this, it will be baked in a beautiful shape. Now I will bake for the remaining 25-30 minutes. Baking time is up. Baked and looking delicious. After baking, they are immediately removed from the molds. The baked goods should be removed from the molds as soon as they are baked, because if they are left in the molds to cool, they may shrink and form fins. The baking process is very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself. Now I will take it out. And before you take it out, I took it out right now, but if you poke it in the middle with a bamboo skewer like this and the raw dough doesn’t stick to it at this point, it’s OK. If the raw dough sticks to the skewer, it is still uncooked and should be baked for an additional 5 minutes. If the top is almost burnt, cover it with aluminum foil while baking. Then cool it down, but when you cool it down, cover it with a piece of kitchen paper to prevent it from drying out. Now that it has cooled down properly, I would like to cut it. マドレーヌカップだと高さがないのでマフィンカップが良いですか?
型が18センチなので、6〜8個くらいを目安に焼ければと思います。

あと、牛乳では、なく豆乳でも大丈夫ですか?

また、香ばしさを気にしなければ、アーモンドプードルは無しでも近い仕上がりになりますでしょうか?😀
分量どおりに準備して粉を混ぜるとボソボソになるのですが何が問題なのでしょうか?😅
