ニンニクの味噌漬け

We would like to make garlic pickles with miso paste this time. We use 150g of garlic (we separate bigger ones from smaller ones and peel). We would first cut the butt and peel the skin. When we wash them, even the thin skin would go off quite easily. Once they get clean, we would microwave bigger ones 500w for 40 seconds to 1 minute, and the smaller ones for 30 seconds in microwave steamer. They would get a little soft. Please be careful not to steam them too much to get too soft. We would mix steamed garlic with 1.5 to 2 table spoons of miso paste, 1 table spoon of sake. We would then put them in a clean container. We could eat them after 2 weeks or so.

ニンニクが大量に余っていたため、今回は引き続きニンニクの保存方法を紹介します。今回は味噌漬けにしました。

材料:
  にんにく: 150g
  麦みそ: 大匙1.5から2杯
  酒: 大匙1杯
