【家事ルーティン】家事をしてお菓子作りをする主婦の日常 | レアチーズケーキでおうちカフェ | 筍ご飯

I have no plans today, but I have a lot of things I want to do. I will do the housework as usual in the morning. After washing, vacuum the bathroom floor. Clean the stairs as it is. Thanks to the cordless handy cleaner, I can easily clean the stairs. If I am concerned about the soil at the entrance, clean it at this timing. Soil and garbage accumulated in the vacuum cleaner. Bye bye. Clean the TV and its surroundings with dust. Look around the room and remove the dust from the part I am interested in. This box contains basil and mint seeds. It’s nice weather so I moved outside. Then water the flowers. It is steadily growing from flowers to fruits. I’m looking forward to watching my growth lately in the morning. I picked up the dust that had been left behind and resumed cleaning. I will clean up the stationery that I used yesterday and left as it is. Clean the toilet and dry the laundry. The heat as if it was summer after jumping over spring. I seem to wear the wrong clothes. Return the tableware used for breakfast to the original place. I usually wash the drainer rack at this timing, but today the place to dry is occupied by PET bottles. So I decided not to wash it today. A lot of spring flowers. It’s a fun time to take a walk. I had lunch with my husband and went shopping. I bought it because the bamboo shoots were a bargain. I will remove the lye immediately. I was surprised that the skin was harder than I imagined. Since this is my first time, I will use rice bran and chili peppers faithfully to the basics. Cover with otoshi buta and simmer over high heat. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer until soft. Make a rare cheese cake while boiling. First, make a bottom using biscuits. I wasn’t particularly hungry, but the extra one naturally teleported into my stomach. Mix 60 g of crushed biscuits with 30 g of melted butter. Put it in a mold with a paper pattern and press it firmly. Keep it chilled in the refrigerator. (15 cm mold). Bamboo shoots are sometimes boiled with lye or water. Make the dough for a rare cheese cake. Soak 4 g of powdered gelatin with 2 tablespoons of white wine and boil in hot water to dissolve. I’ve never seen a recipe for a rare cheese cake that uses white wine. Add 30 g of granulated sugar to 180 g of cream cheese that has been returned to room temperature and mix well. Add 90 ml of sour cream and mix well. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. (1/3 when squeezing lemon). 100 ml of fresh cream. This recipe is really easy as you just add the ingredients in order and mix each time. It looks smooth and delicious. Put the dough in the gelatin solution, mix and put it back in the dough. The dough is completed in no time. Remove the air and cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. Bamboo shoots were also boiled softly. Let it cool for about 8 hours. I’m also happy that there is less washing than other cake making. The stove has become difficult, so I will clean it. For the details, I used the bamboo skewers used to check the bamboo shoots. “Utamaro” is a big success at home. “Utamaro” is a very popular residential detergent in Japan because it has good biodegradability and is kind to the environment and skin. Also wipe the part that was a little dirty. clean. The trivet is easily washed with Utamaro today. Actually, I think it’s better to soak it in baking soda and wash it thoroughly. But today I have something I want to do, so I will pass. After all, it was early evening. Hurry up and take in the sheets and make a bed. It’s still cold outside at night, so return to a warm room. After dinner. Make a blueberry puree to put on the cheesecake. 100 g of blueberries, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Blueberries are getting softer. Mix 4 g of gelatin in 40 ml of water. Pour onto a hardened rare cheese cake and chill in the refrigerator overnight. After about 8 hours, I think I was able to remove the lye sufficiently, so peel it off. I was worried about how much it would be peeled off, but I stopped when it was peeled off. It has become so small. I will use it for tomorrow’s dinner, so soak it in water and save it. Thaw the firefly squid that my husband got from the workplace. For rice, we will cook rice using the bamboo shoots that were boiled yesterday. 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, mirin and sake. (For 300g of rice before washing). Add kelp soup stock to make 400 ml. Soak the rice in the soup stock for 30 minutes. Remove the eyes, mouth and cartilage of the firefly squid. It took about 20 minutes in total because it was a lot. But with this effort, it will be many times more delicious. It was boiled, but it was frozen, so I boiled it lightly just in case. I can’t eat it all at once, so I’ll make a recipe. Soak in olive oil with garlic and basil. After soaking for a day, it’s done. This season’s rape blossoms are likely to be eaten. Pour hot water over the fried tofu to remove the oil on the surface. The appearance of today’s protagonist. Separate it for bamboo shoot rice and sandwiched rice. I put a lot of bamboo shoots in luxury because it was a big deal. Heat on medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat for 12 minutes. Then turn off the heat and steam for 15 minutes with the lid on. Finely chop a part of the bamboo shoots for sandwiching. 200 g of minced chicken, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 1 teaspoon of salt. Sprinkle flour on both sides of the bamboo shoot. Cover and bake for 3 minutes on each side. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of mirin and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. The amount of seasoning liquid was small. Bamboo shoot rice was also cooked deliciously. It has a very nice scent. I am taking the rubber band that I put on so that the sleeves do not come down. The scent of bamboo shoots is strong and the rice can be cooked plumply. Tofu and rapeseed soup. I completely forgot to season the firefly squid and wakame seaweed. Sprinkle with ginger soy sauce. I love the texture of raw wakame seaweed and have been eating it a lot lately. Tsukune sandwich grilled bamboo shoots with full volume. My husband hurriedly went to eat with a person at work, so I had him eat the next day. My husband is back, so I’m looking forward to starting the house cafe. Make milk tea with the milk ice you have made. Cake sword ceremony. Since it contains sour cream, it is refreshing and has a moderate sweetness. It became a beautiful gradation. It became a fun home cafe while listening to what happened at my husband’s dinner party. Thank you for watching until the end 🐰💕.
