水 110g
バター 20g
甘みがあるのでそのままでもおいしいちぎりパンです。
切り込みを入れてサンドイッチやクリーム、ジャムを挟むとおでかけにもぴったりです。
甘みを無くしたいときは砂糖を80gから60gに減らして作ってください。
手で成形するなら打ち粉いらずの扱いやすい簡単なパン生地です。
