This is hands-down the best creamy coleslaw—easy, tangy, and perfect with BBQ or fried chicken. Classic Southern flavor with the creamiest dressing.

RECIPE:

Veggies:
6 cups green cabbage, shredded
4 cups purple cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded & squeezed dry
4 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
½ cup mayo
⅓ cup buttermilk
1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp sugar (or more)
1½ tsp celery seed
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Whisk dressing. Toss with veggies. Chill a few hours or overnight. Done!
