Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make a BLT sandwich. A BLT sandwich is a sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. This time I would like to make this one easily in one frying pan. In addition to bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, this time I would like to add eggs and cheese to make it hearty. The recipe is very simple. There are some key points here and there, so please enjoy to the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Bread, melted sliced cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, milk, salted butter, ketchup, salt, pepper, here are the ingredients. First of all, going to use 8 slices of bread rolls. Can use 6 slices if you like. 4 slices are a little too thick, so I would suggest using 8 slices or 6 slices of bread. And this time it’s a BLT sandwich, and I’m going to add an egg and then some cheese. The cheese is melted sliced cheese. You can use cheddar type here. As for the eggs, we will use size L this time. Can use size M for this one. And the eggs are combined with milk, but you can substitute water for the milk here. I would like to make it as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home I will make it as soon as possible. First cut the bread in half. Cut it in half like this. Now continue to cut the cheese in half as well. Let’s cut it like this. Next, tear off an appropriate number of lettuce pieces and rinse them in water. After the water is thoroughly drained, wipe off the water with paper. Any water left in the lettuce will result in a watery finish, so wipe off the water properly. Then tear it into pieces of appropriate size. Tear it into pieces about the size that is appropriate to eat. Can often find lettuce in supermarkets that has already been torn into bite-size pieces, so you can use that as well. Now I will continue to slice the tomatoes. First I cut off the heft. Then slice it. I would suggest that you slice roughly 5mm wide. Be careful not to crush the tomatoes at this time. Tomatoes are now OK. I think it’s about 4 pieces to use. Now I will continue to beat the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl. And mix the eggs lightly first only. After lightly mixing, add milk here. As I mentioned earlier in the ingredients explanation, milk can also be water. By mixing with water in this way, the egg protein is loosened and the texture becomes very soft. Mix thoroughly with this. Season the rest lightly with salt and pepper. The eggs are now ready. Easy recipes at home Now let’s continue to cook the bacon. First I place the bacon in the pan. Then put it on the heat. And lightly brown the bacon. Flip over. Remove when lightly browned like this. Keep the bacon cooked like this. Then wipe the pan once. Then put the butter in here. Let’s put it on the fire. Heat is medium. Once melted, spread butter all over. And once the butter is melted, pour in the eggs. As soon as you put the eggs in, put two pieces of bread here. Place them like this so that the cut edges are aligned. I think it would be better if you leave a gap of about 1cm between the cut edges. The heat level should be medium at this point. Cook until the eggs are cooked all the way to the surface. When the eggs are cooked like this and the pan is shaken, the eggs should come away from the pan. Then we flip this one over. Have ho. It’s deliciously browned like this. Then once you do that, turn off the heat. And once you turn off the heat, put slices of cheese on top of the bread. Check the browning of the bread. When it is nicely browned, fold it in two. When bending it, it will be easier to fold it if you pull it closer to the edge of this pan. Have ho. Then place the bread and when the eggs are set, flip it over and then put the cheese on top of the bread and fold the eggs inside out of the bread. If you are using an omelet machine, you can skip this step of folding the eggs inward. After turning over, it will take some time to put the ingredients on top of each other, so you can turn off the heat once you turn over. After that, add a layer of bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes, and when you have finished layering all the ingredients, turn the heat on once more to brown the bread. And once browned, fold the bread in half using the edges of the pan. Please note that if you put too much filling, it will be difficult to fold. The ingredients are bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes, but you can replace the bacon with ham if you like. Can do it however you like. こんにちは♪この様に作った事が無いのですが、かなりボリューム感も出て見た目が豪華ですね✨✨とっても美味しそうです🤤自分で作るとトマトの水分が気になりペーパーで軽く水分を取るのですが外出で持って行く時などトマトの種の部分も付けても大丈夫ですか?これからの季節も気になります。
ベーコンが入るとボリュームアップですね。1つのフライパンで作れるのは最高です👍

軽く食べたい時に良いと思ったけど、これはガッツリたべちゃうよ😂
今朝早速作りました。1枚目はうまく畳めず中身が出てくるので,もう1枚載せてサンドイッチ風にしました(パパさん用).2枚目は上手に出来たけど、1枚、2枚目にチーズ忘れてしまった(私様)、3枚目はチーズも入り完璧(息子様)👌 美味しく上手くできたので息子に自慢できました😅
野菜が多くてランチにもぴったりですね!!🤤めっちゃ美味しそう…8枚切りで作りたいけどあんまりみかけない😂

昨日私がお昼に食べたサンドイッチをラインで写真を夫に送りました。帰宅して サンドイッチあるの?と聞いて来ました。食べちゃったよ、と言うとちょっとガッカリしてたので夕飯を作りながらゆかり先生のサンドイッチを作りました。夕飯を食べながら大喜びで食べてました。本当に良かったです。ありがとうございます。
