off-flavors. The inside of the glasses is spotless too,

clear, impurity-free taste . It’s impossible for it not to go well

with President Kumaki from day one . I’ve worked the floor almost nonstop since
then. It’s been brutal . Actually, she (the manager) was the same
. She worked at a nearby steakhouse under

worked part-time at an izakaya I wanted to start my own place, but but I
didn’t have the know-how back then I worked at a Japanese-style izakaya for
three years . I opened my place on a whim, but then
COVID hit right away. It was really tough at first. We were only doing takeout for about two
years. Initially , I was doing seafood bowls ,
