Usually, I think Bo-Bo Chicken is covered with a slightly creamy sesame sauce, but this time I would like to make a refreshing sesame sauce to finish it off. In addition, this one can be easily made without fire. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some key points here and there, so please enjoy to the end. I used fresh ginger this time, but you can of course use the tube type. And for sugar, I use Kibi sugar. I use kibi sugar because kibi sugar gives a little bit of richness, but this one can be made with fine white sugar. Can make it with any sugar you like. And the secret ingredient, miso. This one uses a combination miso with dashi. This miso can be used as you like. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making it. First of all, I will heat the chicken meat in the microwave. This time I use the microwave for convenience, but you can also boil it in hot water. First, place the chicken pieces in a heatproof container. Then turn the cooking wine here. The reason I’m using cooking sake this time is that it has salt in it, so it can lightly season the fish. If you use regular sake or something similar, season it with a little salt and then pass it around. Dip the whole thing in this way and cover with fluffy plastic wrap. Leave one air inlet/outlet. Lenching in this way with cooking wine will make them fluffy and soft. Let’s start by heating this one in the microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute 30 seconds. Heated for 1 minute 30 seconds. Then once done, remove the plastic wrap. This is what it looks like now. Then please turn this one over once. Be careful not to burn yourself. And when you turn it over, wrap it fluffily again and leave one more air opening. Then I will heat this one in the microwave 600 watts for 1 minute 30 seconds as well. Once heated, remove the plastic wrap. Be careful not to burn yourself because sometimes the meat will burst. Check to see if the center of the meat is cooked properly using chopsticks. If it is cooked, it is OK. If it is still not cooked through, try heating it some more. Then this one is still hot now, so I’m going to take it off the heat until it’s hot enough to touch. Now let’s make the sauce. First, chop the green onions. Can do it any way you are comfortable with. Okay, I’m going to cut it off. Chop the green onions like this. Then put them in a bowl here. Put it in like this. Now let’s move on to ginger. First, I peel the skin. Can do it either with the skin on. Then grate this one and put it in. Can also chop it up into small pieces and put it in. I think it is more aromatic and tasty if you grate it like this. Grate it like this. Now I will combine the seasonings. Here are the ground sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, miso, and then sesame oil. Add this and mix well. Mix well until the sugar is no longer tactile. Also, mix the miso properly so that it doesn’t clump. OK. This completes the sesame sauce. Can taste and adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking. Next, I cut cucumbers for topping. First of all, if you look at the cucumbers like this, you will see that there are two types of cucumbers, one is bumpy and the other is smooth. This is the one that was connected to the vine, but first cut off about 1-1.5 cm from the tip of the smooth one. Then rub the cut ends together like this. Then you get a white yolk like this. If you remove the yolk like this, it will remove the bitterness and taste good. Try it for about 30 seconds to a minute. If you don’t get too many bubbles anymore, it’s ok. Then wash this one once. After washing this way, cut off the other end and cut it into diagonal thin slices. Try to cut it roughly 5mm wide. OK. Then I’ll turn it around and cut it vertically into small pieces. Cut it again about 5 mm wide. Try cutting cucumbers this way. Next, tomatoes. This one will be sliced. Cut off this header first. Then we will slice this one. I would like to ask you to slice this one roughly 5mm wide. Tomatoes should be sliced like this. Now the last one is the chicken meat. Please drain off the water once here. Then loosen it by hand. I think there will be streaks like this along the way, like this. Let’s remove this one. If you don’t mind, you can leave it as it is. Unwind by hand. Unwind like this. Now unwind the rest in the same way. Divide it up like this. Now let’s serve it up. First, arrange the cucumbers. It’s an image of the bottom. Put it like this. And then put the scissors here. 今晩の夕食に作りました。
うちも練りごまが常備していなくて、すりゴマだったので、ハードルが低くて、レンジなので台所が暑くなく、簡単に作れました。
先生の包丁さばき🔪観ていて気持ちいいです、あんな風に綺麗に切ってみたいです。
作りました♪ササミはふんわり、タレは生姜がアクセントになりすごく美味しく仕上がりました😂おつまみに最高♪
