初めて食べる日本食!居酒屋で無限に箸が止まらない(和牛,チキン南蛮,しゃぶしゃぶ,角煮etc…)

Not in Sweden. Not in Sweden. Let’s try the food. Let’s try the food. She’s never had like real Japanese food before. So, we tried shabu sukiyaki sushi rice. Do you like om rice? Yeah. Yeah. The the combination of ketchup, egg, and rice is definitely new. What is your favorite so far? I love karag. It’s so good here compared to Sweden. Maybe katsu curry. Kat curry, I think. Or omice for How old are you guys, by the way? I’m 23. 23. 21. What do you feel like drinking? We usually get beer. Okay. Have you tried Japanese beer? Yeah, we tried the asai. It’s pretty good. We drink a lot of beer in in Sweden, right? This is completely different as well. You always have the We don’t have it. In Sweden or in Europe, you just have to make eye contact. Oh, your beer looking very tasty. And it’s very cold here. Nice to meet you. Good. Very good. I like Japanese beer. It’s very kind taste. It’s not very alcohol like easy to drink. Yeah. It doesn’t taste so so strong. You can just drink more of it when it’s lighter. It’s also beautiful. Each restaurant has different type of welcome food. Do you know what daon is? No idea. It’s radish. Radish. Is that radish? This dough on the side is a fish cake. It’s deep fried fishcake. Do you know what dashi is? Do you know what dash? No. It’s like a broth. Use it to have as a base in a lot of food. Exactly. Okay. Do you know how we say before eating something with I can’t remember. I see. I like it cuz I like dashi. Cook radish with dashi. The radish gets so softer and like juicier inside. Yeah, it like just disappeared. I like it. This was really good. The only Japanese flavor we figured out we don’t like bonito salt. You don’t like bonito fl? Oh no, he doesn’t like it. What about you? It’s okay, but not my It’s too fishy for you. I don’t know what it is. We haven’t We don’t have that flavor in this year. I see that. And for me, n I don’t like natto. But do you guys eat fish? No. Taco. No taco. You don’t have culture eating no fish, right? For me, my favorite is Sweden vegetable and fruits is not as good cuz it’s so cold. I see you can just grow it in summer. We grow in Japan and we consume in Japan. And we so proud of vegetables and fruits in Japan. It’s kind of expensive but it’s quality. Yeah. I like this one a lot. This one is really good. This one is deep fried eggplant and with dashi. Have you tried Japanese eggplant? I have. I have not. Do you know what it is? Uh, this one. That’s radish. Oh, how did you know? They serve this with everything. Yes, that’s radish. I like this one. Oh, yes. Eggplant is is not very good in season. I see. Mhm. But this very well done and it’s super good. The texture and just the taste overall is really good. I think he likes dashi. Maybe I do. Without the dashi, it’s not going to be Japanese food. This is my favorite. That is your favorite. Maybe it is the dashi. Oh yes. I feel like there are many flavors. You came back to Japan again. People are mild manner, very focused on individual themselves. When you start talking to them, they’re very talkative. When you go to the store, the customer service is very extreme. You come in, they they follow you around in the store so you can ask questions. In Sweden, they don’t do that. This only happens in Sweden. If they think you’re going to steal. Yeah. Oh, really? No, no, no. Yeah. In Sweden, it’s only if they think you’re going to steal something, they follow you. Don’t feel bad. Japanese people do that for you in Japan cuz it’s totally different meaning, you know. Yeah. He was so shocked. Campai. Campai again. [Music] Next Japanese food. [Music] Wow. It’s called chicken nan. I’m not pronouncing it. You don’t want to try. It’s fried chicken and special sauce around the fried chicken which is vinegar and soy sauce also sugar. And exactly on top it has charar mayonnaise. I’ve never had it. He never had it. Best kag. Best karag you tried so far? Really good. [Music] I like the mayonnaise as well. It’s really good. I like it a lot. This one and tomatoes this far. I like umami foods a lot. It has so much umami. It’s not dry and it’s very soft. I like it a lot. When you use the good quality of chicken, it doesn’t get dry. Fried chicken is almost always dry when we eat it at home. Last piece of the chicken goes to you. always dashy. Always dashy. Wow. Yes. I want you to try Wagyu beef steak. Wow. So juicy. just disappears. I like it. So juicy. Good quality. So good. My favorite. Your favorite beef. I think this will go great with the tomato. I think it will go great with the beef. Do you like it with wasabi? I like wasabi. We have similar spiciness. It’s in family of wasabi. It was good. Super juicy. And then this time I’m going to try Wagyu beef niki. Wow. It’s me. It’s beef pendants. Do you eat this part in Sweden? No. And cooked with dashi again. [Music] This was really good. Is it good? Yeah. It doesn’t make the beat the regular rice, but it’s really good. It’s very It must have boiled a long time. And the spice, I feel like it’s dashy as well. It’s very dashy flavor. I can’t even describe it. Something new to you. Yeah, it’s melted in the mouth. The radish, the wagu. I like the broth. Yeah. You want to try the broth? I like the broth a lot. We never tried this. You’re missing out everything in this part. The broth is always very good except when it’s bonito flakes. No bonito. We’ve eaten a lot of new things. So, this is completed this different side. Okay. Next food. What’s this? I don’t know. Oh, is it? It’s called. It’s a cute name. It sounds cute. Please enjoy. Look, it smells so good. [Music] I think this is the best one. This is Japanese food. Yeah. This was so juicy. It smells so good. So good. What was it called? Pork. A lot of times it’s it has a lot of flavor. It’s very good. I’m so bad at explaining flavor flavors. No worries. But it tastes amazing. Here you go. I don’t think it gets better than this. Oh, yeah. I don’t think so. It’s very juicy. Oh, yeah. It melts in your mouth. Really? What do they do with it? I know. I want you to try this one next. Wow. It’s fish head. What? What fish is it? It’s yellow head. M. It’s grilled with salt on top. I don’t think it’s beating the pork. Oh, yeah. You think? Okay, let’s see. But this one is very juicy as well. You can already tell by looking at the meat. You put the radish on top of the fish. [Music] I really like this. Oh, yes. This is really close to sweet salmon. This fish also has lots of fat. So when you gr it, it just like melts in your mouth. I like fatty fish. This is good. This is the food that is healthy. Healthy but tasty. Very tasty. Have you ever tried yuzu? The Japanese lemon or citrus fruits. You don’t want. So this is alcohol that I want you to try. It’s use alcohol. Wow. I like how many person it doesn’t taste like alcohol. Aonai. But you don’t mind the flavor of you? No. No. No. Not at all. So So good. Japanese food experience. So good. My favorite is the fish, tomato, and the pork. Either the eggplant or the bi. I knew that you’re going to love this. Wow. No surprise. I want to try fish shop. Fish. Have you tried it before? Oh, no. I’ve never heard of it before. It’s dashi. It’s dashi again. Is it? It’s hot. So now I want you to enjoy shaboo shaboo. Really good. So colorful. Wow. I know it. We have three different type of fish on the plate. yellow tail, sea green and sea bus. It’s ready. So fresh. This was the yellow, right? This is much better than the other one. Really? Yeah. But the other one was already good. The other one was good. This one was better. It’s better texture. It’s really good. Really enjoy the fish flavor. It’s like sushimi or flavor and the broth is really good. Okay, let’s try za. [Music] This was better than the other one. I like this one also. This is equal with the white. Really? It’s hard to think it’s white fish. Usually white fish is not. It’s so soft as well. I like this one more also. Can you see the skin? I don’t think I’ve eaten this before. [Music] I prefer the other two, but it was not bad. It’s a lot better than I expected. Oh, yeah. I thought it was better with meat, but it ended up being equally as good with with fish. The sea bass is so good. It’s so good. I think I really like this. Have you ever tried ume before? No. You want to try? Let’s wash everything down with this um Tokyo time. Ooh, it’s very sweet. Tastes a little bit like cherry. This was really good. This is the flavor of it’s so different than um what everyone else thinks. It’s Japanese. So much broader than I thought it would be. I thought it was like mostly and sushi. This is completely different. This is L. But not this tempera with ice cream. Tempura. Tempura. And then this tempura is moi. The moji is made from sweet potato. Okay, let’s try. Here you go. This is for me. I love this. This is also sort of pancakey. Oh, yes. The dough different but good. 海外の方の兄弟(姉妹)は一見してわからないけれど、この右側のお姉さんは「お姉さん」してるなとしみじみ感じました。ほっこり。
他の海外の方の、外食と違っていて、好きです。他は、寿司、和牛しかない。ま、今回和牛はあったけど、薄めなので!(笑)煮つけとか、クリームコロッケとか出たら、キターーーーーー!と個人的には、思っています。(笑)

態度の悪い外国人の入国を拒否したい気持ちと、こういう礼儀正しい外国人に来て欲しい気持ちの何とも言えない葛藤がみんなあるよね。
日本人も含め他所の国に行けばその国のルールに従える人達ばっかりならいいのにね
臭い缶詰として有名なシュールストレミングもスウェーデンだし、アジの南蛮漬けなんて当然食べれるだろうね

日本人でよかったと見終わったあといつも思います。食感や見た目で食べるのことを諦めたりしないこと。食へのこだわり、探究心が欧米人と比べて比べものにならない。なんせ納豆やウニ、ナマコ、蟹味噌、ふぐ…他国の人が食べようとしないものを美味しくいただくこと…他の視聴者さんが言ってるように、鰹節は食えないと言いつつ、鰹出汁は美味しいと言う?
