And this is the Long Edit version of Go Went Go. We’ll take everyone back to the largest region in China once again , the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. I’m sure many of you have heard of Xinjiang, but you might not know what attractions it has and what makes it so special. Let me tell you, this place is filled with a diverse range of nature. It’s divided into two main zones : Northern Xinjiang and Southern Xinjiang. Let me just say that we went to Northern Xinjiang this time around the end of May for a total of 9 days and 8 nights. We first flew from Thailand to Guangzhou, and then from Guangzhou to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang. On Day 2, we departed from Urumqi to Buerjin, where we’ll stop at several places along the way, from the expressway in the desert to the Five-Colored Beach, a series of multi-colored rocky hills. After that, we continued our journey to Buerjin. We checked into our hotel and went out for a bite to eat before heading back to the hotel. We also stopped at the city’s night market. On Day 3, we traveled to Hemu Village , a village of the Tuwa people, a nomadic tribe that separated from the Mongols. The village itself has a stunning view. It is located near the Altai Mountains. And what is very beautiful is that there is a viewpoint here. The pictures come out very beautiful. After that, we will check into the hotel which is near Kanas National Park, which we will visit the next day. On Day 4, we will visit the park. The highlight is Kanas Lake, which is a very beautiful lake. We will visit various points and enjoy the view around . After finishing our trip, we will leave the park and drive back to Buerjin to sleep again. On Day 5, we will see a different side of Kanas, polar opposite. That is a city called Karamai , an oil city in the middle of the desert. There is a place called the ghost city here. It is a group of sandstone pillars that have very strange shapes. At first glance, it looks like we are in a Middle Eastern country. Many movies have been filmed here. After that, we will drive to the hotel in Kuitun. On Day 6, we will continue our trip. We will visit many amazing natural places, such as freshwater lakes on the mountains, valleys cutting through the mountains, and lavender fields. Then we will walk to our hotel in Yining. On Day 7, we will continue to the Nalati Grassland. Many people say that it is the most beautiful grassland in China. You can see the view of the surrounding mountains. There are also Kazakh people who still live their traditional lives. After the trip, we will return to the same hotel to sleep for another night. On the 8th day, we will take a flight from Yining back to Urumqi. When we arrive in Urumqi, we will start our trip right away . We will start from the largest Mahayana Buddhist temple in Xinjiang, the local Uyghur market and the Grand Bazaar, the largest market in the city, which has a lot of Islamic atmosphere. The last day, the 9th, will be the day we return. We will fly from Urumqi to Guangzhou and from Guangzhou back to Bangkok. This ends our trip. A total of 9 days and 8 nights in Northern Xinjiang. If you are ready, let’s go back to Day 1. Hello everyone. This trip to China, we will come to Northern Xinjiang. This is a city with interesting history and very beautiful views. To come to Xinjiang, we will have to fly from Bangkok to Guangzhou and then continue on a flight to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang. On the first day, you might not have any travel plans yet, but when you arrive in Xinjiang, We’ll go in and rest first , and then we’ll see what the next few days bring. Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Go Went Go. We ‘re in China now. We’re in Xinjiang, and many of you have probably heard of it. We’re going to northern Xinjiang. Actually, I have to say that this is my first time here. It’s quite a long flight, right? Because it’s a plane ride, right? In total, it’s 8 hours, not including the connecting time. If you include the connecting time, it’s probably 10 hours. Upon arrival, he said that this place is one of the most beautiful spots in China, Xinjiang. This time, we came with a tour because Xinjiang may require a lot of traveling, such as taking a car or something. We are a private group, with Rejoining Travel, the same one we went to in Harbin. They greeted us with beautiful costumes and speakers. Don’t tell me / they will perform / we have to watch the show first. The last shot was like a rehearsal with them just now. Okay, finally arrived. The journey was so long. Wow, I’m excited because this is one place I really wanted to come to. Let’s go see what Xinjiang has to offer today . After eating, we finished our first night at the hotel. This is morning because we arrived last night. Went to bed and woke up here. All done. My voice is a little hoarse because the weather has been changing frequently lately. Not feeling well. Come and pick me up. This is the first morning. Welcomed with rain. Comfortable. This is Urumqi City in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It’s great. It’s raining on the first day. I haven’t done anything yet. I want to freshen up first. And this is Yen Yayok . Yes, Jub Groo, Pin Suda , and Jinny Ja. I ‘m tired. Having to name names. I wonder if the audience is waiting for me to name them. When I meet someone, I have to name them for them. They have to have at least 2-3 syllables. Today, we’re going out. What’s the name of the city we’re going to ? Grandpa , Grandma , Grandpa , what? Pu’er Jin, Pu’er Jin. Okay , I’m taking this to make the audience feel comfortable. Pu’er Jin. Okay, let’s go. It’s just a quick look. Let’s go. Oh, I’ve got water prepared. The service is like that of an elder. They’ll take care of everything . This is a private tour. The car is a small minivan that can seat 6 people. The minivan is in case you’re coming in a small group. It ‘s a bit difficult to talk, but we can talk. Back to China again. I have to say that this time we came to Xinjiang, which is located on the northwest coast of China. It has an area, bordering 8 countries. It’s a lot. It’s also the largest autonomous region in China. It’s also the largest mainland in the country, with an area of over 1.66 million square kilometers. To put it simply, it’s as big as Iran. And it is three times larger than Thailand. I must say that this area is home to a wide variety of ethnic groups. Because in the past, it was an important point on the Silk Road, where caravans of traders from various lands passed through. At the same time, it has been closely related to China for many eras. Until the Qing Dynasty, Xinjiang was fully incorporated into China. The name Xinjiang was established during this time, meaning new land. Later , in 1949, it was incorporated into the People’s Republic of China. And in 1955 , it was established as the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The word Uyghur comes from the fact that almost half of Xinjiang’s population is Uyghur. They are a Muslim ethnic group of Turkic descent who have lived in the area for a long time. They have a culture similar to Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. It can be said that this area allows us to see the close relationship between Central Asia and China very well. And the charm that makes many people travel to Xinjiang is , of course, the very special nature here. We can see deserts, grasslands , and snow-capped mountains all over. Just come to Xinjiang , and this time, we’ll take you to know how beautiful northern Xinjiang is. Now we’re at the point along the way. We’re on Road S21, which is a road that cuts through the middle of the desert. This is a really long one . During this trip, we will pass one of the most famous routes in Xinjiang, the S21 Altai-Urumqi Expressway. This is the first expressway in Xinjiang that cuts through the desert. This expressway was built to shorten travel time between Altai and Urumqi. From the original 7-8 hours, it now takes only about 3.5 to 4 hours . What’s special is that this expressway cuts through a large desert , the Gurbantungut Desert, which is the second largest desert in China. Therefore, along the way, we will see a panoramic view of the desert. It feels like we’re really adventuring in the desert. Let’s go in and see. The driver told us to climb up and look at the top. It’s cold, is n’t it ? Pretend to play with real sand. Do you really want to see the distant view ? He was afraid that our shoes would get dirty, so he wrapped them in plastic. When asked what we saw up there, the answer was a road and a cold view. Let ‘s eat, let’s eat. We don’t know where this is. The wind is blowing so hard. Follow him. The driver has already reserved it for us. Let’s eat first. We have to go quite far because we haven’t reached the tourist zone yet. This is the windbreaker. It should be in the hotel. Take us to eat at the hotel. Take us in. Okay, sit at this table. We’ve finally arrived. In my life, I’ve never slept so much before. The glass is so cute . The glass is so cute. / Just saw it while talking. / It’s a dog and cat. It’s a hotel, but I’m not sure where we are now. Let’s eat first. The program is similar to a Chinese banquet. After eating, we will go to the 5-colored beach. Wow, here comes a huge bowl. The egg soup is delicious . It’s delicious. I ’ll just eat the egg soup. What is this? It should be pork leg. Is it mala? I don’t think so. Is it mala ? Okay, try it . Talk to the camera a bit. Hello. What is this? There are noodles . There are noodles at the bottom. I will tell you that the food is easy to eat. It ’s more delicious than I thought. It’s Chinese food. Everyone is finished. We’re full. We will go back to the car today. We haven’t reached the real tourist destination yet. It takes time to travel. I have to say that Xinjiang Province is very big. It’s 3 times bigger than Thailand. 3 times bigger than Thailand. And of course, it’s the biggest in China. This time, we only came to northern Xinjiang. Actually, there are more places to visit in southern Xinjiang. But wow, just the northern part, this clip takes 9 days already. It ’s really huge. Let’s drive for another 2 hours. We’ll go to the 5-colored beach. Let’s get in the car. Oh, they’re stopping by the side of the road. It’s like a viewpoint by the Xinjiang Ulungur Lake. And here, there are tents. The tents are like camp tents , just like the ones we went to in Kyrgyzstan. They’re exactly the same. This is a shared culture. But now the wind is too strong. I can’t take it. I can’t take it. When the sun comes out, it will be beautiful. Hey, look at the birds . The birds are flying against the mountain. You can go out. Let’s go . There’s a sacred stone. Pin is trying to suggest an angle. It’s right there. He said, go stand and look. Try to stand and look. Brother Bas, go stand quickly. / Let’s go, Brother Bas. Oh, it’s cold . We’re here, everyone. And this is the 5-colored beach. Oh, the wind is strong again. The wind is very strong. This is the real first destination. The craziest thing is that there are a lot of tour groups right now. See, everyone? There are so many tour buses here. It means it’s very popular here. They say it’s water from the Altai Mountains. I think everyone has heard of it. I have to say that this place is in Xinjiang, almost the northernmost part of China. Today, the wind is very strong, the weather is cold, and wow, there are lots of tour groups. This is the real tourist attraction. We are at a 4A-level tourist attraction in China and it is one of the most unique natural areas in Xinjiang. This place is called the Five-Color Beach , or in Chinese, Wucai Tan. It is a hill of strangely shaped rocks. It was formed by long-term erosion by water and wind. Most importantly, each spot has different colors, such as red, green, yellow, white, and black. The colors we see here come from the minerals in the rocks. Each mineral has its own unique color. Even though it is called the Five-Color Beach , it doesn’t actually mean just five-colored rocks. In Chinese, the word “Wucai” means various colors, which reflects the beauty and colors of nature there. We have arrived at the entrance, everyone. It is considered crowded, but not as crowded as other places in China that we have been to. But there are a lot, a lot. How many colors are the beaches? They are called 5 colors. The beaches have 5 colors, right? / But the white river, yes sir. But it is like this. The name of this place where we are in this county is called Burqin County. Burqin is Mongolian. Translated into Thai, it means white river. But we go inside, to the river inside that we encountered, it is not the Burqin river. It is another river. It is called the Erqi River. It is also Mongolian. Translated into Thai, it means a very fast-flowing river . It is also the second longest river in Xinjiang. It is in total 500 kilometers in China. The source of the water is at a hole that is a spring flowing from the Altai Mountains. Yes. And it leaves China for Kazakhstan. Then it turns to Russia. Finally, it goes out to the ocean, the North Pole. Oh yeah, it is very far. In total, this river is 2,900 kilometers long. Oh, and it is only 500 kilometers in China. And can you sail along it or will it get stuck? You can take a boat. Yes, you can. But in winter, it will mostly be ice. Oh, you can’t go. But you can go by boat . Can a boat go all the way, 2,900 kilometers? Or are there any dams or anything? You can go only some of the 2,900 kilometers, but not all of it . You can’t go all of it. You can’t go all of it. / Okay, yes , okay. But most of them are in Kazakhstan and Russia. Okay, oh , I forgot to tell the viewers. We also have a guide. His name is Stamp . He has a Thai name. He is a Chinese guide who can speak Thai. I just met him in the city. This place is a 4A tourist attraction, not exactly 5A. But you have to buy a ticket, which is included in the tour. The ticket is already 45 yuan? Wow, that’s expensive. Once we get inside, wow, it’s so cold. We didn’t prepare any clothes for this cold. We expected it to be chill. We didn’t think it would be windy . If there’s no wind, the weather is great. When the wind blows, wow, it’s a different story. There are lots of food for sale. Let’s go up first. Because up there is a viewpoint where you can clearly see the river and beach. But oh, it’s so cold. Wait a minute. Do they sell drones? Is this for rent or what? Oh yeah, this is for rent. Oh, it’s also available for rent. If you bring your own, you can fly. Can you fly like this? Okay, let’s go up. It’s cold. Wow, the sun isn’t helping at all. It’s very cold now. And then we arrive at the top. Oh wow, there’s color on the rock, right? Oh, the view is frozen . We’re walking to what’s called Rainbow Cliff. Rainbow Cliff . Oops, it’s too cold . It’s cold because of the wind. Here, there’s a sign. And there’s something called a rock. And it has many colors. And then we called it 5 colors because it should have a lot of colors. But they didn’t let people go out. When there’s light , it’s very beautiful. Look, I got a new hairstyle. How is it? I’ll tell you that my hands are stiff. At first, I was going to fly the drone. I couldn’t fly anymore. The wind was too strong. They said that if we go to the left, we will sail to the Altai Mountains. But if we go to the right , the guide said that we can go out to sea to the North Pole. Wow, that big . I like it. The sign says the best beach in the world. It’s been established. And the team asked me to tell everyone that if anyone likes it and wants to support us, don’t forget to subscribe now. Because there are statistics behind it. Because we have a lot of viewers. But there are still a lot of people who don’t subscribe. Please help. And if anyone wants to support us to create more content, you can apply for membership. Oh, I’m stubborn. Membership will get exclusive stickers and a unique icon of your face. Go try applying. And now, if anyone is watching on YouTube, we have membership. It’s open for everyone. Come and apply. It’s about 80 baht per month. You’ll get special emojis that are only available to members . You’ll also have loyalty badges, which are Wilson villagers. Each one is different and it tells you how many months you’ve been a supporter of our service. And in the future, we might have special content for members too . So, whoever wants to support us and our team, go sign up now. And yes, we’ve met another Thai tourist here. Are they Thai? No. What? No. Oh , no. They’re not Thai. Okay, whatever. Here, we go through to the side. You can see the lighthouse . Wow, they walked really far. They have a room inside. It’s like a mini museum . It’s a painting. It’s very beautiful. It’s drawn on the rocks. This is probably the different times. There are many colors. It depends on the light. When the light comes on, it’s a different color. There’s a model to show you what it looks like. Wow, if there’s a picture of when the light is shining. It’s very beautiful. It has many colors because the light is shining. This one is at 8 am. Arrived at 10 am. Noon, 2 pm , 4 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm. I like it. Look at it and see the horse statue . It makes it look like a real horse. But in fact, it’s a fake horse. It can go very far. That’s what I’m looking for, that suspension bridge over there . Because I saw it in the picture, but no one walked across it. But if there were people walking across it, it would be beautiful. Oh no! It ‘s too cold. I didn’t bring a windbreaker. I was a bit careless. There are food shops here. There are lots of food for sale. In case you want something hot . Now I’ve escaped to drink coffee. I can’t stand the cold and the strong wind. Look at today’s weather forecast. It says strong wind. Tomorrow will be sunny. Super. Tomorrow should be a bit better. Let’s see. After drinking coffee, it must be hot. Okay, the coffee is good. It’s delicious. Finished . We will go back. Near the city where we are staying. And the hotel to have lunch there. Because it’s actually 8 pm now. At 8 pm, I have to say that in China, they use Beijing time as the main time. That is, everywhere uses the same time , official time. But in reality, each zone has many time zones. Take Xinjiang, for example. The guide just now said that it’s about 2 hours from Beijing. For example, it’s 8 p.m. right now . Actually, it’s 6 p.m. here , but official hours are at 8 p.m. So he said that people here wake up to go to work at 10 a.m. , meaning that 10 a.m. is the same as 8 a.m. in Beijing . This means that official hours are the same, but people here use a different time, which is local time. But what time is related to going to work or anything that is official? It will use the same time as Beijing. The Chinese believe that everything must be one and the same, just like Beijing or something. But we are still allowed to use our own time because it is actually 6 pm. The sun is about to set. We come to visit, we will see that it is 8 pm. So when we talk nicely with the guide or something, whether we are using Beijing official time or local time. Oops, my hair is blowing, see? I don’t see it. Hurry up and go . We have arrived. This is our hotel. Where we will be staying tonight. The guide just told me that besides the Han Chinese, there are also Uighurs. There are Russians, Kazakhs, and Tajiks. There are a lot of Russians, Uighurs, and Kazakhs. Let’s go check in at the hotel first. Every night, the hotel is about 4 stars or equivalent. It looks nice and comfortable. Okay, let’s look at the room. Oh, it’s a big room. Oh , the curtains are open by themselves . Let’s go eat. The light is green. Cars can’t enter because there is an event today. Dressed as the 12 zodiac signs? The road is closed. The police are closed. Everyone is on standby. There’s a smiling face costume, a chicken costume, a dragon costume, Journey to the West, and Tang Sanzang. That’s what I like. We just mingled with them. Hey, is there every story here? Oh, there are musical instruments. That means they must be from many nationalities here. It’s a famous Xinjiang musical instrument. Because if we see this, we’ll know right away. It’s a Xinjiang musical instrument. It’s called a dutar, a two-stringed lute . A two-stringed lute uses two strings. Yes, a two-stringed lute. Wow. I’m practicing right now. I’ll perform in a bit. The performance will be tonight. As soon as I saw the camera, I sang, full force. Show first, show now . It’s a musical instrument of the Kazakh ethnic group. Kazakhs / Kazakhstan. The Kazakh ethnic group is a free immigrant. They divided it up into something like a parade. It should be like telling stories and various cultures. At the very front, there were horses. It was a horse parade. Some of the horses were already wild. It was confusing . They were on standby. They hadn’t started walking yet. But we were going to eat in this alley anyway, so we had to walk in. And of course Every horse has its own pile of shit. This horse has fur on its feet. It looks like it’s about to get angry. Here we go, this one is coming. After a while, it charged at… Yen was angry. This horse was so big. It wasn’t a normal horse we see. This was a horse used for battle. Look, it could run 1,000 li. 1,000 li is 500 kilometers. It could run 500 kilometers in a day. Yes, Sexthao. Yes, because I read in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms , Lu Bu rode a horse that came from here. Yes, he said. Just now, he said that the horse was so big, like , strong. What’s in front of us? A warm cabinet? Everyone’s in that cabinet. Crammed into the cabinet. This gang is the 12 zodiacs, right? / Yes, yes. I want to be a chicken. Okay, let’s eat at this restaurant. 1987. I only know that it’s old, but I can’t read it. Okay, let’s go . Here, our dinner. There’s fish, vegetables, soup, probably beef. And this? Taro. This is taro. I think it’s pork belly . Okay, come and try it. I don’t even know what kind of vegetable it is. And then it’s delicious. Not ordinary. Next is fish , but I think it should be delicious. Bones , and pork. Hey, good stuff , easy to eat. What’s this? It should be taro . I don’t eat taro, skip it. How is it ? This should be some kind of stir-fried meat. Oh , spicy . This is soup. Is it tofu soup? Mantou. What do you eat with mantou? Eat it with pork . Eat it with pork… Eat it. Eat it with mantou. Delicious. Easy to eat. That’s it. At night, they turn on the lights in the city. Look. Nighttime atmosphere. Burgers and chicken. Burgers and chicken. And it has a slight Shanghai feel to it. The lights on the buildings above are lit up and it has a bit of a European feel, a bit of a Russian style, you know? It’s close to Russia, you know. We’ll stop by the market before checking into the hotel. Go to the night market , get on the car. It says “Buerjin River Night Market.” Oh, the night market is right across from the hotel. That means we can walk out to the market from the hotel that the tour arranged for us . But it’s actually quite cold. Let me take you through the atmosphere briefly because I wasn’t going to buy anything anyway. I thought it was in the itinerary, so I thought I’d show you all. And you’ll see, oh, the flash is firing again. This is because Xinjiang has a lot of cameras. And they always have flashes firing, you know? Flashes firing like cars are driving. Everything, people, always taking pictures. Tonight, we’ll go for a walk at the night market in Buerjin. I have to say that this place is called Buerjin Night Market. The market has a wide variety of food and local souvenirs. And because Buerjin is close to the Russian border, there has been cultural exchange and trade with Russia since ancient times, which creates a unique atmosphere here. This is a mix of Chinese and Russian, which has become one of the most obvious charms of Bu’er, China, to this day . This is the market , but today it looks quiet and not very lively. There are shops open, but it seems like there aren’t many, right? There is food , oh, fresh seafood, very big fish, and I think it’s goat ribs. Right here, this is the atmosphere . In front of us is the river. There is a statue of some kind. The riverside is like a walking place, so you can come and walk. Okay, that’s about it. There is food, but there aren’t many things to sell today. There are shops, a place to chill, stop by and eat and open a beer. Here, I miss you in Burqin. There are very few things to sell. The guide just told us that there are few things to sell because it’s cold, no one opens shops. If there are no shops, what about us walking ? Why endure it? So tonight, let’s go to bed. Tomorrow, we will go to another place that is even colder and more beautiful, or so they say. Let’s go. Good night. We’re in the car on the way, everyone. We must have shouted together ” Wilson” (beautiful view). Wow, such a vast grassland. We’ve arrived. This is Hemu Village. Hemu is a village of the Tuwa people , a nomadic tribe that separated from the Mongols. This is one of the few ancient villages in China that are said to be very beautiful, giving it a 5A rating. Wow, there are so many tourists. And in the Altai Mountains, there is a village of one ethnic group that is very interesting, especially during autumn. It is said to be especially beautiful , to the point that it has been called a fairytale village. This village is called Hemu Village. It is home to the Tuwa people , a nomadic tribe closely related to the Turks and has some cultures similar to the Mongols. They are believed to be descendants of soldiers who traveled with Genghis Khan, the great ruler of the Mongol Empire. No matter how much time has passed, they still maintain their traditional nomadic lifestyle. It must be said that the Tuwa people are one of the few remaining ethnic groups in China. There are only a few thousand people , and most live in three villages near Kanas Lake : Kanas Village, Baihaba Village, and Hemu Village, which we just visited. It is considered the most famous. Today, the village has been developed into a tourist attraction, with homestays available for tourists. Let’s go see what the atmosphere is like here. Here’s the entrance. To get there, you have to take another bus. Okay, 45 minutes. Take this bus up to the village. It’s a park bus. We’ve arrived. Hemu Village. It’s so beautiful. Just now, when I saw the bus, I was like, “Wow, it’s so magnificent.” Then I saw the Altai Mountains. It’s a really magnificent mountain range. Take another bus into the village. We didn’t make it yet. I thought we were there. We’re already in the village. We’re going to eat first. They sell bread that looks like giant fried dough sticks. They said, “What is it made of?” ” What kind of wood?” “Real wood.” “Real wood (Chinese). Of course, not wood from somewhere else. It must be real wood (Chinese) because it ‘s in a real country (China). It’s not used. Not real. Real wood… Real wood .” In short, is it real or not? Real wood . What kind of wood?” “Wow, hey, that ‘s amazing.” The Colonel is here. But we didn’t eat. That was all eagles. Oops , all eagles. Full of eagles . It’s an ancient village. All the houses are made of wood. But what surprised me most is that right now, there are so many eagles. I’ve never seen eagles in the same place, circling around like this. All over the place. Hey, what are they swooping down on?” Flying over our heads. So big. Someone gave them meat. Oh, we can feed them meat. Are they waiting for food? It’s raw meat, sir. We ‘re at the restaurant. The food is here . Let’s eat and watch the hawks. Not a hawk, an eagle. This one feels like home. Okay, relax, yen. Want to try it? / Or a mushroom. What is it? / Let others prove it first. Try it. Does it? / It looks weird. Doesn’t it look like it. Have you eaten it ? What is it ? Zucchini ? Eggplant? Bell pepper? No, it’s delicious . It’s delicious . It’s quite delicious. This is a market-like restaurant. Oh, it’s so tiny. They’re wearing miso clothes. Hey, this is Kamikochi. I feel the same. Hey , so the girls are dressed the same, right? Yellow shirts, white shirts . Are goats for rent? Hey, it’s so beautiful. Now, walk across the bridge. Let me tell you that this place, Hemu, means brown bear loin. In other words, it’s very fertile. Here it is, it’s truly fertile. Corgi, watch out . Don’t keep looking back. Hemu is a village of Tuwa people. Tuwa is actually a Mongolian people. They separated from Mongolia and there are 3 villages here in Xinjiang. But Hemu is one of them. They are named after the river that flows here. It is truly abundant. The surrounding forests are very beautiful. Then I met another Thai person who was visiting here. Hello . I didn’t understand what you said. Left to Beautiful Peak. Right to Hemu Village . Where are we going straight? 30 kilometers. That big. A scenic viewpoint. What are you looking at ? What’s wrong with you? I was just lying there. You took a picture without asking permission. You’re going to bite me and make my face look bad. And then I glanced at you out of the corner of my eye. Hey, I moved my head a little. I’d better go to sleep. Are you still here? Are you still here? Normally the camera is high up, right? This is eye level. Very detailed. Where are you going, Ruby-chan? Hey, Ginny / Aren’t you going to play? Hiyyy What’s this , Ginny? I’ve only seen moe-beam-like things. What’s this? Ruby-chan Hiyyy Hey, have n’t you seen it? Let’s do it again, Ruby- chan Hiyyy I’m off. What’s going on? You can’t be a comedian. Walk upstairs. They’ve made a nice walkway, so it’s easy to walk. Wow, just seeing it makes me tired. Let’s go up there. It’s time to get some exercise. What is this? A water slide? It must be a toy. The kind where you sit on an inner tube, a rubber boat, and then there’s water . Is it still open or has it gone bankrupt ? The glass is broken. Oh my, then it must have gone bankrupt. There will be a snowy season in the old village . Everything will be covered in snow. It’s similar to Shirakawa-go in Japan. We ’re almost there, everyone. We ’re almost there. We’re almost out of energy. There’s music playing the whole way. Relax. It’s only one kilometer. Finally, we’ve reached the top. We turned around and shouted in unison “Wilson.” Thank God there’s a shop up here. I ’m so thirsty . Let’s eat. Douyin youths, wow, the view today is so beautiful. It’s worth the climb up here. It’s so beautiful . You can clearly see the mountains and the grasslands. I can’t wait to have coffee. Wow, it’s so beautiful. We were just sitting and drinking coffee and then suddenly walking out. It ’s so beautiful. Who would have believed that Mae Boonlue is so old? Wow, it’s so beautiful. Looking at it, like, what the hell? Our office likes to decorate in earth tones. Oat tone. Oat tone. I’m Oat tone too. Look at these three girls, they’re all purple. It has to be like this. Wow, the atmosphere is very good, very chill. What I like the most is the gang of 3 moms, purple shirts . Everyone, they dance Douyin, but they have moves, they have dance moves , and they take pictures with the view. They come as a gang. They are content creators . I don’t know them, but I think they must be famous. Even when I see them, I like them. They must be famous. Let’s go. We will walk along the path and then we will fly a short drone. Run / Fun / To the left, left . Okay, come on. / Run back. Run this way. Run right , left. Go a little left , a little left , a little left. Okay , straight ahead, straight ahead. There is no sun now. The atmosphere is very good . But actually, it would be more beautiful if there was sun. But if you want to be chill, this is very chill. Let’s go down because we have to move to sleep somewhere else. It will take about 1-2 hours to travel. Let’s shout together , ” What village ?” Wilson (beautiful view) Oh, here it is. There is a path along the cliff and the view is very beautiful. Let’s take pictures. Let’s do it. Don’t be too far apart. Don’t lean over. It doesn’t have to be realistic. Just like that. No need to be realistic because it is realistic. Come down to the hall . Let me tell you that the top is very beautiful. You have to go up. It is a bit of a walk, more than a kilometer . It is a bit tiring but it is really beautiful. I recommend that if you come, go up. But now we are downstairs. The appointment time is 5 pm. It is about half an hour away. So we will find something to eat and sit and wait because there is KFC here. We ate lunch and it was delicious. Actually, it is not a picky eater. I am just a picky eater. Birds are flying all over the sky. What is this? They are flying all over the sky. Wow, everywhere. Because they are feeding them. They try to throw pieces of meat up and the birds swoop down. Do you see it? There are a lot of people, but not that many. Not as many as other tourist attractions in China that I have been to. That was so crowded that you could not walk. The queue is long. This is because there are people but it is still convenient. The meeting point is here. Arriving in the forest in the mountains is really amazing. Hey, it looks huge. Let’s close your eyes. Pretend to close your eyes. Suddenly, the atmosphere changes. There is fog. It is very beautiful. It is raining. The overall picture is beautiful. Everything is okay. Hemu Village is really beautiful. It’s 32 kilometers away. Take the car out. Use the same ticket you got when you entered. You must keep it. Otherwise, it will be difficult to leave. We’ve arrived at the front. The ride out took 45 minutes. Sleep . Let me tell you the secret. When arriving, sit on the right side . When departing, sit on the left side. You will see the most beautiful view. It’s already evening. We will take a long drive to our next accommodation. It suddenly started to rain again. I forgot to tell you that there are plenty of accommodations inside. You can sleep in their own houses. It’s like a homestay. You can stay there if anyone is interested. Because there were a lot of people who just arrived a moment ago. We took the car in this evening. I think this group should sleep there. In case anyone comes to visit and wants to try staying overnight. As for us, we’ll go first. We ‘ve arrived. We’ll sleep here. The atmosphere is very good. Look, everyone. But wait, let’s eat first. Oh, this is Europe. The view is so magnificent. The mountains here are very beautiful. Then we go to bed and wake up early. We should see the beauty in the morning again. We’ll go in to eat first. And tonight, we’ll sleep here. The accommodations are divided into several houses. You might not be in the same house if you come as a group or something. And I met a Thai who lives here. Brother Bas, Go Went Go again? There’s one every day. Mushroom soup. Try it. Oh, this is chicken curry. You can eat it, but I don’t like it that much. But I’m sure about this. What is this? Maybe a mushroom ? It looks really weird. The fish is delicious. It’s quite okay. So, we’ll stick with it . Let’s go . Okay, let’s go to our room and go to sleep. See you tomorrow. I’ll show you what the room is like. All right. This is our room. When we actually come in, it’s very modern. It looks old from the outside, but the inside is very modern. And the view from the window. Huh? Awesome. Hey, the morning must be extraordinary. Okay , I’ll shower and go to bed. I’ll summarize everything tomorrow morning. Okay, bye-bye . Okay. After checking into the hotel, the next morning we’ll go to Kanas National Park. Our hotel isn’t far from here. It’s only a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the park. Let’s go and see how beautiful it is. Is it as beautiful as the rumors say? Hello everyone. Go Went Go is currently in China, in the northern Xinjiang region. Today, we’ll take you to the last pristine land of humanity. We slept here last night. It’s very beautiful. Let’s go into the park zone. Let’s go sightseeing. The weather this morning was very nice. We ‘ve arrived at the entrance. They say the lake here is very beautiful. If there’s Jiuzhaigou to the south, they say there’s Kanas to the north. I don’t know if it’s really that big, but there are a lot of tourists. The front looks really good. At the entrance , we have to take a car inside the park again because it’s really big. This is the entire area. Wow, it’s really grand and magnificent. It ‘s level 5A, my friends . As soon as you arrive, it’s like, wow, it’s so modern. It’s like it was newly built. They don’t allow private cars in. Everything is parked right out front. Once you enter, there will be a park bus that will take you… so many that you don’t even have to think about waiting a long time. They tell you to sit on the left side so you can see the more beautiful view. Hey, what’s with that hairstyle? Okay, we’ve been here for 50 minutes. We’ll go change buses. Oh, let’s change buses first. This is the center. We have to come here and then change buses at another place. It’s really big . Kanas Park , or Kanas in Chinese, is a nature reserve located in the Altai Mountains, which many people should be familiar with. It’s near the border of three countries : Kazakhstan, Russia, and Mongolia. The nature here is… It’s nicknamed “The Last Pure Land” for humanity, as it preserves its pristine natural beauty, boasting mountains, forests, rivers, and wildlife. The word “Kanas” comes from Mongolian and means beautiful, mysterious, and abundant. It ‘s also named after one of the park’s highlights, Kanas Lake. It ‘s incredibly beautiful, measuring approximately 24 kilometers in length and reaching a maximum depth of 188 meters, making it one of the deepest lakes in China. Another special feature is that the lake changes color depending on the weather and season. Visitors often see the lake from a different angle each season. Beyond the lake, the park is also home to mountains, forests, and beautiful grasslands , earning it the title of a 5A-level tourist attraction, the highest level in China. Today, we’ll take you to the park surrounding the lake. The entrance fee is 230 yuan per person , or about 1,000 baht. Considering the natural beauty you’ll witness, this is definitely worth the price. Let’s take a look. We’re here! At the top, wow, everyone is stunned . Everyone should have shouted “Wilson” (beautiful view) together. I do n’t know who wants to walk up to see the view, but we have a drone. And we need to have coffee first because we should have something hot since morning. It’s really beautiful. Wow, I just saw the lake on the left bank. This is Kanas Lake. It ‘s so colorful. They say that the color of the water changes depending on the temperature. It’s so hot. Okay, we’ll only walk up to the first pavilion because time is very short. Oh, it says how many steps there are. It ‘s 100 steps. This is the checkpoint. There are food for sale. You can see the beautiful mountain view. People are sitting and resting for a while. Okay, once we pass the checkpoint, there will be a fork in the road to go down. This is in case anyone changes their mind. See? You can go up further. At this point, there are about 423 steps, almost halfway. This is the downriver. This is the way down. And if anyone has the chance to visit Kanas National Park, everyone must not miss this viewpoint. This is called the Fish Viewing Pavilion. It’s a viewpoint where you can see a panoramic view of Kanas Lake from above. It’s also one of the highest viewpoints in the park. This pavilion is located on top of Harakate Mountain. In Mongolian, it means camel’s peak. It is approximately 2,000 meters above sea level. To go up, we have to walk up about 1,000 steps. And what is called the Fish Pavilion? It also comes from local legend. They say that people have seen mysterious monsters beneath the waters of Kanas Lake. Some say it is a giant fish. Some say it looks like a dinosaur. Because of these legends, this pavilion is called the Fish Pavilion so that people can come to enjoy the view and hope to see those mysterious creatures. The guide who came with us said that a journalist once came to this pavilion and actually saw it. Wow, taking pictures like this makes me want to go up there for sure. Look, look at this. / It looks like a great walk , look! / No need. What we saw was only a fraction of it when I flew the drone to look. / Yes, because right away, it’s not even halfway. But looking at it, the light is harsh. It ‘s not worth going up there with half an hour left. It probably won’t be enough to walk back and forth. / It won’t be beautiful . / Yes, there is a reason , but if you’re born once, you have to try it. No , you have to try it at least once. No need. Here it is, for everyone to see. An innovation in climbing. It’s… it locks with your legs . It helps lift your feet up easier. It reduces your effort, 30% less effort. From 100, it becomes only 70. Oh, it helps save 30%. Wow . Oh, it’s for rent. We can rent it to walk up. Hey, this is cool. Inside the park, we’ll take a bus. Go back to the center one more time. And from the center, we should probably take another one to go to another point. It’s designed like this. The route is like taking the bus, right? From the front, you go inside. And then the park center has smaller buses that split off to different points. Something like that. Come back to the center. This area is full of shops and restaurants. So, most people come to eat here. Oh, inside is like a food court. There’s a lot of food to choose from. There are dumplings. And now we’re going to Kanas Lake. We’re going to take line one. Oh, to near the lake. / Yes , where is Sam ? Sam, you have to take 25 kilometers to a village of the Tu Wa people. Another place is called Baihaba. Baihaba translates to Mongolian, which means white horse. Yes , okay. But we didn’t go. We only went here. We came before the high season. Next month will be the high season. The queue will be very long. So, May is about to enter the high season, so the weather should be warmer. This is still cold, very cold. We have arrived . The last station, Kanas Lake . This is Kanas. If you come here, it’s a wide grassland and over there is a huge lake. This is even before the full high season. They said that during the high season, there will be more people. So, I recommend coming during this month. It will be just right. It’s beautiful, but there won’t be many people yet. You see, everyone? But they made it white, so I asked if they made it specifically to blend in with the winter. Now we’re almost at the lake. The atmosphere is very good. Hey, that’s where they sit. The highlight is this. This is for people who are afraid of bridges. They have bridge phobia. Do they have it? But this bridge, what should it normally be like to feel uncomfortable? This is this one. Oh, is it narrow like this? But it’s safe. Here is the bridge. The water is so clear and reflects like a mirror. And in front of us, this is the real Kanas Lake. It’s really big and it has a pier. Now, you can actually take a boat there. Wow, there are so many people. I have to fight my way through the people first . The tower we went up to earlier is up there. If you look down, you can see this lake, right there. Zoom in. Hey, there’s a dog. Come quickly. Where is it going? It’s gone . Okay, we’ve arrived at another station where we eat. Oh, are we back to the eating station? Oh, okay . Oh, yeah . There’s a hotel here too. Okay, let’s get on the bus. In Kanas National Park, there is a famous viewpoint. It’s very famous. It’s the Three Bends of Kanas . At all three points, we can see the view of the river flowing out of the lake from different angles. Let’s come to the first point. This point is called Fairy Bay, or Fairy Bend. It’s a shallow basin formed by water from the lake flowing into a wide flat area. It looks like there are small islands protruding from the water. They say that this place is most beautiful during the autumn season. The water is crystal clear blue and surrounded by colorful trees. And if you come early in the morning, this area will be filled with fog. It makes the atmosphere very romantic and beautiful like a scene from a fairy tale. So, it’s called Fairy Bay. This is Lake Deva. Wow, the water is sparkling right now . Here it is. Beautifully reflecting light. Cows are walking into the herd of people. Okay, these are the lakes. Three points. There will be three points when we leave the car. This is the first point, Deva Lake. Then, we go back to the bus as usual. Then go to the second lake. And the third one is right at the entrance center. That’s it. The second point is Moon Bay Lake. Crescent Moon. You have to go down below. Underground, under the road. And you should emerge right at the lake. Next, this is Moon Bay. Or Moonlight Bend . It is the most famous viewpoint of the three points. It is where we will see the river bend in the shape of the letter S like this. Looking at it, it resembles a crescent moon. Both sides of the river are lined with forests. Contrasting with the beautiful emerald green water. And because it is as beautiful as the picture on the poster. When we search for information about Kanas on the internet, the first images that come up are usually of Moon Bay. That makes this place one of the most popular spots for tourists to come to take pictures. And of course, we couldn’t miss it. We had to come too. It’s huge. Its tail was wagging a lot. What’s its name? He just gave a hand. Give me your hand. Cute. Oh, just threatening me. Threatening? Better go to sleep. Okay. Finally. This is the Sleeping Dragon. Sleeping Dragon / Wolong. Oh, this is a dragon. And the last stop is Wolong Bay, or the Sleeping Dragon River Bend. The charm of Wolong Bay, I must say, is the atmosphere surrounded by hills. In each season, the colors of the trees change continuously and are never the same. Like when we came at the end of May, going into June, it was during the transition between spring and early summer. The atmosphere was like this. It was like an island in the middle of a lake in the middle of a river . This was done taking photos here and then we got on the car. And this car will sit all the way out to the road ahead. And today we will go back to sleep in Burqin City. Okay, let’s go . We’re here. This is Burqin City. Let’s eat here. And you met a soft-shelled turtle . Try looking into his eyes. If he had the look, “Oh, what’s this?” He made a face like, ” Don’t eat me.” Here we go. Today, our food. Ms. Jup’s favorite is ma la. There’s no more frog from earlier. This is a fish, a dog , a dog fish , and some kind of vegetable, some kind of vegetable , and some kind of vegetable, and then / soup, tofu soup? Tofu and fish , and pork ribs . Okay, it’s hard to cut, but it’s delicious. It’s good. This meal is okay , okay, I’m full now. I’m going back to the hotel. In the city, the lights are always blinking because they’re cameras, you see ? The cameras are recording everything all the time. The flash goes off whenever people pass by. It’s a very peaceful city. And their architecture is like a mix of Russian elements. It’s mixed together and it’s quiet. Let’s go back to the room and tomorrow we’ll continue. Tomorrow it’s about a 7-hour drive, if I remember correctly . That’s quite a long time, but we’ll be going to quite a few places. Oh, do they have electric scooters for rent in the city? Right ? You can use an app and ride anywhere like that? That’s great , that’s convenient . We’ve arrived at our hotel , Birkin Birkin Tourist List Hotel. Actually, I stayed here once before. In the previous episode, if everyone went to watch, I’d like to add a little more to everyone. After watching this far, don’t forget. It ‘s very easy to support us. If you want us to make clips for a long time, Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel and click the bell. For those who want to support us to the max, you can become a member. There will be emojis and other things to use. There might be interesting activities in the future. I’m going to bed tonight. I’ve reached the hotel. The weather is very cool . I’m going. Bye-bye. Sweet dreams. Good morning everyone. After eating breakfast, we will drive south today. We will go back down because the weather is cold now, right? But it should be warmer today. It’s a long drive today, probably 7 hours. But we will stop at 2 main points. Let’s go see where they are. The weather is nice. Let’s go. I must say first that the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is one of the most important energy sources in China, especially in terms of oil and natural gas . In 2024, Xinjiang produced a total of more than 66.64 million tons of oil and natural gas , which has ranked number one in China for 4 consecutive years. One of the most famous oil fields in Xinjiang is located in Karamai City or Kelamayi. This city is home to a large oil field in the middle of the desert. It was first discovered in 1955 and is considered the first oil field in China. It was discovered after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Currently, this area has many crude oil platforms. The word “Karamai” comes from the Uyghur language and means ” black oil.” This comes from the characteristics of the crude oil found in this area. The reason this city has a lot of oil is because of the geological features that allow for good oil storage. This makes Kararamai the city with the best economy in Xinjiang. A lot of income comes from this industry. Here we go, everyone. If I read correctly, this place is a ghost city. They call it a ghost city or a devil city . It’s made of rocks that have been exposed to wind and other things for a very long time. They say that it’s called a devil because when the wind blows, it makes a noise. Here you go. There’s a free bus stop, World Ghost Town , and one of Xinjiang’s most famous natural attractions. Many people call this place a bit scary, Wu’erhe Ghost City. I have to say that the reason it’s called a ghost city is because the landscape is quite unusual. The area is full of sandstone pillars that have been eroded by wind and water for hundreds of years , giving the appearance of things like castles, towers, and even monsters. The second is the howling sound of the wind that many people often hear. It’s the sound of the wind passing through the rocks , making a howling sound, like something’s crying. And because this place is in the middle of the desert, on a hot day, it can create something called a mirage, or an illusion. All of this creates a mysterious atmosphere, like a wonderland. And with such outstanding topography, this place has been used as a filming location for many movies. One of them is Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon . It’s a very famous movie that won 4 Oscars. To get here, we can take a tram. The price is 62 yuan per person , or about 280 baht. Let’s go see inside. They said that the city we’re in is actually called Karamai. Because it’s the richest city in Xinjiang , and the weather is hotter than other places. What is this symbol? It ‘s the eye of a ghost . Yes, the symbol of the eye of a ghost is called Mogui Zhiyan. Mogui means ghost , and Yan means eye. This is the symbol. Very well done. I mean their tourist management system. He has very good management. He’s ahead of him. He ‘s not doing this for fun, you see? His shop is also decorated like a tourist attraction. This , this is built. But it’s just made to look like the inside, to make everyone work as one team. Right now, I feel like I’m in a desert country, like I’ve moved to another place. This is the entrance. And today, they were like, “Wow, what’s this?” They said that many Chinese movies were filmed here. Some people were like, ” Following the movie’s footsteps or something,” and some people came to visit. It’s like a small valley, slightly scaled down. Oh, this is like a place to sit and watch, to sit and admire. What else is this like? Seals . Seals are here. This is great . It’s like a rest stop. There’s a place to shoot guns, food, and ATVs to drive. What’s this? A group photo. Yes, in front. It’s cute. They made the seats pink. This is also one of the spots where people come down to take pictures. And the others are all shutting their mouths. This one is the only one. Hey, walk along . It’s a huge area. So, everyone can go take pictures anywhere and however they want. It depends on the angle. The advantage is that there are a lot of photo angles. You might not have to fight over spots. This is the Sphinx. Is the one on the right, Pandora’s Box? This is like a stupa. Here it is, right here, everyone. Digging, digging for fun . It’s free . No one has ridden me here. It’s been a long time. I don’t know what to do, so I’ll dig. Aren’t you free too? You should dig together. I don’t feel like digging. Let’s try digging. Look here. Oh, it’s caught in the rope . Oh, it’s caught in the rope. I can’t get it out. Oh, help me, help me . Oh , I can’t get it out. Am I stupid or am I stupid? Oh, I’m angry. I better move on. Forget it . Did they make a walkway? But I really like the way the walkway was made. It’s made to look like it fits in with the nature here. I’ll get on the bus later. The entrance to the bus is made of trees. It’s very cute . Then we walked in and lined up. Wow , this is cool . So you came to wait for the bus here ? There’s ice cream and drinks for sale. Okay, let’s move on to the next spot. This is the third spot. This place was used to film a movie , which should be called The Seven Swords Approach Tian Shan Mountain. I’ve never seen it, but they filmed here. So they clearly referenced it. There’s a horse statue in the background. There are seven horses, one after the other. Let’s try climbing the stairs to get a wider view of this place. I really like it when they create things like this. For example, is this a pillar? This pole will have speakers, electrical wiring , and CCTV cameras. But they will try to make it blend in with the area. This is what I like . Let’s go. This next one is the last point. That ’s it. There’s one more point left. Let ’s go. We’ve reached the last point. This place is used as a movie shooting location. Wow, these are three movies in total? Oh, different ones. No Man’s Land Hero. Oh, did this win an Oscar? Hey, I have to go see it. Here it is. And there are trees. Oh, where they fight like this, like when they ’re doing the fight scene. So people came to take pictures too. People who have watched the movie must be really into it and want to take pictures. I like that they made a handsome statue of a camel walking the whole way. It’s like a real caravan that traveled across the desert in the past. Oh, there’s a baby camel . There’s a baby camel. It’s a two-humped camel. Some of them will turn to look at their friends and ask if they’re here or not. That ’s all. Let’s go. Okay, we’re out. At the restaurant. Eat Chinese food as usual. These are chopsticks , are they the chopsticks you see? There’s no tip , they have holes like this. And they give you only this much wood. When the wood comes, it’s like this. Wow, hey, saving wood? Right? Reduce the use of wood. Reduce the use of wood to this much. Look, it’s good. Reduce the use of wood in half and change to chopsticks like this instead. And finally, the item we requested actually exists, which is the omelet pizza. Look, but I have noticed many times that China must make delicious omelets. The first bite has a strange taste mixed in it. I can’t explain it, but overall it’s delicious. Okay, here is lunch in the city of Kelama-ee, Karamai, whatever you want to call it . Finished eating , we still have to drive for about 4 hours. It’s a long way to move cities. Let ‘s go see what there is to see in this province along the way. We have arrived at our destination. Faster than I thought. It’s less than 4 hours. It’s only about 2-3 hours. We’re here. The weather is hot here. It’s a little hot but not too hot. Wow, the room is big and spacious. We have arrived. It’s now 7:45 PM, everyone. It’s 7:45 PM , I mean 46 minutes already. The sun is blazing. It’s time for lunch today. What an honor! Pork, pork stewed pork, they say, it ’s quite delicious. A little unfamiliar but good , a little spicy. And here it is, the menu that we requested, that we must have in every meal , the omelet . Hey, this shop’s omelet is more delicious than the last one. They don’t put anything strange in it. Fried pork ribs, too. Topped with mala or not ? Look, it’s magnificent. Okane Kazeku… My tongue is numb again. It’s okay. The food here is delicious. I don’t know which shop it is, but the tour took me to eat here. Let’s go. Let’s eat . After eating, we check into the hotel. The next day, we will continue to travel to many amazing nature places. There is a place that is called the pearl of the Silk Road. How pearly is it? Is it really that beautiful ? Let’s go and see. Hello everyone. I am currently in China, Northern Xinjiang. We will be driving for another 3 hours now. Let ’s get on the car and see where we will go first. As everyone has seen in the previous clip, Xinjiang is an area with very beautiful and diverse nature. One of the important mountain ranges here is the Tianshan Mountains. It’s a mountain range that divides Xinjiang into two parts : northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang. Each zone has its own unique features. Northern Xinjiang is full of diverse nature , perfect for enjoying beautiful views of grasslands, lakes, and snow-capped mountains. Southern Xinjiang, on the other hand, has a drier climate, is home to China’s largest desert , and is also home to the region’s majority ethnic minorities. It’s ideal for cultural tours and ancient towns . Visiting both sides will take quite a bit of time, at least two weeks . So, for this trip, we only visited northern Xinjiang, not the southern one. Let’s just focus on the northern part . Let’s see some interesting places. It ‘s now 11:30. We left at 9:00 , so it took two and a half hours to get to the restaurant. Let’s stop for lunch . Okay, this is where we’re going to Sai Limu Lake. The weather is quite cold, so I put on another shirt first. Otherwise, it would be too cold, right? Let’s go inside. It’s also a national park, 5A , as I saw the sign up ahead . Let’s go to Sailimu Lake , or Sayram Lake. It is the largest freshwater mountain lake and the highest in Xinjiang. It is located at an altitude of approximately 2,073 meters above sea level and is surrounded by the Tianshan Mountains, making the surrounding scenery truly breathtaking. The word Sayram comes from the Kazakh language and means blessing, comparing the beauty of this lake to the blessing received. In the past, this lake was also part of the Silk Road, often used as a resting point for passing merchant caravans , becoming an important oasis in the arid region. The water in the lake is very clear because it is melted snow and ice. It is also a closed lake, so no sediment or dirt from outside flows in. This place is therefore nicknamed “Pearl” , symbolizing its purity and rare value. Currently, Sayram Lake is rated as a 5A level tourist attraction in China, which is the highest level. The entrance fee is about 130 yuan or only 600 baht. Here it is. Now we’re parking at the corner near the lake. This corner is on one side. There will be rocks for taking pictures. They are very big. And there are Thai teenagers taking pictures. The water is very beautiful. It’s as big as the sea. I really like this group. They ‘re sitting like they’re having a picnic . A picnic is like this. See? Sitting and eating. Relaxing . Okay . We’ll circle back to the front again. Okay. Let’s park at another point. Here we have to walk through the grassy area inside. The grassy area is very wide. It’s very beautiful. We’re walking to the edge of the water. Another beautiful thing is that there are sailboats over there. And around here, they made it like people can walk around there . Okay. We’ve reached the end. Oh, it’s very beautiful. Where they’re standing, it’s really beautiful. Here there is a walkway. They made a platform . And oh, it’s so beautiful. Everyone, look at the water. Oh, it’s a very beautiful lake. The water is clear and vast. Just now , taking pictures and videos, were you trying to take pictures of the whole team? Oh, it was too difficult because I set the camera so far away. For big landscape mountain views like this, if you want them to look spectacular, you need a telephoto lens. It will pull the background closer, making it look even more magnificent. This requires special equipment compared to the normal cameras we use. Now they want to take a group photo. This group photo, send one person running ahead. Hey, it’s beautiful. There’s a boat about to pass. We just finished our show. Taking group photos by the lake is so cute . It’s so beautiful. Actually, most people travel here by car and then stop at points around the lake that they feel are beautiful. This is a park that’s quite easy to visit, but it’s quite a long journey. I’ll tell you, as I drove past, I saw people taking pre-wedding photos all over the place. You see how green it is, how beautiful it is, and everyone was taking pre-wedding photos everywhere. We just drove past. Is Guozigou Alley a highway? Or is it a bridge ? It’s a superhighway bridge. It’s a superhighway bridge that runs through the mountain valley. If you look from above, It’s going to be so beautiful because around here, the place I saw was really beautiful, like the trees and mountains are so tall. There will be areas that are snowy and areas that are really green. And this is like when I went to Italy and the Dolomites or something. Very beautiful. Along the way, we will pass a point called Guozigou Alley, or Fruit Valley . It is a valley that cuts through the mountain range and has very beautiful scenery. In the past, this place was one of the routes of the caravans on the Silk Road. And the reason it is called Fruit Valley is because in the past, this area used to have a lot of wild apple trees. They say that the wild apples here have a strange taste unlike anywhere else. According to the belief of the Uighur people, whoever eats an apple here will live a long life. Because there is a legend that it is the fruit of a mysterious monk. In the past, this route was considered quite dangerous because the road was winding and often had avalanches. Until 2011, the Guozigou Bridge was built, which helped reduce a lot of accidents. The bridge is about 200 meters high, making it one of the highest suspension bridges in China. And the surrounding view is really beautiful. If anyone has the chance to travel along this route, don’t forget to stop and take pictures. Okay, another point, we stopped by a lavender field. At the moment, it is not the most popular point, but There are already quite a few of them in front of us . Wow, it ‘s good that no one is trying to snatch them away, as if they haven’t fully bloomed yet. Xinjiang is considered the largest lavender growing region in China. Most of the country’s lavender oil comes from here. You could say that Xinjiang is like the hometown of lavender in China. The beginning was when China wanted to reduce lavender oil imports, so they tried growing lavender domestically. They found that this area produced the best results because of its sandy loam soil, abundant sunlight , and low nighttime temperatures , which are similar to Provence. That’s because it’s a famous lavender growing region in France. Xinjiang’s lavender blooms in full bloom around mid-June to mid-July. However, they say that if the weather is hotter than usual, it will bloom even earlier. We saw that they were starting to bloom around June . If you like flowers, I recommend coming to this area. The entrance fee is only 10 yuan, just 45 baht per person. That’s it. This place also has a 10 yuan entrance fee. It’s just a spot they took us to take pictures. Not everything is in bloom yet, but it’s still okay to take pictures. Let’s end here. Let’s go to the hotel. Not sure how far it is. Not sure how far it is. No one is sure. We’ve arrived. The restaurant. We just happened to come to eat. Okay, sit here . Come on, the rice is here. What is this, everyone? Deep-fried pork tenderloin / huh? It looks delicious. But will it be delicious or not ? Hey, delicious , delicious. And what is this? Onsen shrimp. Onsen shrimp? Delicious. Wow, the food is delicious. This restaurant is delicious and easy to eat. Thai people like it. Done. I’m full. This restaurant is very delicious. It’s the most delicious on the trip since I’ve been here. I can’t read it. But the tour brought me to this restaurant. The food is okay. It’s delicious. Here is our hotel room tonight. We’ll stay here for 2 nights. And the view behind here, you can see the river. You can see the expressway. Wow, it’s magnificent. Don’t focus anymore. That’s it, viewers. Because okay, we’re here. And the island is very beautiful. It’s like trees growing in clumps. See? It’s magnificent. China, nowadays, wherever you go , it feels like every city is very big. Every city is very big. It’s very developed. There are always big hotels like this. Okay, let’s sleep tonight. Tomorrow, we’ll go to another grassland that they say is very beautiful . Another highlight of Xinjiang. See you tomorrow. Bye bye. Good morning, have a bright morning. Today, we will drive for 3 hours to Nalati Grassland. I think it is the highlight of Xinjiang. Okay, let’s get on the car. We have breakfast. We have arrived. It’s been 3 hours. This place is Nalati . They say it is the name of a grassland. It is also the name of a mountain. It is also the name of a village. They all have the same name. In front of us is the tourist information center. It looks very well done, very modern. One thing I like is that the grass here is very green. Look at the color of the grass. It is very green. This restaurant that we will eat at is a hot pot. It looks good. It is in the center. The park center is like a good shopping mall. They have taken it to this level. It is mala and I think it is mushroom soup. Wow, shrimp balls and crab meat. Here, we have to season it. According to the steps . Of course, I let Jub season it. He has options for you to choose. Hey / Which one do you want to eat? I don’t know if it is delicious. / This is the first place that tells you like this, but we will still guess. / I think it is fine. In the past, it has been left dark on 8 sides. Here are the shrimp balls. Try them without dipping. I must have pronounced it wrong when I first talked to everyone. It ‘s Nalathee, Nalathee , not Natali. Nalathee, I just bought it. He said it’s a sister shop of Mi Xue , a Lucky Cup coffee shop. Their logo is a King of playing cards with sunglasses. There are a lot of people waiting to go inside. But we will travel by taking our own car to go in. He said it will be more convenient. Let’s go and see. We are coming in now. You can drive into the park. But you have to book tickets in advance. He said that normally, if other people come, it will be by park bus. We can take the bus to various points. But if you want to book by your own car, you have to book in advance. We are going in now. It was full of horses just now. Everything is green. Very green . It’s the mountains. Look, it’s so green . Bees are flying in through the open window. They’re bustling now. Here, go find Brother Jub. He knows who’s scared. He’s going outside. I don’t want to go out . Let’s go out and get something to eat. The atmosphere is perfect for Come for a picnic, like camping or making something to eat. Someone brought it. At first, they said someone brought a dog to visit. I turned to look, no , goats, little goats. Are they raised or do they belong here ? Wow, a real grassland . If you come to take pictures, you will see the mountain view behind and flowers in front. This place can be called a place that I want everyone to come and see with their own eyes at least once. Because we are at Nalati grassland. Many people say that this is the most beautiful grassland in China. This grassland is located high in the middle of the mountains , surrounded by beautiful views of the Tianshan Mountains. The word Nalati comes from Mongolian and means a place where you can see the first rays of the sun. According to legend, a Mongol soldier during the time of Genghis Khan passed through this valley in the morning and saw the first rays of the day shining into the grassland. And because this place is very high above sea level, many people call this place the grassland in the sky. In the summer, from around June to August, the grassland turns bright green and is full of blooming wildflowers. In the grasslands, we will see cows, sheep, and horses grazing everywhere. It is part of the way of life. The Kazakh people in the area still live a traditional nomadic lifestyle, making this one of the densest Kazakh grasslands in the world. Today, Nalathi is ranked as a tourist attraction. China’s 5A level again. I have to say that this is the highest level. And it’s really beautiful. So if anyone comes to northern Xinjiang, I must say that this is a must-see. The weather here is very good, with a cool breeze, just right, the sun is out. Everyone goes to sit by the water. And at the water’s edge, I… look, there’s a horse over there. I’ll try to walk over and take a picture to see if it’s beautiful. They’re interested in the little goat. I thought it was a rock. What was it looking at? What was it looking at? Is this a male? It has horns. It’s cute. Wake up. Oh, they’re walking toward each other. Let me smell it. It’s cold. Can we sleep close together? Sleeping close together. So cute . Okay. Now, he said that he’s taking us to the last point first. Then we’ll turn around and stop at the point we wanted to stop at. Up ahead, wow, the view of the mountains and trees is so beautiful. Let’s walk over . Here , the center is full of people. They’ve set up tents everywhere. Hey , flying so close. What is it coming for ? An eagle and nothing. Flying around. We’ll go straight up to the foot of the mountain because we think it’s a beautiful spot . Float down the river, following the flowing water. The business of this area. This is using baby goats as props. If we want goats to take pictures, we have to rent them. This is written that hunting is prohibited. Does that mean there is anything to hunt here? They say hunting is prohibited. Camping is prohibited. Hunting is prohibited. Hey, don’t dance , don’t dance. Jinny, stop, don’t dance. I don’t want to walk through that smoke over there. Yes, at first I thought about taking a detour because I don’t like the smell of food clinging to me. I have to run straight through so that the smoke doesn’t touch me as much as possible. Oh, we’ve walked a long way. Everyone, if you have a driver, tell him to take you all the way to the end because it’s easier to walk back since it’s the way down. This is the way up. Hey , do they use drones to pull the paragliders? Right ? They use big drones to pull them. Let ’s go quickly. We’ve made it through smoothly. We’re here. Wow , this is the highlight spot where they take pictures. Everyone look. Wow, there are only people. This log is crazy. Only early birds can get that look. Definitely not. All the Xinjiang people gather here. This is their most popular photo spot. It’s a log. It’s leaning against the water, and these two trees are leaning towards each other, you see? You can take pictures and see the beautiful view behind you. However, there are a lot of people taking pictures right now. Wow, it seems like you can’t take pictures yourself. It seems like this is a paid spot. I don’t know if it belongs to the park itself or if they set it up themselves, but it’s like , only professional photographers can take pictures. This is it. When the weather is nice and sunny, this is where they take pictures. It’s difficult. Now, the background is a different story. Wow, there are people . There’s a fence . And today the sky behind is not clear. Look at the queue. Wow, the queue is very long. Okay, they will find an angle. While taking pictures, there’s a red fence in the back. But it’s beautiful here. But the sky behind is not clear today. Oh , they’re taking pictures of fallen trees. What’s this? Oh, take them all . Okay , let’s see if they can cross successfully. Or if there will be cool sports pictures. They are crossing now. Jinny, they made it successfully. Good job. Actually, I intended to record your fun, but you survived. Come on, everyone. Up here is still very beautiful , just a bit crowded, that’s all. But there are fewer people than at the first place because we walked quite far up. Try to avoid the people so that we don’t encounter a lot of people. Now we’re walking down on the road. If the sky is clear, it should be the most beautiful. Because in fact, we have found a spot where there aren’t many people, which is on the road above. There are few people and the photos are beautiful. Most people tend to stay along the stream, where there are a lot of them. If you want to take pictures without anyone there, you have to sleep here. So that place should be a place to sleep , the tents . They probably wake up early to take pictures. See? Full of tents. That’s where they ‘re staying. There’s a bathroom here , so you can stay. Whoever wants to stay, wake up early and walk here, there probably won’t be anyone. You’ll get the look you want. But if you’re a traveler like us, there’s no way . There are a lot of people. We’ve arrived . Let’s go back to the city. Let’s eat first. Here we go. VIP room every day . Wow. Dinner tonight. Of course, there has to be this. Pork belly. Wow. But I don’t know if it’s delicious. Let’s try it first. Char siu . It tastes like charcoal siu siu. What is this? Mushrooms . It ‘s delicious. Of course, every day since I’ve been here, there hasn’t been a day without fish. It’s strange , but it’s delicious. Oh, there’s mala. My tongue is numb. Okay , everyone, let’s eat. You ‘ve finished eating . Today was delicious. Let’s go to the hotel and go to bed. I’ll wake up and tell you more later. Good morning. We’re going to the airport. We’re moving to Urumqi. It’s the capital city of Xinjiang Province. Thank you. Bye-bye . Here, I’ll show you off at the airport. This is Yining, Yining. We ‘ve arrived. This is about the size of the airport, not very big. Okay, everyone, we’ve arrived at the gate. Now we’re flying to Urumqi. I’m in Yining now. I have to say that their domestic airport is very new . It’s small. There are only about 10 gates, but it looks okay. It’s very convenient. I have to say that traveling in China right now, between cities, between provinces, and between countries, is developing very quickly. This is what I saw. And of course, everyone has seen the tourist attractions in northern Xinjiang. Wow, they’re beautiful and spectacular. But of course, if you go during the hype season, there will be a lot of people. So you have to find a good angle, a beautiful spot. Oh, another thing I want to tell you is that at first, I thought that coming to Xinjiang would be like sitting in the car until you feel like vomiting or something. The car ride is really long because each tourist attraction is far from each other, right? But the roads are very good. They’re straight and smooth. There are hardly any turns. The only exception was when we went to the Nalati Grasslands. That’s all there is to climb. Other than that, the roads connecting each city and each province are really good. Like, wow, it’s amazing. This is it, beautiful. And the atmosphere, I must say, the view you get is truly European. I’m not comparing them. I know it’s a different place, but it’s the same style , the same. It’s really beautiful. Okay, now let’s continue our journey. Bye-bye. Hello everyone. I’m now at the airport. Urumqi is the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China. We just flew from Yining and are here now because today we will be staying for one day in a city that is known as the city farthest from the sea in the world and the largest city in Central Asia. But this place is quite different. And of course, you will see things that you might not see in other cities in China. Let’s go into the city today. Let ‘s get your bags first. Urumqi Airport is big, very new, modern, like many big cities in China. The bags are here . Here are our bags. Oh, I forgot to say that this time we’re with this. Okay, travel to China with us. Rejoining Travel Travel to China with us. Okay. We’ve picked up our bags. The same members are Jin-on, Yen-yak, Jub-jub, and Pin-bowling. They looked surprised with the new names I just gave them. The guide should come pick us up soon. Guide Stamp. Then get in the car. This is our guide, Stamp. Go , follow him. Wow, the airport is huge. Everyone, look. Oh, I just found out that this airport just opened this past April . It’s brand new, just 2 months old. I was wondering why it looked so new, so big, and so beautiful. This city has only one subway line . Only one line. Yes, according to the government, according to policy. But does the high-speed train go all the way here? Yes , it does. But does it go to other parts of the province? Or does it only go here? Just here . But in the future, it will be built. It is under construction. That means people who travel to Xinjiang mainly have to drive, right? Yes, there is no train to other cities yet. But you can take it all the way here. There is a regular train, but no fast train. Oh, there is a regular train . Yes, okay. / Okay . Oh, in the future, they are building one. A high-speed train to different cities in Xinjiang Province. Right now, if you take the high-speed train, you can get off at Urumqi. But to go to other cities, there will be normal trains, use cars. And some other cities have airports, like Yining where we just moved. Wow, huge cars. Wow, huge cars. Oh, so the city we came to has a high-speed train now. Does that mean Yining is the second largest city? If it is the second largest city in Xinjiang, it should be Karamai. Oh, Karamai . The Karamai that we passed that day is a ghost city. A city with a lot of oil. Yes, sir. But why did Yining have the high-speed train first? Well , it is a very important city. It is next to the border, next to Pakistan. Oh, next to Pakistan and Kazakhstan. In the future, China’s goal is the train from Turkey. It must come on this line , connecting them. So they did this first. Yes , for Urumqi, or in Chinese it is called Urumqi. This is the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It can be considered the economic and trade center of Xinjiang. The word Urumqi comes from an ancient Mongolian language, which means beautiful grassland. It comes from the past, this area used to be a grassland. Did you know that this city is listed in the Guinness World Records as the world’s farthest city from any sea? At over 2,500 kilometers away, Urumqi enjoys a dry, humid climate , and a significant temperature difference between day and night. Historically, however, Urumqi was a key location on the ancient Silk Road, so it’s no surprise that it boasts a highly diverse ethnicity. In addition to the ubiquitous Han Chinese, it ‘s also home to several ethnic minorities, most notably the Uighurs. They’re ethnically Turkic, and to put it simply, they’re like distant cousins of the Turks. Their appearance may resemble Europeans or Central Asians , unlike the Han Chinese we’re most familiar with. Since the Uighurs are primarily Muslim, Urumqi boasts a culture that seamlessly blends Chinese and Islamic traditions . If you stroll through the old city, you ‘ll be captivated by the Islamic atmosphere, complete with houses and mosques. However, if you venture out into the newer urban areas, you’ll see tall buildings and structures that exude a more modern Chinese feel. And it’s not just the past. Urumqi is important because in the modern era, Urumqi is also part of the new Silk Road, also known as the Belt and Road Initiative , and Urumqi is part of the land route. Which is like a gateway connecting China to Central Asia. It ’s in the city. Let’s go eat. I have to say that the city looks very tidy. Everything looks orderly. Here is the atmosphere. There are buses, cars moving, cars parked on the side of the road. But this restaurant I’m eating at , wow , there are seats waiting in front, which means that there should usually be a lot of people waiting. Here we go. Our food today. What is this? Peking duck. Vegetable omelet with lots of vegetables. There’s some kind of soup and here they are. They’re back again. This kind of fish. Every city you go to, you must eat this fish and this. What is this? Pork? It should be pork. And here’s the burger. They said the Xinjiang burger has four ingredients? Let ’s start with the Xinjiang burger. Since we’re in Xinjiang today, oh, but the batter is very crispy. The outside. Here it is. When you grab it, it’s crispy right away. Here it is. When it’s finished, it looks like this. It’s delicious. I like the batter. The batter is crispy on the outside , soft on the inside. Delicious . Let’s continue with this fish. This is probably a famous fish because we’ve been on many trips to many restaurants and we ate this fish. This one has tender meat. And this one, unbelievable, wow, they put in every molecule. Hey, it’s delicious , better than I thought . And this one, many people should know it already. This is Peking duck. Normally, you would get this one, right? And the duck skin , but we can add meat too to make it tastier. And this one , pour the sauce over it and wrap it up. Okay , great, delicious. And this was our first meal in Urumqi, China, Xinjiang. Hey, Xinjiang Province. Let’s go . We’re full. Let’s go take a serious look at Urumqi. Outside, the atmosphere is like eating outside, French style. The kids want to eat mi xue, which has nothing to do with Xinjiang. They just want to eat. We’ll go to the temple, but for now, we ‘ll stop and buy some mi xue first. Pay? They called us . Here they come. Oh, is he standing there waiting? I’m discouraged. Okay, in front of us, there is a huge archway leading to the temple. In front of the temple, there are lots of things for sale. The weather today, everyone, is very sunny . The temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius. It’s not extremely hot, but it’s not cold either. Let’s go through the inspection machine first. And now. We’re at the Hongguangshan Giant Buddha , the largest Mahayana Buddhist temple in Xinjiang and northwestern China. It took about eight years to complete, from 2002 to 2010. The highlight of the temple is the central courtyard, where a statue of Maitreya Buddha is enshrined. Children can even climb on him, symbolizing kindness and compassion. Further back, you’ll find the Bodhisattva Veda, a guardian deity of Buddhism. This is a common sight in many Mahayana Buddhist temples. Then, we’ll find the highlight of the temple , the largest Buddha statue in Xinjiang: the Shakyamuni Buddha. With a total height of 40.8 meters, including the base, the entire statue is made of copper and covered in gold. It cost over 9.5 million yuan , or approximately 43 million baht, to build. On both sides of the stairs leading up to the Buddha , statues of the first ten disciples of Shakyamuni are lined up along the path. Inside the main hall at the back, you ‘ll find numerous sacred Buddha statues. It can be said that this is an extremely large and beautiful temple. I mean, it’s the national costume of the Han Chinese. Oh, but it’s not a wedding dress, right? These days, wedding dresses are popularly decorated like this. Oh, so they dress like this. They dress like in ancient times. Chinese teenagers nowadays like to wear it a lot. This is what teenagers do themselves, or where do they come from? In China, the largest ethnic group is the Han people . Whether they have Teochew, Hainanese, Hokkien, Cantonese, or Chinese dwarfs, 99% of them are Han. Now, the Han people feel that, hey, why when we meet the Hui people, whether it’s the Uighurs, the Miao, the Koreans, right? Why do they have their own national clothes ? Why don’t the Han people have them ? So someone searched for information on why the Han people don’t have their own clothes. So there was the first teenager in 2003. He was an ordinary person, that is, 22 years ago. He searched a lot of information. Oh, actually, the Han people have their own national clothes, which is the Hanfu, which is the Han costume. The main thing is, you fold the left side to the right. If you’ve ever watched The Return of the Condor Heroes, the main character is Guo Jing, and in The Return of the Condor Heroes, Guo Jing wears the Han costume. So this teenager was the first. He had done his research. He was the first to make this shirt with his own hands. Then he wore it. He is from Henan Province. Henan has the most famous temple in China, the Shaolin Temple. Then some reporters went to take pictures. They were confused, like, what is he wearing? No one knows him ? Really? No one knows him? Yes, a lot. There are people who know him, but very few. Then someone printed this in the newspaper. Then people started to know that the teenagers who dressed up, who wore that shirt, were actually Han Chinese clothes. So we went to look for ancient artifacts underground. It’s like what ancient Chinese people wore. In Thailand, there was a very famous movie. It took a Thai director seven years to finish filming. It was called Phra Sri Suriyothai. You remember, right? Professor Wirot also acted in that movie. Yes, right? The shirt that Professor Wirot wore in Phra Sri Suriyothai, that is the national shirt of the Chinese people. Oh, the Han Chinese was worn. Since that teenager wore it in 2003 , people started to see that this is a shirt. The national shirt of our Han Chinese. That ‘s what we saw a moment ago. So some people have started dressing up like that . Yeah, especially these days. Okay, in front of us, oh, it’s so beautiful because behind us is a mountain and we can see a big Buddha. And there’s an arched entrance. The path in the temple, it’s going down. And when you get there, there’s a bridge over it and then it goes up again. Let’s walk and take a look. This is real. Is this Arabic or Uyghur ? Arabic , sir. Arabic, right? Yes . But Uyghurs use Arabic . Oh, so they use the same one. / Yes, Chinese, English, Arabic, Japanese, Korean. That ‘s right. Actually, in front, this is 100 dollars. On Mao Zedong ‘s side . This is Chinese characters, Hanji. Translated into Thai, it’s the People’s Bank of China. And behind, there are many Chinese characters. This is Pinyin. This is the Arabic that the current Uyghurs use. And this, actually, this is the Uyghur characters. Oh, really? So I’m confused as to why the current Uyghurs in China don’t use the characters of their ancestors and use Arabic instead. Actually, Uyghurs were Buddhists first. Oh, they were Buddhists first. Yes, they were Buddhists first. If we have a chance to visit Xinjiang, This time, the origin of the trip is the northern Xinjiang route. Xinjiang also has a southern Xinjiang route, southern Xinjiang . Yes, southern Xinjiang is the Silk Road that the monk Tang Sanzang once passed through. There are many cities related to Buddhism in there. Especially in a city called Kuche, there is a cave with the oldest Buddha carving in China. It is more than 1,700 years old now, older than the Mogao Grottoes. The Mogao Grottoes are the most famous caves in China. So, for example, here, what language do the Uighurs normally speak ? It is Uighur. Uyghur language but written in Arabic Yes, sir. This is Uyghur script . Uyghur script. But who uses this Uyghur script ? The Mongols use it. Oh, the Mongols use it . The Mongols are using it. So don’t the Mongols have their own script? The Mongol script, they mainly use Uyghur script and then build a foundation, just like the Japanese script, right? It’s actually Chinese script. The Japanese call it Hanji , Kanji. Ji is the script. Han is the Han dynasty. It’s the script of the Han people . Look, it’s exactly the same. The Japanese can’t speak Chinese, but they can read the meaning because of this. They understand about 40%. It’s something that was developed further . Right? That’s correct. It means that the Mongols developed the language from Uyghur. Right? Oh, they used the Uyghur script as a foundation and then built it. It’s the same as the Tibetan script. They used the Indian script, which is Sanskrit, as a foundation. There’s also this on the back of the Chinese yuan banknote. This is the Tibetan script. Here, Tibet / which is currently used. It’s like in Nepal and India , but actually, this is actually the Mongol script. / Nowadays, they use Mongol, but actually, it’s based on Uyghur, correct? But Uyghurs use Arabic, correct? / Nowadays, yes , the Uyghurs changed their religion since the time of Genghis Khan . They fought all the way to Western Asia and Europe. Then, there were people who brought Islam to spread to the Mongols. The Mongol kings knew, so they brought Islam to Xinjiang. Before that, they practiced two religions. One was Buddhism. If you go along the Silk Road in southern Xinjiang, we go to Gushi. We’ll know that in the past, a lot of people practiced Buddhism. Because the caves that were carved are all related to Buddhism. So we know that before that, they practiced Buddhism and fire worship. If you’ve seen a movie called The Legend of the Dragon Saber, you’ll know about the Mengka religion. Mengka , yes, Mengka comes from Persia. Yes , it’s a fire worship religion. Well, in the past, Uyghurs practiced these two religions: Buddhism and fire worship. Yes, that’s right. Are there still people practicing fire worship today? Very few, very few, very few. So, are the Hui people Kazakhs or not? The Hui people, right? There are books that state two things. The first is that when the Mongols invaded the world, there was a tribe that the Chinese called the colored-eyed tribe . Yes, they were the Westerners. They were people who stayed in Central Asia, like Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Persia, and so on. They followed the Mongol army back to Xinjiang, so they stayed in Xinjiang and maybe married some Han Chinese, so they became one of the ancestors of the Hui people. And the other point is that they were Han Chinese who were Muslims. Oh, so basically, if you are a Chinese who is Muslim, you are all considered Hui. Yes, that’s the two pieces of information. Okay, what about the water slides on the side ? Is it an amusement park or a water park ? The temple is very large. The area is considered a very large temple. And then there’s this. Walk straight ahead, everyone will see the Big Buddha. Wow, it’s a golden color, like really bright gold, reflecting light . What ‘s that over there ? VR. Wow, wait a minute. Nowadays, in the temple, they have a game machine . There’s a coffee shop. It’s not that bad. There’s a VR game machine that lets us enter some kind of world. Let me go in there first because I have to pee. Wow, this is quite impressive. I didn’t think there would be a game center-like atmosphere in a temple . It ‘s in a temple. There’s a claw machine. Hey, what kind of game room is this? This is in a temple. Watching a movie? Yes, watching a movie in VR. Wow, but what kind of movie is it? This is probably a short movie, a claw machine. If you didn’t tell me, I would have thought this was in a mall. This is in a temple. Is this Tron? This is clearly Tron on a motorcycle. Wow, this is in a temple. I really like it. There’s Bumblebee who was captured, Bumblebee who was held for ransom, tied up. What the heck? I’m so confused. There’s no restroom in here. Okay, I have to keep looking for a restroom. I haven’t gone in that direction yet. Oh, I found a sign. Here it is. The sign says the restroom is over there. Wow, the entrance arch is grand and beautiful. And here we are. The way up to the shrine. There are a lot of stairs, but I don’t think there are too many. It ’s just a little hot . Here is the big Buddha statue . It’s golden and reflects a lot of light. Okay , let’s go up and take a look inside. We’ve reached the top. Wow, it ’s very tall. Let’s go check out each room. Oh, but photography is prohibited here . Okay, it seems like photography is prohibited in every room. I’m guessing because the room just now , which is behind me, is a room with a Buddha statue. And there’s a place to sit and worship. But photography is not allowed. There’s a sign that says photography is not allowed, so I didn’t take any. Let me explain what’s in front of me. This is the back of the big Buddha. Actually, I think you can go inside because there’s a door at the back. I’m not sure if you can go upstairs or if there’s only one floor. I don’t have any information about this, but I’ll take a look first. It’s a very big temple, but there aren’t many people. In China, Mahayana Buddhism entered China and was divided into 8 sects . There are 2 sects that are most worshipped by the Chinese. The first is the Jain sect or the Dhyana sect . The second is the Pure Land sect. This sect has a lot of followers. Simply put, no matter who you are, every day you chant just 6 words. 6 words / Yes, in the future when you attain nirvana, you can go to the Pure Land world. Those 6 words are called Namo Amitabha. Yes, that’s it. Namo Amitabha. There’s a crown, right? On the head like Sun Wukong, Qi Tian Da Shen. The Chinese call this Jin Gang. Jin Gang is translated from Thai-Pali. It ‘s called Vajra. Oh, Vajra . Simply put, it’s the protector of Buddhism. Its duty is to guard the temple. Another meaning is that it is a very strong weapon called Wichian, which can cut through obstacles. This is what he meant. Oh, Wichian . Yes, Wichian has come out. It’s hot, very hot . Let’s go to the market. He said that if you go there, you won’t feel like it’s China or not. You ‘ll be confused and say, “Is this China?” and so on. Another way to go, okay, let’s go. In front of the temple, when you walk out, there will be a miniature city. And this is a replica of the one in Uzbekistan, where I’ve been . This is very beautiful. This is exactly the same. This is a replica, but it’s just a scene. Because if it were real, it would be very magnificent. This city is famous for having the most jade minerals. Hetian , Hetian. Yes, very famous . Okay , when Chinese people talk about Hetian, they only think of jade . Oh, it’s a city with jade. / Yes, yes . So they named it after a street. Hetian 2nd Street. It’s a street that’s like a walking street because they closed the street for people to walk and see the real way of life in Urumqi. If you want to know what the people of Urumqi like to eat, And what interesting local food is there? We must try walking here. Hetian Road 2 is one of the famous food districts in Urumqi. It is full of many restaurants and street food. Most of them are local Uyghur food, which is influenced by Central Asia and the Middle East. The first menu, don’t miss it. This is naan. It’s a Uyghur-style flatbread , which is a staple food in many homes. It looks similar to Indian naan, but wow, it’s much thicker, denser, and harder. Another menu is samsa , which is baked bread filled with meat and seasoned with spices. This menu is commonly found in Central Asia and is a popular snack for the Uyghurs. There are also many desserts and fruits to choose from, such as Hami melon , which is a famous local fruit from Hami city in Xinjiang. It tastes very sweet and looks like cantaloupe or melon. There are many other foods. You’ll also get to see the local way of life. Something like this. What does it look like? Is it a fire like a hot pot? Hetian. What did you think of at first? Hotpot. Hetian 2nd Street. It was 1915. But they also have Scottish mascots. Scottish mascots are camels blowing trumpets. They ‘re very cute. Here, the street is lined with shops on both sides, with red and orange umbrellas. There are a lot of street food. If you want to experience the local culture, this is Xinjiang. They say to try walking on this street. You will see a variety of food. Many people come to sit and eat. Here, the bread that is clinging to the edges. This looks like mutton skewers, grilled lamb. What kind of snack is this? Which one? This is it? / No, the one they scoop out, is this Khao Baozi? Grilled buns, grilled buns. How much is each bun ? 3 yuan each, 3 yuan for 15 baht. / Can I try one ? What’s the filling? Can I just buy one? I want to try it. Beef, right? Beef filling . Okay, I want one. I want to try. Grilled buns. Take a smell . They said they use this kind of oven to grill them. I haven’t even waited to take a picture yet. I ate it. Oh, I ate it already. I haven’t even touched the meat yet. / How is it? Crispy dough. Try to touch the meat. Try to bite it. / It’s hot. The name of the shop is Miras. The meat is a little fishy. Cow meat. Yes, it’s beef. That’s why it’s fishy. The dough is delicious. The meat is salty. The meat is salty. The bread is delicious but the beef is fishy. Why? Because the fishy is the cow. What? Just now, the guide told me that it’s the shop we just bought from. This is a famous online restaurant ? This one ? Yes, there might be many branches. Not sure. Oh, you mean the whole restaurant? Everyone look. Is this a lamb? / Yes, a lamb. This is a lamb, right? A lamb, right? A fluffy lamb . A fluffy lamb. Yes, wow, it’s all grilled. Little lamb. This is a chicken. This is probably a chicken. The lamb is very big. 55 yuan. How much is one ? 55 yuan . Yes, that’s 225 baht. The lamb should be 138 yuan per kilo. 138 is about / Very big . And there’s lamb biryani . Of course, this lamb biryani is famous in Xinjiang. But it’s like, thank you. It’s the intestines, the stomach, or the intestines of the lamb inside. Wrapped in lamb. It’s lamb intestines with meat and lamb inside. I just spoke Thai next to a Chinese girl. The Chinese girl turned to ask if I’m Thai. I said that’s correct. She said, oh, hello, insert. Cute . This is it. The bread in Xinjiang is called naan bread. It’s round like this. It’s like pizza but it’s hard and chewy . It can be kept for a long time. It doesn’t lose its shape. It ‘s like when people travel. He feels like he can take it anywhere. This bread is from Xinjiang, right? It’s from Xinjiang, right? Naan bread. I bought it for 10 yuan that day. It’s probably sold here for 10 yuan . Can I get one? I’ll take a picture. Here the price is normal 5 yuan. 5 yuan is the price for locals. This one is better. What is this? This is only size M, not size L. Alright, hey , it’s time for us to rip. Oh my… oh my, wait a minute, it’s so hard . I pressed it as hard as I could, and it still didn’t break. Here it is , I’m out. And luckily the inside is not hard, only the outside is hard. What about the taste? The taste? It’s like bread. Like the bread I’ve eaten before. It’s pretty good. Very hard. Actually, it can be used for self-defense. We can use it as a weapon. Or is it really used for dancing with a fan? Oh yeah. If your phone battery runs out, there’s a machine to scan and charge it. You can borrow a battery to charge it. Melon, melon ? Cantaloupe and melon. These are the most famous in China. They’re the sweetest in China. They come from a city called Hami. So Chinese people found this melon and called it Hami melon . Hami , M. horse, E. vowel, Y. giant. Hami , yes, Hami is the name of a city. Yes, in Xinjiang? In Xinjiang, 300 kilometers east of Urumqi by car. Wow, they call it. Chinese people call it Hamigua. Guava is melon , like sigua, watermelon, huangguo, cucumber, Hami melon. Hamigua , this one is famous, meaning very famous . Cantaloupe? Or melon? Cantaloupe and melon . So when Chinese people see these melons, they immediately think of Hami. Just these two, okay? Just cantaloupe and melon, 3 yuan. Oh, then one and one. I like the presentation. I can’t understand it all , but the sound is good. Here it is, Chuab here, slap here. Slap in. Slap in. Just a moment. I have to transfer money, don’t I? I have to transfer money. I bought it because of the seller. His voice is nice. Chop chop. Finished . Here comes the sound. Transferred already. Okay. Keep talking . He keeps talking. Selling. How do you eat it? Hey, delicious . Very sweet . Just the right amount of sweetness. Talk to him. Talk to him. He said, “Rich. ” Hami? Hami gwa. Very sweet. Cantaloupe. Everyone calls it Hami gwa. Use the name of the city. No matter where you come from, they call it Hami gwa. / That’s right. If you come from abroad, if you find this melon, they call it Hami gwa. Super good cantaloupe. / This is the real thing. Very sweet. More delicious than melon. / More delicious. This Yen is the real thing. / It’s really delicious. More delicious than melon . Very sweet. It’s worthy of saying “Rich.” Full service. Once you’re done buying, throw it here. There are tissues for you to wipe your hands. Very good. What is this? Dates? No, longans? Longans are as big as chicken eggs. / The longans are very big. We can buy 10 or 20. Oh, we’ll put them in a bag, right? Take about 5. / How many? Just now you said what kind of dates? / Dates. These are the dates . Oh, these are the dates. Chinese people call dates coconut jujube . Oh really? Coconut jujube . Yes, coconut jujube is 13 yuan date . Okay , Chinese people call dates coconut jujube. Coconut jujube / Yes, Ye zao. Ye is coconut. Zhao is jujube. 13, right? Yes , 13. Yes, thank you. In Uyghur, how do you say thank you in Uyghur? Raqmet Raqmet Xie xie means thank you, which is Raqmet Raqmet Xie xie. Raqmet / Thank you. Raqmet Raqmet / Bye-bye qosh qosh Bye-bye is qosh qosh qosh. Thank you. Raqmet. Okay, thank you. Bye-bye qosh. After finishing shopping, you spoke Uyghur. That’s right. If you go to Kazakhstan, you’ll use this word to say thank you too. That means that person just now was Uyghur, right? Yes, a Uyghur. A real Uyghur. So, does his tongue-rolling behavior be a Uyghur thing? Yes, yes, this is how they pronounce it. That’s correct. They pronounce it with the letter R. Ruea , but Chinese doesn’t pronounce it with the letter R. Ruea. Chinese doesn’t have a roll call, there’s no letter R. Ruea, none at all . Yes, sir. But Uyghurs do. My father told me to sing Peking Opera songs for him. I kept saying that I wanted to listen to the traditional songs of the Uyghurs more. Hey , hey, there’s a show! This young man is diligent in showing off . Peking Opera, Peking Opera. I’m embarrassed now. I’m embarrassed now. At first, I wasn’t embarrassed. I’d be happy to come visit again. Thank you. Raqmet Raqmet Raqmet qosh . Uyghurs are very friendly. When we go shopping, they take care of us, teach us the language, and sing for us. We actually only bought 5 jujubes because we saw this young man presenting it, so we had to support him . At first, we didn’t really want to eat jujubes that much, but they were so cute . Is this a local product? Yes , it looks like a blueberry, but it’s not. / Yes, blueberry. Oh, a blueberry? This is a blueberry, right? This is the blueberry filling. This is the walnut filling . And there’s the butter filling. What do these three say? So, it’s like this. It’s a type of drink that tastes like beer, but there’s no alcohol inside . Oh really? No / There’s no alcohol , but it tastes exactly like beer ? You said a small glass is 10 dollars, a medium glass is 12 dollars, a large glass is 20 dollars / I’ll take a small glass , I ‘ll take one small glass . It tastes like beer, but there’s no alcohol. Is that right? / So what’s the name of the drink? Cava, Cava? Yes, Cava, Cava. This one said it’s called Kava. This drink here is like beer, but there’s no alcohol. It doesn’t taste like beer at all. It’s like what? It ‘s like some kind of water that’s a little sweet. Wait a minute , but it has the fizz of beer, but it’s not bitter at all. It’s more sweet. It’s called Kava. It’s so cute. The glasses that sell, hey, why am I drunk? This is the atmosphere that we’ll sit and eat like this. Here , open a drink, order street food to eat. In front of you, there’s only smoke. Chill. This is it. As I said, when we come in here, which one is Han Chinese, which one is Uighur? It’s very easy to tell because their faces don’t look alike at all . So obvious. So, when you walk in and take a look, you’ll see the difference without even asking. You can tell just by looking. And it’s a place where a lot of people come to stroll, shop, and find food. But after walking for a while, the menu started to look similar. The things they sell. But if anyone wants to try street food, local food, Xinjiang food, whether it’s Xinjiang people , Chinese, or Uighurs, you can come and walk here. Look ! The traffic in the city is starting to get congested. It’s starting to look chaotic. People are turning in and out. Hey, there are yellow and green taxis just like in Thailand. Okay, let’s go to the bazaar. It’s a market that says you’ll see things that make you feel like, “Hey, is this in China?” We’ve arrived at the Grand Bazaar. Look up. If you didn’t tell me, I wouldn’t know you were in China right now. This is the atmosphere here. Let’s go inside. Inside is a theater. Oh, this is a theater? Yes, sir. This part is the most famous and largest market in the city. It was selected as a 4A tourist attraction in China. Let’s come to the Grand Bazaar. In Chinese, it’s called Da Bazaar. The word “bazaar” comes from the Uighur language, which was derived from Persian. It means market. Inside here. There are a variety of local products, including handicrafts, clothing, jewelry and food. But what’s even more interesting is that this is not just an ordinary market , but also the center of Uyghur culture. Most of the vendors in this market are Uyghurs. And because the Uyghurs are Muslims, the architecture here is in an Islamic style, which has earned it the nickname Little Istanbul. Because the atmosphere of the culture and the shops remind us of the atmosphere of Istanbul, Turkey. Here , as soon as we arrived, the music immediately changed the mood. Here , and the way the vendors dress is unlike what we usually see. It’s in a completely different style, completely Central Asian, inside the building. They say it’s like a Bobae market or something. They sell clothes and all sorts of items. Here, there are traditional hats. There are musical instruments, here, for playing drums. This is also street food around here , but they dress in Central Asian clothes. Here , there are hats, which are their signature style. Simply put, this place is a team uniform . They sell many things . Here, is this camel meat ? It’s in the shape of a camel. Don’t say camel meat. This side is like a food court, but it’s beautifully made, looks good, and is big. This place is under construction, but everyone can see that this style, the art of construction is Anyone who sees this wouldn’t think they’re in China, except for the letters. The shops seem more official and better decorated than the street we just went on. The street we just went on has a more street food feel, but this one looks more established. This is the front. Look, it ‘s a completely different style. Walk straight through and you’ll find another side . Simply put, this place is huge. It’s not just where we are. And for security, you can see soldiers with guns standing guard at guard posts everywhere. The buildings we see around here aren’t like in China, you know. Do they have more soldiers in this province than in other provinces or what ? That’s right. They have more, right? They have more soldiers than in other cities because there used to be protests in the past. Yeah , so for safety , tourists from other provinces, whether it’s Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Shanghai, feel safer visiting here than in other cities because there are more police and soldiers. Okay, so they have guard posts with guns and lots of cameras. That’s right, more cameras than in other cities, sir . / On the street. Yes, but here in China, every city has lots of cameras. I understand. And when you want to enter the area, you might have to have a scanner. You have to go through every scanner. It’s very high-level security. As we can see, the soldiers are standing guard. This is where we have entered this area. Look at the sign. He did a good job. This guy and the donkey are like the mascots of this place. They are everywhere. In front, there is Turkish ice cream that they don’t let you pick up . Hey , they won’t let you pick it up yet. Discouraged, discouraged. Come on. Do you want to eat Turkish ice cream? Want to eat but don’t want to play with them. / Want to eat but have to play. Yen wants to eat Turkish ice cream ? Ginny, Ginny, Ginny is better. What? Go buy ice cream. Go buy ice cream. Go buy ice cream. Here. I believe that one day they won’t sell much because they can’t have a lot of customers. It’s a waste of time playing. And 25 yuan too. How much is 25 yuan? More than a hundred baht. Expensive. The lady is a shill. She’s the one who calculates the money. She played for us to see and then let us in and it was 25 yuan . It’s quite expensive. But her face looks delicious, whatever. That’s it. And after we came to buy something, everyone, wow, it became crowded instead of no one. What’s this? They seem very serious about selling their stuff. Uncle’s brand water. There’s a toy store that has models of uncles and camels all over the place. The building next to it is a market. Let’s go in and see what it looks like. Alright, it looks like we’re in a completely different place from China. Wow, this is a cute rug . Yeah, this is a beautiful rug . That butt is a goat’s butt. Hey, its butt is soft too. A soft butt. A gourd is hanging down. Hey, is that real fur? What is that ? A mink? Is this, wow, or a replica ? The one they like to wear on their heads is the national musical instrument of Xinjiang. This is a musical instrument store. It’s their folk instrument. What is it called? It’s like a lute with two strings. I’ve seen them play it. Is it real snake skin? Real snake skin ? Real snake skin? / Yes, wow. / He wrote, “Che Pi Fu .” 1,800 yuan. 1,800 yuan. Yes, wow. / Almost ten thousand baht. 9,000 baht. Almost ten thousand baht. This is / It’s a drum. It’s a drum too . There are small and big ones. And it’s real snake skin. Yes, it’s snake skin. There are many sizes. This one is a real snake . No, it’s a real snake because if it were in other places, it wouldn’t be a real snake. Snakes in other places would be Japanese snakes, Thai snakes, English snakes. This one is definitely a Chinese snake. There’s coffee that I asked P’Bas if he wanted to drink. Oh, is it a local snack? Oh, this is the one with coffee inside. It’s so cute. I saw it for sale, but I didn’t buy it. This is the naan bread that I just bought. My little sister also made it into a doll. It ‘s cool. This should be a tourist attraction. Oh, yes, this is a tourist attraction in Xinjiang. This is the one we’ve been to. The windmill. I told you that the products in China are very well-made and cute . They also sell donkeys, right? Like when they made the Scottish mascots, the Scottish mascots of Xinjiang, they also made them cute, right? Look, what is this? An alpaca or a llama? A picture book? And is it layered like this? When you open it, it must be cute. I have an example. See? It ‘s cute. These sheets are so cute. There’s a big one too. This is the big one. But the small one has interchangeable heads. Oh, does it stick in and out like this? What’s this for? Give it to the dog to sleep on. We were invited to look at things again. Postcards? What’s so good about them ? Oh, it’s like film, right? This is a postcard with a view of Xinjiang. They have a map. This is a map of all of Xinjiang. It’s so beautiful. And in front of us is the subway station. In the city, you can get off at this station. They said that there is only one line right now, which is what we asked the guide about . But I think in the future, they will probably add many more lines. Their metro looks good . The exit is to a developing city, and it is developing very fast. They have a picture of a market in the past. Wow, that means this place has been around for a long time. In the past, it was like this. It was a fence. People came to shop everywhere. This is their locker. It is very cute. And they use a scanner, like in Japan, they use coins to pay. Scan to pay, open the locker, and store your things. It looks good. Okay, done. So we got to see their market. Their way of life is very diverse. We went to see the Han temple . I have to say that Urumqi is a city that mixes different cultures together. It is also the largest city in Xinjiang. But let’s have dinner now, because our car is parked over there. Let’s go another time. Let’s see what we will have for dinner. This restaurant. Let’s go in. What is this? Duck? Something like that. It’s not very tasty. Let’s go eat. We’re done eating. Hey everyone, is the camera set up here? And turn on the lights. Turn on the lights so that when you walk past you can definitely see their faces clearly. There are both faces and backs . It’s not dark at all. Okay, let’s go back to the hotel. Tomorrow we will go to the airport. Go to sleep. See you in the morning. And that’s all for our trip to Northern Xinjiang. Everyone should have seen how beautiful and diverse nature is here. From deserts, lakes, grasslands, and snowy mountains, this is only part of Xinjiang. There is also Southern Xinjiang, which is full of many tourist attractions. If we have the chance, we will take everyone to see it. I recommend that if you want to visit both the North and the South, you should come for at least 2 weeks. Because we have been in Northern Xinjiang for 9 days. And if anyone likes this clip, don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to us on Skype. It is an encouragement for us and all the team. Today I will say goodbye. Goodbye.
