Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make fruit milk agar. This time I’m going to make it with four fruits, and it’s very easy because all you have to do is mix and chill. And I will also show you how to make the surface clean and pretty. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some points of interest here and there, so please enjoy to the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Milk, sugar, water powder, agar agar, strawberries, tangerines, kiwi, pineapple, here are the ingredients. First of all, about the sweetness, we will use sugar. Can use any kind of sugar you like. And this time, we will use agar agar powder. If you use stick agar instead of powdered agar, use double the amount. I’ve had a few people ask me if it can be made with gelatin, but it’s hard to remove from the mold, and if you use fresh kiwi or canned pineapple, it won’t harden if you use gelatin instead of fresh pineapple. I’m using canned pineapple for this recipe. If you must use gelatin, use canned fruit. And this time, we will use a torte mold. This is a cake mold with a 15cm bottom and an 18cm top. This is the mold we will be using this time, but it can be substituted for various other molds. So, first of all, the pound mold. This is a normal cake mold. This one has a diameter of 15 cm. And then there are these storage containers. These are enamel storage containers. Can also use glass containers like this one or this one, or even Tupperware like this one. Can also make it in small portions in pudding cups like this, or even in a saucepan. Can use this as a mold as it is. However, if you are using a pot like this, it is recommended to use a pot without a clasp inside because a pot with a clasp inside tends to lose its shape when you take it off. If the worst case scenario is that there is no container at all, you may put it inside a milk carton. I would like to make it right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making it. First of all, I will cut from the tangerine. When I cut the tangerines, we cut them with the peel because it is easier for the fruit to fall apart if you cut the peel. Cutting the skin into pieces. Let’s cut roughly 5 mm thick. Be careful not to jiggle too much. Cut like this. Can’t use the ends like this, so peel this off a little bit and eat it as a little nibble. Then cut into the peel and peel it off like this. Cut the tangerine like this. I will be making fresh tangerines, but you can of course use canned tangerines. Let’s cut and peel again in the same way. Be careful not to injure your hand when making the incision. Cut the tangerine like this. Now let’s continue with the kiwi. First, both ends of this one are cut off. Pull it this way. Then the lopsidedness is easily removed like this. Cut this one in the same way. Now peel it lengthwise. Can also use a peeler to peel at this point. And after peeling, you can cut this one about a millimeter wide as well. Cut this one as well, but not too jiggly. Then cut the kiwi in half again. Can put the whole thing in either way. I would like to halve it this time. Now I will continue with pineapple. This one is cut in half, cut in half again, and cut in half again. I will divide it roughly into 8 equal parts. Can make this one as large as you like. Now on to the strawberries. First, cut off the stems of the strawberries. Cutting in a circle. Let’s cut this one roughly 5mm wide. Like this. Let’s cut it like this. Finished cutting all of them. I have a total of about 400 grams of all four kinds of fruit this time. I would suggest that you prepare roughly 300-400g of these grams. I think it would be better to have about 100g of each since there are 4 pieces of each this time. Can do this one to your liking. Now, please prepare the type. Here it is. First, put fruit on the bottom and side of this area. This is the part that will appear on the surface after turning it over, so you can decorate it with fruits as you like. The first step is to place the tangerines. And then strawberries. I’ll leave this one here. This is how it looks like. Finally, I would like to balance it. Next, I have kiwi. It looks like this. Next, I place a pineapple. Now if the fruit is a little bit bigger to fill the gap a little bit more, cut it in half and put it in. Laid out like this. I put strawberries, tangerines, pineapple, cut in half in some places. And then this side is next. And then I’m going to lay down a little bit of 2cm there as well. Can also cut this one in half. Laid out like this. Laid out like this. Then refrigerate this one for about 10 minutes until you are ready to use it. Make sure to refrigerate it well for at least 5 minutes. Then cut the leftover fruit into small pieces. The strawberries are roughly divided into 2-4 equal parts. If it’s a small one, I think it should be divided into 2 equal parts. Cut into smaller pieces like this. This is the one that comes inside, not on the surface, so we’ll cut it a little smaller. Cut the strawberries like this. Then pineapple. Pineapple is also made a little bit smaller. Pineapple is cut like this. Then kiwi. This one is cut in half. Kiwi is now OK. Next is tangerine. Let’s divide this one into about 4 equal parts. Tangerines are now ok. Keep the extra fruit cut up into small pieces like this. Before making the milk agar, warm the milk lightly to human skin. If the milk is put into the agar agar in a cold state, the agar may harden at the moment it is put into the agar, so please be sure to warm the milk to the level of human skin. Now heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 1 minute. For 500 watts, heat for an additional 10-15 seconds. Heated. Milk is now ready. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make milk agar. First put the powdered agar in a pot. Now add water. Once the water is added, make sure the agar is well blended with the water. Once well blended, heat. Heat is medium. Use a rubber spatula or heat-resistant rubber whisk as shown here. Be careful not to use a stainless steel one, as it will damage the pan. Now bring to a boil once, stirring often. The agar will not dissolve if not heated properly, so be sure to follow the heating time properly. The mixture boiled like this. Once boiling, the heat is reduced to low. And continue to heat the agar thoroughly for 2 minutes. If not, the agar will not dissolve and the milk agar may not harden, so make sure to heat the agar thoroughly. Be sure to stir while heating. Now heated thoroughly for 2 minutes. Then I first add all the sugar here. And mix well. Mix well so that the sugar does not become lumpy. Mix thoroughly like this for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then I think it will re-boil the kutsukumi like this. Then add milk here. Add milk at once. Heat until the pan is heated through, stirring frequently. Be sure to turn off the heat just before boiling, as a film may form if the mixture is brought to a boil at this point. Again, heat while stirring frequently. When the skin of the pan is now fluffy, turn off the heat. Agar agar hardens at room temperature, so be sure to work quickly after turning off the heat. Then take out the cooled mold. And first pour a little bit of milk agar here. If you pour it in too vigorously, the fruit may float out, so pour it in gently and gently. If the mold is cooled in this way, the agar in this part will harden quickly and the surface will be beautiful. Pour the mixture into the bowl until the fruit on the side of the bowl is about half covered with the agar. Work quickly from this point on. Add the extra fruit into this remaining milk agar. Now mix quickly and gently add the mixture back in. OK. Now let this cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours until it is firm and cool. The mixture is now firmly chilled and solidified. Now it has been chilled and solidified for about 3 hours. Then I peel it off with a thin knife like this. Then you put a plate on top and turn it over. Then wipe it up and down. And when it goes down, remove the mold. Ta-da. This is how colorful and delicious it looks. This is the key to this time’s fruit milk agar. First of all, I put four kinds of fruit this time: strawberry, tangerine, pineapple, and kiwi. Can use whatever you like for this fruit. First of all, add the powdered agar and water and mix thoroughly once before putting it on the fire. When mixing, use a rubber spatula or a rubber whisk to mix. If you use a stainless steel one, you will damage the pot. Then bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook thoroughly for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. The agar powder will not dissolve properly if it is not heated thoroughly even if it seems to have dissolved at first, so be sure to heat the agar powder on time. Then add the sugar and when it comes back to a boil, add the milk. And if the milk is added cold, the agar sometimes hardens when it is added. So please warm it up to human skin before adding it. And when the agar is ready, take out the cooled mold and gently place it in the mold. Pour it in gently because if you pour it in too vigorously, the fruit may shift. After pouring, quickly add the rest of the fruit and mix quickly, then gently pour into the mold. The agar hardens at room temperature, so if you do it slowly, it will harden gradually. So please try to do this work quickly. Then take off the heat and refrigerate for 2-3 hours after that before serving. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. 色とりどりカラフルでスゴい綺麗!フルーツも大小のパーツでメリハリがある感じ。
ゼラチン使用じゃないから沢山フルーツ入れても、常温の部屋でもぐずぐずにならず美味しく食べられそうです。

家に蜂蜜と黒糖しか無かったので30gずつ入れて作りましたが少し甘さが足りない様に感じたので今度は白砂糖で作ってみようと思います。
