so it’s cold as I don’t know what outside so let’s make some chili go ahead and grab y a piece of cornbread and let me show you how to get down so first steps we’re going to get some chuck roast that I cubed up into about 1/2 in pieces hit it with some salt and pepper cook that over medium high heat to se it for 4 to 5 minutes and I set that aside next I cooked Down 2 lbs of some ground beef and then I drained it with some paper towel reduced the heat to about medium and added some chopped up bell pepper and yellow onion give that a good mix and then go ahead and add that chuck roast back up in there now let’s work so we’re going to get 2 tablespoons of tomato paste some tomato sauce and some diced Tomatoes hit it with some beer and some beef stock give that a good mix let’s hit it with plenty of seasoning we got some cayenne some smoked paprika chili powder cumin some nature seasoning and then my seasoning that’s going to be hitting the market next week cook that for about an hour and 15 to an hour and a half to let that chuck roast get nice and tender then go ahead and add some black beans and then some dark red kidy beans cook it down for an additional 30 45 minutes then go ahead and plate this in your favorite Bowl guaranteed this going to be the best chili you ever had it’s thick it’s packed with flavor it’s chunky try it out and let me know when you do and you already know it’s a wrap let’s go

Ingredients

1 lb chuck roast, cubed small
2 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1-28oz can tomato purée
1-28oz can diced tomatoes
8-10oz draft beer (lager)
36-40oz beef broth
1-15oz can black beans
2-15oz cans dark red beans
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, less for less spice
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (Natures Seasoning)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons avocado oil

  2. Looks good, but I like mine a bit thicker. I would cook the last hour with the top off to reduce some of that liquid
