hello, it’s kinoshita yuka today… jaaaan i’m going to try various of chinese Lao Gan Ma Seasonings (chili sauce) Do you think that all of these are the same type? but they aren’t, each one of them is a different type and this brand of seasonings (Lao Gan Ma) is so popular in china and i’m going to try different kinds of it and of course i’m going to try the japanese version of Lao Gan Ma as well and i also have the snack version of it because i have a lot to eat for today, i’m going to keep this for another time so today we are going to eat Lao Gan Ma with plenty of rice in really various ways hay, and i’m wearing today kyonshi costume, do you know what’s kyonshi ? i’m fan of kyonshi since my childhood, and that’s even before the middle school, i really love it and i’m glad that my costume has the colors as Lao Gan Ma so, let’s start eating ! itadakimasu hay, and i have here what’s called Ba-wan as well it’s so appetizing, I’ve never seen it before i’m looking forward to taste it i thought at first that it’s the same dish that they ate it in pirited Away movie but it’s different it looks so similar to it let’s start with this one ! it’s a traditional flavor i want to be like this aunt it’s my first time trying this flavor the one that i tried it, looks like peanuts looks yummy! mmmm, delicious ! when i went to taiwan in a previous time, i tried it with noodles and it was good, it feels like a punch of tasty spiciness this one is the most basic and traditional flavor Lao Gan Ma tastes like the japanese chili oil the next one is peanuts flavor this one is the closest to the taste of chili oil wow this is truly yummy ! mmmmm delicious it’s rich in nuts flavor and it’s more spicy than the previous one ! it combines between the sweetness and the spiciness which is tasty it’s truly perfect with rice and now, let’s introduce today’s drink… today’s drink… jaaan sokenbicha tea it’s the hot version of sokenbicha tea caffeine zero, Suddenly all of the products are labeled as caffeine-free recenlty i got plenty of comments from you that told me that recently i drink caffeine-free drinks because i’m in diet you are really amazing detectives but i’m not it’s so good to drink a hot drink in this cold season mmmm, rich in flavor and delicious this is so delicious and now let’s try this Ba-wan it’s the dish that i thought that they ate it in pirited Away movie my friend toled me that pirited Away (千と千尋の神隠し) movie has a different name in korea, and i’m sure that it has a different name in chinese as well, so to tell me in the comments how to say call it in chinese kamikakushi means in japanese “hidden by the kami”, and that’s why it has a different name in korean ah, it seems so yummy, it’s filled with meat ? it looks like meat bun it looks like steamed meat bun mmmm delicious ! it’s truly tastes like a meat bun it contains bamboo shoot and pork it’s so delicious, from what did they make the outside texture it’s slippery, is it made of rice ? i think it’s made of rice starch tapioca is the closest thing that i can compare it with mmmm, tasty ! ah, it’s more easier to eat it with the spoon delicious ! let’s try to eat it with Lao Gan Ma i’m sure that it’s going to be tasty! mmmmm this Lao Gan Ma truly tastes like a strong version of chili oil and i love it the next one is chicken chili oil ah, what a nice aroma, the aroma of chicken is there in japan a chili oil with chicken ? looks yummy ! it contains bones ! ! ah, that’s true, it’s written here “with bones” with chicken bones based dashi mmm, delicious ! the taste of the chicken is well notable but i was so surprised with the bones since Lao Gan Ma is spicy, eating ba-wan is really a good way to lighten the spiciness Ba-wan has a sweet sauce after all Delicious, I hope it becomes more popular in Japan the next one is chinese natto and pork chili oil i’m sure that it’s delicious since it contains pork mmmm, delicious ! i think this one is less spicy i just thought about trying it with green onion mmmm, delicious ! it goes so well with green onion it blends so well with the taste of green onion which makes it so delicious i can’t feel my mouth any more because of the spiciness, i want to rest my mouth i’m glad that i have the ba-wan here ! i always say wan-ba instead of ba-wan ba-wan is an appetizing name, it’s like saying Baw WOW in english the next one is the three seasonings mix chili oil this looks a little bit unique, is it a tofu ? it looks like tofu but it smells different ah, it hard ! what’s this ? it’s not a tofu ! it’s crispy, maybe fried tofu but i can feel the taste of the tofu it’s so fun to try different textures i want to visit china again as soon as possible and since i love tea, i want to try the various kinds of tea in china and this one is called…. it’s called…. onion chili oil it looks diffrent that what we have seen so far aaaah, it has a really rich and deep aroma maybe it’s close to the japanese chili oil that contains plenty of onion mmmm, yummy! rich in flavor and it’s not that spicy wich is easy to eat ! the rich flavor of onion with the sweetness of Lao Gan Ma is so delicious the next one is minced pork chili oil It was cut in a different way and Lao Gan Ma is also perfect when you feel like you want to drink Although it contains meat, its validity date is up to 2021 which is amazing the pork is minced, If it wasn’t with minced meat, my jaw would have been shattered it’s okay when you eat one serving, but it’s tiring when you eat a large amount like me the next one… it’s not written in japanese i don’t think it’s available in japan yet mmmm, it has a nice smell it has a strong tofu smell it’s full of tofu eeeh, it’s creamy like cheese ! aaah, it tastes so strong and it goes so well with rice yummy i really recommend it with rice ah, it tastes so strong let’s eat it with a lot of rice it has the same texture as the cream cheese and it has a strong salty and spicy taste and it’s so delicious mmmmm, yummy the next one is the last Lao Gan Ma this is how it looks like it looks like fish this is how it looks like mmmm, yummy it tastes spicy fish but it’s so spicy i think it’s the most spicy one spicy ! there is nothing better than ba-wan to lighten the spiciness why i always spell the name incorrectly i need something sweet it’s so spicy that’s only what left from rice i tried all the flavors the last one is truly spicy spicy! if you find “La” written on the pack, it means it’s so spicy so be careful because it’s spicy, i want to drink some milk aaaah, yummy! this milk is so sweet the last bite, itadakimasu mmmm gochisousamadeshita Lao Gan Ma and Ba-wan were so delicious the Ba-wan was truly delicious, I wish I had tried it earlier it’s so delicious that i can eat it for ever ! and i’m so glad that i was able to try various type of Lao Gan Ma the traditional Lao Gan Ma was my favorite one but the last one that i tried was also so delicious it has the same texture as sea urchin and creamy which was so tasty ! and it’s perfect with rice and the most spicy one was chan la this one was so spicy and it made me drink milk i’m glad that i was able to try various Lao Gan Ma and you can eat Lao Gan Ma with various dishes like fried rice if you have any special dish that you like to eat with Lao Gan Ma, tell me in the comment and sokenbicha tea was also yummy and since it was so delicious, why don’t you try this as well !?
