禁酒明け、たくさんおつまみ作って盛り上がるひとり飲み

Hello, it rained heavily today and as soon as it stopped I went for a walk straight away. As expected it got muddy so I freshened up and got some ingredients for an evening drink , and as soon as I got home I was in play mode. Come on, do you want to have your favorite snack? Beck is Beck , oh, he ‘s good, Marl Beck, no, Beck, too bad . So, let’s get started right away. Today, I want to make lots of snacks and open a pub. First, I’ll start with the cucumbers. I want to set aside a cucumber for a bit, so since one fell off first , I’ll sprinkle some salt on it and set it aside. Once the cucumbers are done, how about a drink? Actually, I’ve been sober for about a week, so this is my first evening drink. The reason I ‘ve been sober is because I’ve been feeling unwell . Ah, it’s malt. So, I want to enjoy it to the fullest today. First, I’ll start with the appetizers: bamboo shoots, green onions, grated garlic, broccoli sprouts, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, mirin. I should have used a bigger container for this too. Maybe chopsticks would be easier to use. I forgot to add the sesame oil. The green onion menma, which goes well with alcohol, is complete. I forgot to boil water! I’m so hungry I can’t wait, so I’ll have some green onion menma. This is really good. It goes well with alcohol . The green onions and garlic really hit the spot! This might actually be the first time I’ve bought red sausages, a staple at popular izakayas. They can be eaten straight from the oven, so I tried them, and the flavor is already perfect. They ‘re completely different from sausages like Ko-Ku or Schauessen. Of course, they’re octopus sausages! I have eight octopus legs, but I’ll just make do with four today (?). I still have some left over, so I put them in the fridge. I also bought my favorite lemon parsley flavor, so I bought that too. Since these are the supporting characters, I’ll stick with two. I thought I’d have a beer, but I’m going to boil some eggs for later. They cracked , but that ‘s no problem . Flour, green laver, water
. Wow, it smells great. Today , I’m going to make my favorite deep-fried seaweed. I’ll use a cutting board, so I’ll move the sausages first. I bought some scallop and regular chikuwa. I prepared some special chikuwa today. I like the larger ones like the ones at udon restaurants, so I ‘ll cut them in half and fry them. I’m so excited to try the scallop chikuwa, so I’ll try it. I’m not sure if it’s scallop , but it’s really delicious. I ‘ll have to pair it with beer. It’s been so long. They’ve puffed up so much that it doesn’t feel like nori-age at all . Maybe I didn’t add enough green seaweed…? Let’s start frying the second batch! Checking the crispness , it’s amazing! If you fry it a little too long, it opens up. Is that what happens? Previously, the nori-age was short and cylindrical, but why are the ones at udon restaurants so crispy? Finally, I tried frying it with plenty of batter, but maybe the temperature was a little too high… I’ve finished the nori-age, so I’ll change it, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and take a break in the middle. Wow, it’s good ! I wonder if the nori-age can be a little crispier? I’ll try putting it in the air fryer. For now, I’ll try three pieces, and they look great! The meat is shiny and thick, this is quite a luxurious izakaya, and when you pour tartar sauce on it, it’s explosive… Adult teriyaki chicken tartar sauce is complete. Now, I’d like to open a popular kitchen izakaya for the first time in a while. I’d like to continue with the beer I just opened and start with the delicious, slightly burnt fried seaweed. It ‘s not crispy at all , but it’s good. The fried chikuwa feels like the flavor has been tightly concentrated. I’ve already had some cucumber as a palate cleanser. Vegetables are also important, as the soy sauce has a rich flavor and is delicious . I rubbed it with salt and it softened and had a fun crunch. The broccoli sprouts made it feel like a salad. This is one of those things that I tend to eat too much of, but since it’s a vegetable, the calories are almost zero. I’ve already proven that
red sausages are delicious when they’re cold while they’re still zero calories. Of course, if you grill them , they’ll taste even better. The surface becomes a little fragrant, and it feels more like grilled ham than sausage. It’s close. The red sausages have a more retro taste than I expected. It’s been a while since I’ve had a drink, so I’m going to continue with the momentum and go for the tartar chicken. Each slice is heavy. The sweet and spicy tartar and creamy filling fills your mouth. The balance of the slightly spicy or salty chicken and the sweet egg is just right. Tartar chicken feels like a set meal restaurant menu, but it reigns supreme as a hearty snack here. I need to prepare a drink with this. Does this have to be chilled? I thought it would be better not to chill it, but it said to chill it well and open it quietly. It’s been so long since I’ve been here that I forgot. The retro shiso flavor is the best. The lemon parsley on the sausage is as delicious as ever. This is a classy izakaya all at once. All the snacks have a strong flavor, so after eating one, you’ll want to drink right away. The menma will take you back to a popular izakaya again. Of all the menma I’ve ever eaten, this is the best snack I could eat . I want to give it the award for Best Noodle Snack . I could eat this forever. I’d like to try the chicken tartare again. Teriyaki chicken is not just served with rice. I have some tartare left, so that’s a great deal. If you add mustard to the tartare, it has a complex flavor that’s delicious. I think the tartare alone would be good as a snack. I want to make sandwiches with these eggs , and I’ll also bring some white wine for a picnic . It’s the perfect elegant afternoon plan 😎 The wine is my favorite Nature, and I was so engrossed in the chicken that I’m back to reality with the octopus sausages. Tonight I’m busy at my home izakaya for the first time in a while. This… I only bought one bottle, but I should have bought two. I wonder if that supermarket there sells them every time? Cucumbers are really good, it’s only with a cucumber as a palate cleanser that you can keep going! A crunching sound that sounds like it could be made by an orchestra. One more chikuwa. This chikuwa is moist, so it’s like the deep-fried seaweed you’d find in a bento shop, but the flavor inside is like the minced fish from a high-end restaurant. It’s a great chikuwa that really releases flavor with each bite. I’m glad I bought it . Just a little bit of chicken. One bite and the aroma of the sweet and spicy sauce spreads throughout your mouth. Yakitori is good, but teriyaki is also good, and I’m thinking that yakitori is good too. I think it’s about time I opened a yakitori restaurant. I have the impression that popular izakayas tend to have a lot of easy-to-make food, but it’s great that there are so many easy-to-make yet delicious things. What am I dreaming of? I’d like to prepare the final dish. Today I feel like eating danmyeon, so I’ll soak it in water for now. I’ll add garlic, oyster sauce, and vinegar. This is apple vinegar, so it might be a little sharp. I just bought the apple vinegar in the package. The cucumber was gone before it was done. There’s always a long line at malatang restaurants… I’d like to try it at a restaurant before my excitement cools down. It’s one of the gourmet foods I want to go to someday. Even so, it’s sour and spicy. I think it would go well with eggs or vegetables. I’ll reset with oolong highball. I don’t drink it much at home, but when I’m out, I often drink oolong highball at the end of a meal. Oolong highball is good and doesn’t get in the way of a meal. I wonder when these noodles will be finished…? The long noodle danmyeon that I finally finished is still hot. The spiciness and sourness are gradually waking me up. Ah, the oolong highball is delicious. The oolong highball is just the right accompaniment to the ramen at the end .   5. 磯辺揚げ サクサクにしたかったら、小麦粉に少し片栗粉混ぜて見てください^_^ 小麦粉だけの場合はあまり粘りを出さない様にするといいですよ。また お水の代わり炭酸水使うのもいいです

    あおさや、青のりは思ってる倍入れて、弱火で軽く色づいたら出来上がり❤揚げてもっとサクサクが
    良ければトースターで、2分ぐらい焼いたら🫶💯💯

  20. 青のり入れすぎ?ってくらい入れるといいです。小麦粉と片栗粉を半分くらいづつまず粉と青のりだけで混ぜてから水を入れてざっくり混ぜる。そこで衣を付けてあげたらいい感じに出来るかも(*•̀ᴗ•́*)👍
