【🇨🇳上海旅行】絶対食べるべきミシュラン小籠包!蟹麺!羊串と上海の最強グルメを食べてみた/中国旅行/中華料理

Today I’m going to a delicious noodle restaurant near central Shanghai that’s incredibly popular and has been awarded Michelin stars multiple times. It seems like a really stylish place… I wonder if it’s really in a place like this? The Michelin star is sloppily slapped on there. They have two types of crab noodles. The more expensive one has lots of yellow eggs, which is 149 yuan (3,000 yen). These are the next most expensive, crab flour noodles, which are 70 yuan (1,400 yen). I ordered one of each. They’re expensive!! I wanted to eat one of each… The main dish is coriander noodles, but the crab noodles were delicious the last time I had them…I’d be fine with the cheaper one, but the yellow color is different. They said they open at 11:00, but there were already people there around 11:10, so I went in, and by 11:00 sharp it was already almost full . It might be better to come a little earlier . They mix it well , add vinegar, and try it without adding anything at first. First, the 70 yuan crab flour noodles are amazing! 1,400 yen for this? So delicious! It’s so good! If the 70 yuan one is this good, what about the 149 yuan one? This is the high-end 149 yuan crab noodles. This one is more orange! I think it has a lot of egg in it. Is there a difference? It’s creamier , but the base flavor is pretty much the same . I think so… The 70 yuan one is fine. The more expensive one is super rich because of the egg, so if you’re on a budget, I recommend this one, but this 70 yuan one is still delicious! The base flavor is really pretty much the same. If we each eat one bowl of this, it’s the equivalent of one bowl. I’ll go with this one . I’m fine with this one. I’ll have half a bowl, and we’ll be friends♪ I’d like to add a little vinegar… can I add a little? I feel like the noodles here are on a different level from other crab noodle restaurants. I’ll have the pork cutlet. It’s got the sauce on it properly ? Yup, it’s delicious! This is the best pork cutlet I’ve had on this trip . The sauce that goes with the pork cutlet goes really well with it. It’s light, but also has a slight sourness to it, and it’s a little different from regular Worcestershire sauce. The noodles get soggy, so just because it’s twice the price doesn’t mean it’s twice as delicious! But it’s so rich, I went back to the 70 yuan option. Overall it’s delicious! These kinds of mixed noodle dishes often feel like they get stuck in your throat and won’t go down, but that didn’t happen. The amount of sauce and broth is amazing, just right . It’s not enough … No, no, no! I had my long-awaited bowl for each person and compared the tastes, and I could tell that the more expensive one had more depth. As I ate it, I began to appreciate the deliciousness of the more expensive one! At first I was so excited I couldn’t tell lol, but there is definitely a difference in taste between the cheaper and more expensive ones! I think this (70 yuan) is fine. The difference between 3000 yen and 1500 yen is big. Maybe it’s better to have one bowl per person. Do people stay quiet when something is delicious? lol Most of the people eating things other than crab noodles are obvious tourists, I guess… Actually, I wanted to try the most popular item here, the coriander noodles, but I really wanted to compare the crab noodles, so I couldn’t eat that much, so this time I had just one crab noodle dish. It was a luxurious lunch, and I finished it in a flash. It was a net 15-minute food journey, and I finished it in no time… This is it. What I wanted to eat was delicious… Thank you for the meal. I wanted to eat more… Looks delicious♪ What is this? I’m sure it’s delicious… Would you like a pistachio croissant and an Americano? It’s 400 yen each! Isn’t it expensive? It would be even more expensive if you bought something like this in Japan! This kind of cream is especially close to dessert, so it’s perfect after a meal… Croissants, croissants after a meal?? Lol Well, there wasn’t much noodles, so hmm, delicious! The pistachio cream really tasted of pistachio directly and was incredibly delicious♪ And not too sweet! A little salty, but deliberately perfect!!! I arrived at Jing’an Temple, but where do I enter ? It’s huge! It’s kind of interesting♪ I thought there were lots of little golden lion-like figures lined up, but there was also a super huge one at the top (Chinese). People who don’t have a valid phone number were told to go to the right instead of buying a ticket with the QR code. Do you pay inside? Can you buy it with Alipay ? It’s 1,000 yen per person to enter the temple, which is a little pricey, but Japan has a culture of offering money to temples . Wow, that’s amazing! Among these skyscrapers, there’s a spot where people buy incense and make wishes, so I thought I’d try some too. You can buy incense as soon as you enter, on the right. Incense sticks cost 10 yuan. It’s said that if you land a coin in the urn of the statue in the center, your wish will come true. So everyone exchanges their change and throws their coins into the hole in the middle. I’m in! Now I’m off to dinner. Since it’s my last day, I’m going to a slightly fancy seafood steamer. I’m looking forward to eating fresh seafood in a fish tank. This restaurant has several branches in Shanghai, but this one was the closest to my hotel, so I decided to come. It says Flag Something Store. I wonder if this is where it originated? There are so many fish tanks at the entrance, and the freshness is incredible! The prices are also transparent. The crabs aren’t looking very healthy… They all seem oxygen-deprived, but is that okay? First, let’s choose the seafood. Without a translation app, let’s ask for a recommendation. They say shrimp! Is it 500g? “I want to try a little bit of everything,” they said, giving me a small portion! They also have abalone , which costs 800 yen each . Isn’t two a lot? That’s a lot, but it’s okay! I’ll just order some and see what I like, and if it’s delicious, I’ll add more. When I entered the restaurant, it smelled amazing, but the interior was even better than I expected… it was decorated like a stylish cafe. It did n’t look like a seafood restaurant . When I sat down, I scanned the QR code to order. The most popular item is the raw rice menu, so I think you first choose the rice to put on the bottom of the pot. There are large and small portions, but they only cost 10 yuan (200 yen) differently, so which one should I get? The staff member told me the small size would be fine. The prices for the items I ordered earlier are already written, but 500g of shrimp is 109 yuan (2,200 yen), and I think the clams are pretty expensive, but they’re 115 yuan (2,400 yen). I also ordered two abalone, and that’s it . The service from the staff is really good. It’s like a hot pot sauce. They add chili peppers and ginger , and quite a lot of cilantro, and everything looks delicious. The rice is steamed at a great speed. You set the steaming time here and it steams, which is the signal that it’s ready to eat, and they say, “Come on, eat!” They remove the clams, and when they’re done steaming , they add the next ones… I guess they leave the unopened clams behind? It’s really good! I thought the taste might be a little off because it’s a coriander sauce, but it ‘s not cloying at all and is delicious! I should have tried it in Dalian too, it ‘s well thought out, it’s efficient, I’ll do it this way next time too! Looks delicious! So plump♪ It’s soft and delicious when steamed! Grilled is good too, but steaming makes it even more refined, delicious, super delicious, I wonder if they’ll serve these on plates? Everyone peels the shells, as expected, it’s scallops, looks delicious, let’s have some shrimp , delicious, it’s delicious again, differently delicious than crayfish , crayfish are amazing after all! They have incredible potential, it feels healthy and even better, it’s a dish that doesn’t seem like it will make you fat no matter how hard you try♪ I ordered oysters but they also brought scallops, but that’s fine, I like scallops too, so I want to eat it with a lot of garlic, vermicelli and scallops, and the vegetables I’m going to steam now (scallops) It’s huge! The progress of this huge porridge is amazing!! It looks so delicious, it’s not burning at all. The scallops are huge and thinly sliced, perfect for a snack. I’m glad they added a lot of glass noodles. The scallops are really tasty, I made a mistake, but I’m glad I didn’t translate it as oysters. The chicken smells amazing. There’s so much chicken fat, it ‘s like a dangerous pool, and the skin is delicious! No, the way you eat it…lol. They added some delicious green onions, ginger , and celery. And now the porridge is done . It’s crunchy and the vegetables are delicious! They go so well together. I wanted to eat the sauce and vegetables first. Eat seafood, eat vegetables. It would be best if the steamed vegetables were on the table first , but maybe that’s difficult in the process of making the porridge? I wanted to save the scallop sauce from earlier and mix it with the vegetables, so it would have a garlicky flavor. (Porridge) The amount is quite large. This was a little bland, so I added just a little. The dipping sauce is the finishing touch to the hot pot! There’s a faint hint of seafood … That’s how it is. I think it’s seafood porridge made with drippings, so the flavor is a little more refined. I get it! The way to enjoy this hot pot is to eat this porridge at the end , steaming your favorite ingredients over and over, eating vegetables, and then finishing with this lightly flavored porridge to settle things down. It’s like a complete course. It’s rice, not noodles! At first I thought it would be thicker, but it was surprisingly thin, and the depth increased as I ate it… It really is the flavor of porridge made over an hour lol . This way of eating doesn’t exist in Japan, so it’s very innovative and I highly recommend it to anyone who is truly health-conscious. On my last day, I wanted to try one more place, so I headed to a popular lamb skewer restaurant. I’ll give up if it’s crowded. This is the restaurant I left last time I stayed in Shanghai because there was an unbelievable line. There are many branches, and one in the Pudong area where I stayed this time, so I decided to try it. I think I can get in. It ‘s like a club, and it looks like I can get in , but it’s bustling! It was almost full , but I was able to get in easily. The waiter said this lol. He said you put a cooling patch on your forehead! This part is hot, so let’s stick it on!! It definitely (the heat) disappears. Ordering is done via QR code, and I just ordered lamb skewers (half size), as well as beef, pork, and a few vegetables . A huge amount of beer came. The draft beer was cold and delicious! Amazing, amazing! I’m glad I came! It’s interesting because the fat keeps dripping down, and the staff cooks it once it’s all cooked. Are there spicy and non-spicy ones? This one is spicy and this one is non-spicy. The lamb skewers here are Mongolian lamb, and are said to have no odor at all, making them a popular restaurant. I think I’ll try the non-spicy one first. It ‘s delicious! It really doesn’t have any odor! To be honest, I’m not a big fan of lamb, so I do n’t usually eat lamb skewers like that, but this one seriously doesn’t have any odor! Super delicious, delicious , pretty juicy. The non-spicy one has peanuts in the spices, so it’s a little sweet and delicious. I’ll try the spicy one. How spicy is it? The fatty part of the spicy sauce is juicy and delicious. I can see why it’s so popular. The spicy sauce is more spiciness than the spices and the aroma of cumin, which is delicious in its own way. To be honest, it’s completely different from the lamb skewers you get in town, so even if you’re a little hesitant about lamb, I think it’s worth trying. Beer is cheap, too, and the lamb skewers are only 400 yen for six , which is a bargain at 34 yuan. Baked mantou are baked steamed buns. They’re crispy and delicious. Is this dried beef? It’s hard! The more you chew it, the more it becomes like beef jerky . This is pork belly skewers. The pork is juicy and delicious! No matter what, the lamb is still the best. They keep it on top and keep it warm even after a long time, so it stays hot no matter how long it’s been sitting there. It’s not overcooked and is really good♪ The shiitake mushrooms are delicious! They’re seasoned, but it’s like a soy sauce flavor ! I can’t believe I was able to eat this much on my second try . The spices doubled my appetite, and they really did have a kick! This might be the first time I’ve thought I could eat so much lamb. Of course, it’s not completely lamb-free, but there’s a little bit of it, and the spices added to that deliciousness really surprised me! So good, I’m so happy to finally find something so delicious ! Lamb is so good, but no, it’s not! I’ve conquered lamb! It’s delicious! It’s bigger than I thought! It’s bread! I thought it was mochi, but it said mochi. Juicy beef! It said ribs, this is 6 yuan, 120 yen each , but the whole thing is about 100 yen, the skewers… As for these potatoes, they’re only 30 yen each, so they’re cheap. All these spices are delicious… Where do they sell this? I looked for them in the supermarket but couldn’t find them. The beef is delicious! If you don’t like lamb, I recommend ordering the rib beef, which isn’t dried. It’s a delicious steak, thinly sliced and grilled. It’s not too oily, so it might be quite healthy. As for snacks, this is my second time here today, so I didn’t order any, but they have a lot of carbohydrate-based dishes like egg fried rice, cold noodles, and ramen, and they also have a lot of juices, so I think it would be fun to come with the family. Finally, fries. This is always delicious. For me, the best thing about this restaurant was by far the lamb skewers! Second place was the rib beef skewers, and third place was the dried beef skewers. Wow, I’m surprised… the waiter just came and gave me ice cream. Their service is so attentive, even to the smallest details. I was thinking I’d like some dessert at the end, and this little ice cream is so cute♪ Delicious! The Huangpu River seen from the Pudong side is also very beautiful. It ‘s a different view from last time. I think the Bund side is pretty packed with people every day, but this is a hidden gem (Shanghai trip). Thank you for your hard work. Now, I’m going to have breakfast on my last day. I’m going to a famous xiaolongbao restaurant that has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide. I’m really looking forward to it because I heard their crab xiaolongbao are famous . It just opened so it’s not crowded. They open from 9am. They also have a Japanese menu so if you look at it and order , you’ll know right away what’s inside. I was torn between the scallop soup and the scallop soup, but I heard it’s delicious, so I’ll just have the soup. The beef tendon soup is delicious. I’ll also try the gentle beef tendon soup. It has no odor at all and is crunchy, but not too runny. It’s a firm soup that’s super hot. It contains three types of high-quality crab xiaolongbao ! And I ate six of them. It was so delicious! This isn’t just for breakfast… What is this! This is a bit too luxurious for breakfast, not a single piece of meat in it, just the crab, not stretched, it’s a real umami bomb, eat the egg one, this is amazing, one star is a class above the rest, crab roe xiaolongbao I want you to eat it in one bite , when you open it, there’s so much rich egg filling inside, this is all crab miso, is this just crab miso? It’s insane lol, that’s expensive! 2500 yen for 6 pieces is reasonable, would it be better without anything else? I don’t need anything, the number one crab xiaolongbao I’ve ever eaten in my life has been updated, this is amazing! I absolutely have to try this! Wait… it’s beyond imagination lol, so this is what they mean by “crab xiaolongbao”? Crab only xiaolongbao Apparently people drool when they eat something really delicious ! This is what’s coming out now, around here lol, what is this? The last one they recommend adding a little bit of is homemade lemon juice, and the very last one is a fragrant and delicious egg one… it’s on another level…you can’t finish it in one go, but it has an unbelievable taste that you would never find in Japan, so they say it gets really crowded at lunchtime, which is why the mornings are the best time to go. Apparently this restaurant was originally in the suburbs of Shanghai, but it probably got too popular and they opened in the city center, so it’s now accessible. If you were in the suburbs, you wouldn’t be able to come so easily. Is the veggie one hot? A little hot , wait! It’s too hot! It’s really just vegetables and soup, the saltiness is just right and it’s so delicious. It overturns my idea of veggie dumplings I’ve eaten before. Can they make it so delicious with just “leaves”? This is what it’s like inside, and it says it’s vegetarian. So, people who can only eat vegetables (or nothing else) can eat it too . Super delicious, everything is so delicious♪ It’s irresistible! The veggie one is 59 yuan, which is quite reasonable for this restaurant, and it’s a service! The president happened to be there and gave me some sweets as a service, he was so kind! He said they were really delicious, and I’d like to have some on my way home. It’s wrong to put meat in dumplings, so they only use chives! And the crab xiaolongbao is not crab-flavored xiaolongbao, but just crab! I’m really impressed right now… I’ve come here and it’s really delicious at the very end lol The portions of each xiaolongbao are quite large, so they fill up your stomach. Shall I go for the crab? It’s too hot, so I can’t show my appetite until it cools down, so I’ll have the crab meat xiaolongbao. This has pork and crab roe in it. It’s the kind of crab xiaolongbao you can get at a regular restaurant. Delicious! The concentration is insane! You can see that there’s really a lot of crab inside, and this is only 85 yuan, right? This is seriously cheaper than eating at other restaurants. Since they’re about the same price, if you’re having trouble deciding where to eat, you should definitely come here for crab xiaolongbao. They’re so confident in their crab! It’s so delicious… you can barely taste the pork. They’ve added a little bit of pork wonton . It comes with 12 pieces, and it ‘s so cheap ! They’re so smooth! Delicious! After a string of rich xiaolongbao, this fairly thin wonton soup is a great match. While many dishes are a little pricey , it’s only 320 yen, so it’s definitely worth ordering one per person. They added the special crab vinegar on top. There’s a little hole here so you can pour it in through. Super delicious . I always feel sad with the last bite… I prefer it without any toppings. You can taste it directly, and the last one is delicious … This restaurant is definitely worth coming to if you want to treat your family, wife, husband, coworkers, or loved ones to some incredibly delicious “authentic xiaolongbao” ! If this is really the Xiaolongbao you can eat in Japan, it surpasses this level and is so delicious that it makes you laugh, so please come and try it ♪ Thank you for the meal. I came to the lounge that I can enter with my Priority Pass. It’s quite spacious. It looks delicious. It’s surprisingly delicious . It tastes like somen noodles and is delicious.
