Today I will show you to prepare and easy prawn dry curry. Please note the ingredients.
The English ingredient list is in the description box. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter Add the minced onion and sauté until the color changes to transparent Add salt and continue to sauté When the onion is transparent, add green chilly, chopped ginger and garlic and fry for few minutes Keep the flame low and add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder Fry it in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or until the raw smell goes off Now add tomato cubes and sauté until it turns soft and mushy Add the cleaned and deveined prawns Combine well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the prawns are cooked completely in a low heat Finally, add garam masala and combine well in a low flame for another 2 or 3 minutes Its done!
