(材料)
サーモン (スライス) 五枚
エビ天婦羅 二本
青ネギ(小口切り) 適量
レモン(小さくカットしたもの)適量
辛めのマヨソース 適量
寿司飯 150g
寿司ノリ(ハーフサイズ) 1枚
(作り方)
1、寿司ノリ(半分サイズ)にシャリを平均に広げ、返します。
2、中心にエビの天婦羅をのせ、ロール状に巻きます。
3、スライスにしたサーモンをロールの上部に置いてラップをかけ、その上から巻きすを使用して形を整えます。
4、八等分に切ります。
5、皿に盛り付け、マヨネーズをかけ、ネギをふりかけます。
6、写真のように巻き寿司の上にレモンを飾ったら提供です。
