おいしかったです!
自宅の夕食用に「鰹の味噌和え」として作らせて頂きましたが、酢味噌のおかげで、鰹の臭みが無くなり美味しかったです!
お人柄も良さそうで、近くに店があったら通いたいと思いました😊
火にかけないんですね、酢と辛子入れる前の味噌を良く使ってました、茄子とピーマンの炒め物に、七味唐辛子混ぜたものとか、酢みそは「あん肝」良いです👍濃いモノ同士、ちょっとづつ食べます😊😊ホタルイカ、合いますよね、下に引いたウドにも合う、👍です
