Add 0.5 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix. Roll up the eggplants and slice them. Season rice with salt and sesame oil. Place the rice about the size of a baseball on top of the seaweed and spread the rice well. Please put the prepared ingredients. Hold the ingredients with your hands to prevent them from sticking out. It’s even more savory if you put sesame oil on the kimbap.
