炊飯器でとっても簡単!おかわりしたくなるシーフードピラフ!!
Hello everyone. This is MAKKO ☆ DE. Today I would like to introduce you to the easy-to-make pilaf that is popular with families. The ingredients were prepared at a supermarket called REWE in the neighborhood. Please try it! Carrot, about 200 grams. Cut it into pieces and put it in a food processor. Fineness is your choice. Put chopped carrots in 4 cup (180 ml) of washed rice. Add 450 ml of fish bouillon (liquid). Add water to match the amount of water normally cooked in 4 go. Thaw the seafood. Shrimp, 225g Seafood Mix 250g Add 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 liter of water and stir. Thawing in salt water prevents the ingredients from shrinking. (Important point!) Add seafood and thaw for about 30 minutes. Finely chop about 100g of onion. Drain the seafood. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper. (Important point!) Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the onions. When the onions are cooked, add the seafood and fry. If the seafood is cooked too. Place it on top of the cooked rice. Cover the rice cooker and let it steam for 10 minutes. (Important point!) 10 minutes later. Transfer to a large container such as a frying pan and mix well. Sprinkle salt (about 2 pinches) and mix well. Pepper is also your choice! When mixed well, serve on a plate and enjoy deliciously!

お米 4合
エビ(冷凍) 225g
ミックスシーフード(冷凍) 250g
魚のブイヨン(液体) 450g
人参 約200g
玉ねぎ 約100g
塩 二つまみ
バター 15g
胡椒は、お好みで。
*シーフード解凍用
塩 大さじ2
水 1リットル
ポイント
冷凍シーフードを塩水に入れて解凍することで、プリプリになります。
ザルに出した後は、キッチンペーパーで押さえながらしっかり水分を拭きましょう。
季節によって解凍時間を調節してください。夏は、短めにしてください。
