They use Mitsuse chickens, which are chicks born from both parents and raised in the naturally rich land of Saga. The moderate chewiness and rich flavor are created by carefully selecting feed that is close to nature and thorough breeding time and breeding methods. STYLEAs you can see, this is an original beer that is drunk in a masu like sake. It is drunk in both a glass and a masu.
