I’m here at “Don Etona”! It’s a restaurant that serves pastas inside of “Don Quixote”! The biggest characteristic of this restaurant is that you can choose an amount of pasta up to 2 kg. I’ll repeatedly say 2 kg, but it’s actually 3 kg. It’s an extra large size, but it tastes really good! I ordered 3 kg of “Mentaiko (salted roe with chili pepper) Cream Pasta”. I think it will be an extra large size. I’ll eat a bit less than I normally do this time, and if I still can eat more, I’ll order other menus as well. People assume that we cannot order this amount normally. It’s heavy!! It’s ‘Happy Mentaiko Cream’ (a regular size is 990 yen, an extra large size -3kg- is 4,950 yen). The menaiko used at “Don Etona” use natural food coloring. And this beautiful pink color is cute, isn’t it? It looks delicious! If I do a countdown, it will ring, and so I’ll just count the time. A little child came to see the pasta. She’s so shy. Another child is watching me from this side as well. I’ll do my best with support from them!! The time limit is 20 minutes. Before I start, 3, 2, 1, Let’s dig in! This is great!! It’s a lot stacked up here. It’s actually quite a lot, some of which I cannot see. It tastes really good!! It’s time to wind the pasta. The amount of mentaiko is fancy. As soon as I eat the mentaiko, I get impressed by the umami tastes of mentaiko! I love their bubbling texture of the mentaiko! A bigger grain of mentaiko is here as well, which is also delicious! The pasta is creamy and rich, but not too heavy either! I’ll try to let the pasta cool down a bit. It seems that the amount of pasta has increased. Which is the main ingredient, the pasta or mentaiko? I love this nori! I’m scared of myself… Isn’t the amount of mentaiko incredible, is it? I’ll be quiet! 7 more minutes to go. This is a cream zone. It hasn’t decreased at all… I think I can eat this pasta forever. I should be quiet… I’m thinking about which pasta I will order next… It’s like the pasta taking a walk… It’s the second mountain. This is a normal food court as you can see. Does tabasco go well with the pasta? It’s tabasco. You don’t think it will be terrible with it, right? It makes everything more refreshing though!! It’s always stuck around here. My mottainai (a sense of waste) spirit… Other customers around me are cheering me up. They warmly watch me… I’m finished! I was great the last time because I ate 3 kg. I haven’t noticed that it was 3 kg, not 2 kg this time, too. I thought that cream was added to mentaiko before. It’s the opposite this time, which means that mentaiko is added to cream. There’s more mentaiko than cream. It’s an incredibly fancy pasta. I didn’t expect that I would be able to enjoy the bubbling texture of the mentaiko. Some mentaiko is on my jaw perhaps… All the pastas that I’ve had here are delicious. “Don Etona” is a popular restaurant in Yokohama and this is what is called a branch in a sense. This one opens like this. Everything is very authentic, but it’s reasonable and you can easily come here. And this menu is not a challenge menu or anything like that, but you can share it with others. You can choose from 1 to 3 kg. You can choose to add just a little bit if you want. If you guys order 1 kg and share it with your friends and family, I thought that it would be fun. Let’s get another one! It’s in!! Wow! It’s cute!! It’s a regular size of carbonara and it says over there that ‘an authentic carbonara… with eggs and cheese…’ My eyesight is getting worse… Basically it’s a pasta. It looks delicious! It’s an authentic carbonara and it’s 990 yen. I think it’s a regular size. Let’s dig in! It smells great!! This carbonara is really good! Is a type of pasta different depending on which pasta you order? Is a type of pasta different depending on which pasta you order? I just remember that I ate a larger size of this carbonara actually. It’s not a carbonara with a lot of cream, but its main tastes are cheese and eggs!! I couldn’t easily think of an authentic carbonara, but if you take a bite, you will easily understand what that means. A lot of cheese here though… It’s entangled like this.
