『冬瓜のカニ玉あんかけスープ』の作り方

《材料》
⚫︎冬瓜(皮とタネとワタを取り除いて170g)
⚫︎カニかま(4本)
⚫︎たまご(1個)
《調味料》
⚫︎水(400ml)
⚫︎酒(大さじ1と半杯)
⚫︎鶏がらスープの素(小さじ1杯)
⚫︎塩(ふたつまみ)
⚫︎胡椒(適量)
⚫︎水溶き片栗粉 水(小さじ2杯):片栗粉(小さじ1杯)

《作り方》
1.冬瓜はタネとワタ、皮を剥いて細切りにする(170g)。カニかま(4本)は割いておく。たまごはよく溶いておく。水溶き片栗粉 水(小さじ2杯):片栗粉(小さじ1杯)を作る。2.鍋に、水(400ml)、酒(大さじ1と半杯)、鶏がらスープの素(小さじ1杯)、塩(ふたつまみ)、胡椒(適量)を入れ混ぜ合わせ、火をつける(中火)。3.沸騰したら冬瓜を入れ7分間ゆがく。4.カニかまを入れ2分間ゆがく。5.かき混ぜながら水溶き片栗粉を流し入れる。6.たまごを流し入れる。7.パセリをかけて完成。

How to make
1. Peel the seeds, pulp, and skin of the winter melon and cut it into thin strips (170g). Crack the crab sticks (4 pieces). Beat the egg well. Water-dissolved potato starch: Water (2 teaspoons): Make potato starch (1 teaspoon). 2. In a pot, mix water (400ml), sake (1 and a half tablespoons), chicken stock powder (1 teaspoon), salt (2 pinches), and pepper (to taste) and turn on the heat (medium heat). 3. Once boiling, add winter melon and blanch for 7 minutes. 4. Add crab meat and blanch for 2 minutes. 5. Pour in the water-dissolved potato starch while stirring. 6. Pour in the eggs. 7. Garnish with parsley and it’s done.
