たけのこご飯はちょっとエグいくらいが丁度いい|料理VLOG |2人暮らしの日常

Hello everyone, this is tea It’s been a while Sorry for the long absence Thankfully, I’ve been a bit busy with work, but I’ve been busy, so I’ll be starting again from today Thank you for your support It’s been a while, but I made bamboo shoot rice. I had some free time from lunch that day, so I made it from raw bamboo shoots. I thought I’d give it a try. It’s the first time I’ve made it this year. It’s been a long time since I last made bamboo shoot rice. First, remove the scum from the bamboo shoots. Then remove the skin. It’s been a while since I last posted, but how have you all been? I caught a cold A lot of things happened, but overall I was in good health I had a fun month Okay, cut off the tough part at the bottom of the bamboo shoot Cut off a little bit of the tip Make a cut in the skin Don’t go all the way through, just go in a little Boil in a pot and remove the scum If you don’t remove the scum from the bamboo shoots It has a very bitter taste It will end up with a very bitter taste Be sure to remove any scum. Add enough water to cover and add rice bran. I got the rice bran when I bought some bamboo shoots. Add a chili pepper and heat. When it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and cover with a lid. I think I’ll boil it for about 2 hours. A lot of scum will come out during the process, I’ll skim it off and keep an eye on it while I boil it. There are boiled bamboo shoots, but I still like making them raw. I thought it was really delicious. It’s been really hot lately… It’s almost early summer now. It might be that bamboo shoots aren’t sold in supermarkets anymore. If you do find them, they’re delicious, so please give it a try. After 2 hours, when it’s soft enough to insert a bamboo skewer Turn off the heat. If it continues to cook like this, it will probably take about half a day. Leave it in the broth. This will remove the bitterness. Yes, it’s night. Check on the bamboo shoots. Then, peel off the skin. Because it has cuts It peels off pretty easily I think it takes more time to peel than I thought It’s okay if you peel it off more than you thought Cut off the tough part of the tip Separate the roots from the tips Slice the tips. Cut the roots in different ways Cut the roots in different ways so you can enjoy different textures We’ll also be adding fried tofu, so cut that up too Slice them thinly I made 3 cups of rice this time He’s so naughty, he ate it all up I dissolved the stock packet in 550ml of water and added it I used 2 bamboo shoots this time That’s a dream amount If you put the fried tofu in first and then the bamboo shoots it will look better when you open it, but I made a mistake 1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 1-1/2 tablespoons sake A little salt I like it when the bamboo shoots pop out when you open it Bring the bamboo shoots to the top and close the lid From here on, it’s like cooking rice normally I think I’ll make something while the rice is cooking The green beans are mushy Cut off the stems and remove the strings Put in enough broth to cover the broth 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin, a little sugar, a little salt Simmer on medium heat (Once boiling) cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat About 15 minutes In the meantime, make another dish Chop the green onions For the green onions in the green onion sauce Steam the chicken Put the green onion sauce on top and eat It’s simple, but very delicious I make this often It’s easy, and best of all I’m on a bit of a diet, so I’m happy that it’s healthy Maybe two spoons of sesame oil Chicken stock powder I actually wanted to add about a teaspoon, but I didn’t have any, I added a lot of salt this time Lemon juice Pepper Mix Chicken breast, remove the skin Then make a cut in the middle I’m going to open it like a double door After all, chicken has thick parts It doesn’t cook evenly, so I have to open it like a double door The dry parts and the moist parts are separated Sprinkle sugar all over. It will be moist and soft. Let’s steam it. Boil water in a frying pan. Place a steamer on top and place the chicken on top and steam (medium heat for 10 minutes). While this is going on The beans are done. Finish with dried bonito flakes. Add lots of ground sesame seeds. Simmer over medium heat until all the liquid is gone. This goes really well with rice and sake, and it’s delicious. Steam for about 10 minutes and leave for about 5 minutes While you’re leaving it to steam, steam a leaf of cabbage for color This way the cabbage will be cooked through and soft The chicken is done. I’m going to cut this up. Steamed chicken is Every time I cut it like this, I wonder if it’s moist. I get a little nervous. It’s fine. Lay out the cabbage. Then put the steamed chicken on top and top with the green onion sauce. It’s done. It looks delicious. It turned out great. I was hoping for a little burnt I left it on the fire a little longer than usual But it didn’t burn this time This time it didn’t burn I was a bit scared I was worried it might burn I’m feeling a little weak To finish, add the stems of the mitsuba and mix.
