今回ご紹介するのは、大阪・中崎町にある「イルテラ」さん！
カウンター越しにシェフが目の前で高速で焼き上げるオムレツは、とろっとろでふんわり。口の中で優しくとろけます✨

カレー自体もめちゃくちゃ煮込まれてて、味が染み込んで濃厚でした！
オムライスとの相性も抜群でカレーオムライスの虜になっちゃいました☺️

ちなみにランチメニューは2ヶ月ごとに内容が変わるそうなので、インスタグラムなどでメニューを確認してから行ってみてください！

This time, I’m introducing “Il Terra,” a restaurant located in Nakazakicho, Osaka!
The chef cooks the omelet right in front of you over the counter at high speed, and it turns out super soft and fluffy.
It gently melts in your mouth ✨

The curry is also simmered for a long time, packed with rich flavor.
It went perfectly with the omurice, and I totally fell in love with their curry omurice! ☺️
