This will give it a slight red color. *The one on the right is the one that was boiled with the skin added. 2 apples (red apples) *180g per apple (approximately 180g) Granulated sugar 75g Lemon juice 10g Water 200cc vanilla ice cream with appropriate amount of cinnamon powder A little mint (for decoration) Cut the apple into 8 pieces and peel it. Add water, granulated sugar, apple peel, and lemon juice. When it comes to a boil, add the apple and reduce the heat to low. Drop with a kitchen towel and cover for 10 minutes. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it in the broth to cool. Once it has cooled down, leave it in the broth to cool in the refrigerator. ①りんごは紅玉のような酸味のある固めのものを使う
ふじなど、柔らかめのりんごは煮る時間を短めにします

②りんごの皮をいっしょに煮る
皮をいっしょに煮ることでほんのり赤く染まります
