For today’s menu, I would like to make miso teriyaki with lotus roots and chicken thighs.This is about 180g of boiled lotus roots. I’m going to cut it into pieces. Cut 300g of chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour. Do both sides. Now, let’s make the sauce. Put 1 tablespoon in a measuring cup. Now, let’s make the sauce. A measuring cup contains 1 tablespoon of miso. 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger . Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil. Fry the chicken thighs starting from the skin side. I’m going to add the lotus roots. Add 2 tablespoons of sake. Cover and steam-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
