they are a lot cheaper, here we go. Kale chips recipe Start by preheating the over to 350 degrees F Make sure they your kale is rinsed well and thoroughly dry
before laying the leaves out on a baking sheet You want to tear the kale leaves into bite sized chip sized pieces before drizzling them with olive oil I rubbed the olive oil in to make
sure all the kale were thoroughly covered. And you can season your kale chips with anything you want I just did a little bit of salt, a
little bit of pepper, and a nutritional yeast. But I can see lemon zest, rosemary, and all
types of seasonings going along with these. Then you want to bake the kale chips for 15
minutes and they will come out all dry. And crunchy and just good. They taste more green to me, but with the
salt, and the crunch, they were really good. And I felt really healthy and good about eating the kale chips That is it for today, Bye. Kale Chips Recipe I can see the kale chips going great with a portobello mushroom burger. If you have not seen that video, just click
on the burger to get that recipe
Kale Chips are the latest healthy crave. Though Kale Chips come at a hefty price in the store, people like them because of their health benefits over fattening potato chips. I am late on the green craze all together, but what better way to start than with Homemade Kale Chips baked in the oven.

I recently started eating Kale. I have to try this! Thanks for sharing.
I've made these before and they were pretty nasty. I made them with salt and pepper then tried adding vinegar to some and added lemon to some all of them were too bitter.
You're ugly, yh yh you're ugly 😉
You're so right about them being expensive in the store. I saw a small container for $7 the other day. Crazy! I love making these with my kids. 🙂
Great!! Thank you do much, I will make then tomorrow!!
And you are beautiful, sweet and such an uplifter! Thanks for sharing your videos!
Mmm, I make these all the time! I would recommend waiting to add salt until after they finish cooking. I find mine get crunchier that way! 🙂
I knew it! Lmbo 🙂
Thanks so much! Everyone online says use a dehydrator. Yes! Oven time! Lol
Fab video, they look really yummy. I'm going to make them for my family and try less oil. <3
Thumbs up again. Gonna try this too. Was the yeast for flavor or some other nutritional benefit?
Great! What does the yeast do though?
YAY KALE CHIPS 😀 TYTYTYTYTY!
Baked Kale chips; I must try them again. The first time I did not let them dry before putting in the oven.
mm, just made some but I think I over did it on the seasoning and oil. I tasted a couple and they were surprisingly nice. I think I will try them again but with less flavour.
Thanks Girl! Awesome!
Delish, ole the ranch.
Can I use veggie oil or canola?
