ハニーディジョンで焼いたチキンとポテト

Today on The Stay At Home Chef I’m showing you how to make Baked Honey Dijon Chicken and Potatoes. This is a simple dinner,
but don’t let that fool you because it is super tasty. Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees
and lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan. Next we’re going to make our sauce, and it starts with 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 a teaspoon of oregano, 2 tablespoons of whole grain Dijon mustard, and last we have 1/4 cup of honey, we’re going to whisk this all together. Set that sauce aside, and next we’re going to take 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
and lay them out into our 9×13  pan, Then you’ll need about 1 – 1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes, and just cut them up into little bite-sized pieces, just scatter those right around all of that chicken. I don’t really want it on top, so I’ll scoot stuff over here
and just make sure I surround the chicken with potatoes. I even scoot some potatoes in between each chicken breast as well. This recipe originally started out as just a potato dish, and I’ve changed it into a complete meal. Next we’re going to season this with salt and pepper, and then I’m going to take the sauce, drizzle this right over all of the chicken and potatoes. Let me tell you this sauce will have you wanting to lick the pan. It’s so good. Next we’re going to take this and bake it in a 375 degree oven
for about 40 minutes. It’s done when the chicken has reached an internal temperature of
165 degrees Fahrenheit and the potatoes are fork tender. Garnish with a little bit of freshly chopped parsley
and you’re ready to eat. Thanks for watching. As always you can find the full written recipe in the video description. Be sure to subscribe and check out the rest of my channel, where you can find hundreds of restaurant quality  recipes you can easily make at home. See you later.

    1. Oh no no no. That chicken needed some colour. Should have browned it first in a frying pan before baking in the oven. I’m sure it tasted delicious but imo you eat with your eyes and this dish could have went next level with the chicken all golden brown and crispy.
