[SUB] 秋の手仕事、人生で初めて栗の渋皮煮を作る日🌰 /明太子と大葉の春巻き/IT企業会社員社会人2年目一人暮らし/ 週末Vlog 秋の味覚
These days, I often take a walk around my neighbors with my camera. I have lived here for over a year, but there is a place I didn’t know, And when I see the usual scenery from a different angle, it looks different. It seems interesting to me, so I take a walk. It takes around an hour for a walk. I am going to make Maron glace today. Firstly, I peal chestnut. It’s easy to peel after put in hot water for 5-10mins. It needs a lot of works to eat chestnut. I am just curious that who the heck thought to eat this thing for the first time in the world. So I searched the origin. Surprisingly, people eat chestnuts since a few thousand years ago…! Even we eat chestnuts for those long long times, Why does nobody invent the machine for peeling chestnuts for home use…? Anyway, after thinking all about that, I finished peeling all of the chestnuts. Then, boil them for about 10mins with baking soda. There is a lot of lye from the chestnuts, so I have to take them out for delicious Maron glace. Then repeat this around 4 times. (need 2 pots, and you have to throw away hot water) Boiling is done. And clean the chestnuts. Steady work. By using a pick and clean the surface. Take black things out. Someone is coming…(it was a salesman) Then, simmer them with sugar and water. And there is a lot of lye again, I have to clean this up clearly. Add more sugar, simmer it for about 20 mins. Hope it will be good~! During simmering, I cook dinner. I eat spring rolls today. Spreading water on the edge. It’s my first time to make spring roll, so it doesn’t look good😅 Maron glace is done!!! I will eat this tomorrow. It became a pleasure of next week. Fry the spring rolls. I don’t use a lot of oil to fry. Good colour! Itadakimasu! It’s good:) Let’s finish the dishes.

味は、おいしかったですが正直お店や市販のものの方が美味しいです。😅
