Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make Super Cup Daifukumochi. This time, I would like to make chewy and delicious Daifukumochi using Super Cup’s green tea flavor. In addition, this recipe is easy to prepare in a microwave oven. There are some points in the process of making it, so please enjoy watching it all the way through. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Super Cup matcha flavor, shiratama flour, sugar, water, koshian (sweet bean paste), and kinako (soybean flour). This time, I will make it with these materials. First of all, Super Cup, this is matcha flavor. The capacity is, I will use 200 mm. And this time, Daifuku will be filled with Koshi-An (sweet red bean paste). You can use grains or white bean paste as you like. And as for the sugar to use, you can make this one with your favorite sugar. I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First, I will roll out the bean paste to put inside. Take the appropriate size. In terms of g this time, I think 15g to 20g is about right. This is 20g. This is rounded off. It looks like this. Now, let’s round the remaining 7 in the same way. Finished rounding. Round all 8 pieces. Anko is now ready. Put a piece of plastic wrap on top of this anko to prevent it from drying out. Now let’s continue to make Daifuku mochi. First, in a bowl, add the shiratama flour and then the sugar. Mix with a whisk. Mix with a whisk, mashing the white flour a little at this time. OK. Now let’s add water here. Then let’s mix this here. OK. Now, it may be a little hard to see in the video, but the moisture has been well blended into the white bean flour. Mix thoroughly until the whole mixture is moist. When mixing, the amount of water is a little low this time, so I think it will be easier to blend the water if you press the mixture with a rubber spatula like this. Now, let’s leave it like this for now. Now I will continue to melt the ice cream here. Put it out into a heatproof bowl. In advance, you can melt it. OK, you can melt it down. Now I will heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 1 minute. Heated for 1 minute. Then let’s mix this one well. Then melt the ice cream all the way through. This heating time, I think it depends on the temperature of the ice cream, so please adjust the heating time to melt the ice cream. If the ice cream melts until the end, it is OK. Then, yes, I will put it in the white flour here. This one, please do not put it in at once, but put it in several times. First add about one-third of the mixture. Then mix here with a rubber spatula. At this time, mix as if you were crushing the white bean flour. OK. Note that if you add it all at once, you will not get rid of the white-balloon flour mushiness, so be sure to add it several times and mash the white-balloon flour until it is properly smooth on the first try. This way, the final product will be very beautiful. Now add another third. And mix. Like this, mix with a rubber spatula to push it into the mixture. After mixing to some extent, mix it in a circular motion. OK. Mix thoroughly until smooth like this. Now add the remaining matcha ice cream. I think it would be easier if you divide it into about 3 parts. Then mix. By adding ice cream a little at a time like this, the white bean flour is properly dissolved and the mixture becomes smooth. Now I’m going to wrap it softly here. Microwave here at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Heated. Then once you do that, please remove the plastic wrap. Now, you know, it’s a little bit hardened. Now, let’s mix it thoroughly once. Mix the hardened parts while crushing them with a rubber spatula like this. Mixed. Still, it’s ok to have it separated like this. Here’s another wrap. Microwave this again at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Heated. Then remove the wrap again. Now it looks like this. Almost, it is getting solidified. Mix this well again with a rubber spatula. Mix in this way, pressing the whole mixture together. OK. Mix thoroughly until smooth like this. Now heat again for the last and final step. Wrap and microwave 600W for 1 minute this time. Heated. Then please remove the plastic wrap. Be careful not to burn yourself. Lastly, when heated, the dough is uniform throughout. Let’s mix that one again with a rubber spatula. OK. Lastly, if you mix well, you will get a shine like this. Then, I put a piece of plastic wrap on top of the mixture and let it cool until I can touch it. Now I will continue to divide the rice cake into 8 equal pieces. Let’s sprinkle soybean flour on the buds first. Then put out the mochi here. Put it out like this. Then sprinkle some more soybean flour on top. Then spread it lightly with your hands. Spread out. Then I divide this one into 8 equal parts. First I cut it in half lengthwise. Then cut into quarters. OK. Roughly OK. Now let’s wrap the bean paste. First, sprinkle the chopping board with soybean flour again. And then take one piece that is divided into 8 equal pieces and sprinkle lightly with kinako again, and then spread it out. A little bit, let’s spread it out so that it’s round. Roughly OK. Spread it out roundly like this. Now I will wrap the bean paste. Put the rounded bean paste in the center and wrap it around the dough. Let’s stop the mouth. Then shape it. OK. Wrap it up like this. Now wrap the rest in the same way. I rounded 8 pieces. Now let’s put soybean flour on top for the final touch. This completes it. Finished looking delicious. Mix well until there are no more grains of white bean flour after the first addition. If you don’t mix here, this will also cause the mixture to remain crumbly. When mixing, use a rubber spatula to crush the white flour. Then the mixture will become smoother and smoother. When the grains of white flour are firmly gone, add a little more and blend it in. And I hope you can repeat this until the ice cream is gone. And when the whole mixture is nicely mixed, wrap it fluffily and heat it for 1.5 minutes at a time. Then it will gradually harden. If you heat it all at once, it becomes a little difficult to mix, so heat it little by little and mix it well each time. This will give you a very smooth finish. The finished rice cake should be wrapped tightly to prevent the surface from drying out, and once it is done, take it off the heat until you can touch it with your hands. The rest is just wrapping the dough in the koshi-an, which makes it very easy to make. When wrapping the dumplings, please dust them with soybean flour before wrapping them.
