– 5–6 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
– 1–2 purple or sweet potatoes (optional, for colour & flavour)
– Olive oil
– Cream (no milk used – lactose-free cream can be used)
– Mozzarella or any melting cheese
– Salt and black pepper
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Slice the potatoes thinly and layer in a greased baking dish.
2️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, drizzle cream over each layer.
3️⃣ Add purple/sweet potatoes on top (optional).
4️⃣ Bake at 150–160°C (fan) for 30 minutes.
