ロピア購入品で朝から張り切って居酒屋を開く晩酌好き
Good morning It was forecast to rain, but it was sunny so I went for a morning walk. After the walk, it was still a long time to go shopping, but I raced on my bike and arrived at Lopia. I was sweating and carefully selected the ingredients. I got a little carried away and bought too much, so my bag is full 😅 I got home even more sweaty and organized my items. I was hungry, so I put everything I wanted in the basket. Lol . It’s bad, it wasn’t a car that was overflowing with juice, so I must have knocked it over. and my bangs were too long so I’m going to cut them a little. vacuumed the house and cleaned it up a little, and I got ready to open the izakaya. Last time, it was my first time, so I mainly ate side dishes, but this time I’d like to make a variety of things, mainly seafood. Excuse me for a drink first. Needless to say, a beer after sweating and feeling refreshed is in a class of its own. I’m a little too hungry. So I’ll start eating right away. It’s 20% more than the Pakpak Vermicelli Salad. I was curious and bought it for the first time. It tastes sweet and sour as I expected. The vermicelli is thick and chewy, so the taste is a little milder than the thinner vermicelli. It ‘s like a lighter version of cold Chinese noodles. Now, let’s start preparing right away. I’ll start with the salmon sashimi. Wow, it’s big . When I took it out, it was a fine salmon. I cut the salmon into appropriate sizes and made it into mayaku salmon. It’s not as big as Costco’s, but it’s big and I’m excited. It’s my first time eating it as sashimi, so I’ll try a taste. It’s fatty and melts in your mouth and is delicious. I’ll add plenty of chopped green onions as condiments. It seems to add an accent to the texture. I also grated plenty of ginger , green onions, noodle soup, sesame oil・Vinegar・Oyster sauce・Sugar ・Sesame・Garlic・Takanochili・Salmon・Ginger Leave it for a while to let the flavors blend and it’s done! Oyster sauce I thought I wouldn’t be using it recently, so I bought a small one that was a little expensive, but as soon as I bought it, I started using it for some reason lol I should have bought a bigger one 😂 Next up is yellowtail. Yellowtail is one of my favorite fish. This one is also a fine yellowtail, but I chose the smallest one. Of course I’ll taste this one too. The bone flavor is delicious. I’ll line up the yellowtail. Was it a little too thick? It ‘s packed in tightly. I forgot to add sesame oil just now…! ・Soy sauce・Myoga・Scallion・Shiso・Lemon juice・Sesame oil・Sugar I’ll make a Japanese-style carpaccio with yellowtail and plenty of condiments . Recently, I’ve been using myoga more often because it’s become cheaper! I felt like I didn’t have enough, so I’ll add some soy sauce…! The Japanese-style yellowtail carpaccio is complete. It looks very delicious. This is the first time I’ve bought extra-thick Chinese jellyfish, so I’d like to make a tomato salad. I love Chinese jellyfish. Add sesame oil to taste and it’s done! Lopia sells a lot of kimchi, but I had a craving for yam kimchi for the first time in a while, and it caught my eye. Only yam kimchi came in a package like this. Here comes today’s main dish! I went to Lopia because I wanted to eat this flounder. I saw it being eaten as sashimi, so I’ll leave it as it is. I’ll save the large amount of shiso leaves. This is the opening of the first seafood izakaya. I’ll serve the salmon as lightly pickled! I prepared soy sauce and ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish , and started with the tomatoes that caught my eye. The texture was amazing. The taste was like a normal Chinese jellyfish. When you buy it at a normal supermarket, it feels like smooth noodles, but it’s something that’s different from other things. It was a new discovery. I forgot to drink, so the opening was a little silvery 😂 There aren’t many yam kimchis, so I’m happy to have found one . I’ll try it right away and check the taste. It’s quite light and sour. I’m sure there was a sweet yam version, but this one is crispy like a salad. I’ll try the engawa right away. It’s the first time I’ve seen such big engawa . I’ve been curious about it for a long time, so I’m happy. It’s thicker than I thought and chewy. It’s really fatty, so I tried the combination of soy sauce and ponzu sauce with ginger for the first time. It’s refreshing and delicious. I’ll try eating some garlic. Oh, it’s surprisingly good, like horse meat. Garlic is really versatile . If I were to take it to a deserted island, it would definitely be garlic. If I buy it all the time, it’s a waste, and I can’t use it, so I’ll forget and waste it even more, so I’d like to make a fresh lemon sour. As it gets hotter, I want to drink refreshing lemon sour more and more often. And in summer, I want to drink alcohol, so it’s a battle every day. It’s very difficult to take a day off from drinking. 😩 Sweat The moisture is so good… I’ll try the yellowtail carpaccio. It’s very refreshing. I always make it Western style, so a Japanese style carpaccio would be nice too. I’ll also try the salmon, which I’m looking forward to. It feels like the first time I’ve made eggs, it’s so delicious! It has so many different flavors, it ‘s so complex and delicious. It ‘s salty, sweet, and sour, and the freshness of the spices and the aroma of sesame oil add to the complex but simply delicious taste. I thought it might be a little lightly pickled, but it was perfectly pickled . Of course , it can be eaten with rice. The fin is difficult to eat, so I cut it up. It’s fatty. I thought that adding ginger to the fin would be refreshing and delicious, but garlic ponzu sauce was a hit . I would like to try grilling it since I have the chance. It is filled with a fragrant aroma. First, add soy sauce and wow, this is something completely different. The fat melts away just right and there is no texture of fin. It is grilled white fish, and the change in flavor from grilling is also good. I was imagining a break meal with yam kimchi like Susumu-kun, but it felt more like a salad. The garlic mayo soy sauce was also very good for the spear squid , but the garlic was a perfect match for the fin. I would recommend it as a snack to eat at home rather than sushi fin. But I don’t think you see fin much in supermarkets… If there was a fish market and a greengrocer next to my house, I think I could live happily eating seafood and vegetables every day. I wanted to finish eating the fins first, so I collected them and put the plate in the sink. Even though the fins were fatty, it felt very refreshing after eating them. Next time, I’ll add lots of ginger and garlic . I thought that ginger and garlic would be the standard for fins. I thought that if there was so much fin, it would be heavy on the fat, but This fat and garlic are very delicious. Let ‘s go back to the glass noodle salad. It’s slippery and very hard to remove…💦 It’s a finishing touch, but it’s also very good as a palate cleanser . It’s great, isn’t it? Glass noodle salad. I thought about buying some Muji’s Morioka ramen when I went there the other day because it was delicious , but it was sold out… It’s a taste that makes up for that feeling. This sauce… tastes delicious no matter what you put it on. I thought about buying shrimp too, but I thought it was too much, so I gave up, so next time I’ll try shrimp too. I’m in the middle of eating something sweet, so I’ll try the egg tart from Lopia, which I recommend. You can make it crispy in 3 minutes with the Nonno fryer and have freshly made egg tarts at home. It’s obviously high in calories, but the gentle sweetness is irresistible. I also tried the new sweet potato, but it was so delicious that I couldn’t help but eat it. I’ll warm up another one. This egg tart is a very well-made product with a crispy texture … lol. Translation: It’s too delicious, it’s a problem. I warmed it up about the same amount as before, but this time it was crispier. They are frankfurters and coarsely ground wieners. I also couldn’t help but buy the skinless sausage (?). It looks delicious, it looks really delicious. There is something like lemon herb and plain, and I chose the lemon herb one, which is a bit different. I was imagining it to be soft, like a fish sausage, but it’s quite meaty and has a subtle lemon and herb flavor that gives it a refreshing taste. It tastes like a real sausage. It’s surprisingly not too salty, so it looks delicious either as is or on bread. Let’s start with the coarsely ground ones. It has a gentler taste than I expected. It’s purely the flavor of the meat, and it has a smoked feel to it, which is delicious. It’s a sausage that I really like. Is the taste the same just because the frankfurters are big …? Now that you mention it, it does taste different…? But it’s fun like a festival, and somehow it tastes better when it’s on a skewer. It tastes just right with mustard. The crispness is irresistible. It’s like the taste of a sausage that you want to eat on a daily basis, and I really like it. I think the taste won’t change because it’s just grilled, but I’ll try it. The fat on the surface has melted, so it tastes several times better grilled. The mild flavor seems like it would be very versatile, so it would be a fun lineup to take to a BBQ.
