🧁レンジマフィン(直径５cm型 /6個分)
・卵 １個
・砂糖 30g
・牛乳 85g
・サラダ油 30g
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・カラーチョコスプレー 20g
①ボウルに卵、砂糖、牛乳、サラダ油を入れて混ぜる
②ホットケーキミックスを入れて混ぜる
③チョコスプレーを入れて軽く混ぜる
④型の半分の高さまで生地を入れる
⑤一つずつお皿に乗せ、500wのレンジで約１分加熱する

🌽コーンマヨパン(マフィン型6個分)
・卵 1個

・サラダ油 50g
・牛乳 110g
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・スイートコーン 50g
・マヨネーズ 大さじ１
①ボウルに卵、サラダ油、牛乳を入れて混ぜる
②ホットケーキミックスを入れて混ぜる
③コーンとマヨネーズを混ぜる
④生地をマフィン型の半分くらいまで流し入れ、コーンマヨを分けて入れる
⑤残りの生地を入れる
⑥170℃に予熱したオーブンで約20分焼く

🍪チョコチップクッキー
・卵 1個
・砂糖 30g
・サラダ油 40g
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・チョコチップ 20g
①ボウルに卵、砂糖、サラダ油を入れて混ぜる
②ホットケーキミックスを入れてゴムベラで均一になるまで混ぜる
③チョコチップを入れて混ぜる
④生地を６等分し、成形して天板に並べる
⑤170℃に予熱したオーブンで約15分焼く
(焼き色がついてきたら、途中でアルミホイルをかぶせる)

🍩ドーナツ
・卵 １個
・サラダ油 大さじ１
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・揚げ油
①ボウルに卵とサラダ油を入れて混ぜる
②ホットケーキミックスを入れてゴムベラで混ぜる
③８等分して丸める
④160〜170℃の油でこんがりするまで揚げる
