This restaurant is Xiang Ding Fang. It’s a restaurant opened by the former personal chef of President Chiang Ching-kuo. Actually, we’ve visited before many restaurants favored by Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo. I feel like we could almost film an episode on Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo’s food map. Every place we eat, I feel the food he ate really suits our taste. And it’s genuinely delicious. But the nutritionist comforted me, saying it’s normal for this to happen during menstruation. So don’t worry too much about the numbers on the scale. After your period ends, we’ll just continue moving forward. And I instantly felt much more at ease. And usually, I’m a person who gets anxious easily. The nutritionist also reminded me that I can actually supplement with magnesium and fish oil in my daily life. Because, when your stress levels rise, it can also cause obesity. So supplementing these things will make you feel better. In the beginning, I was eager for quick results and thought I had to eat very cleanly. But then my mindset collapsed.
