【グルテンフリーお好み焼き】オートミールで簡単&ヘルシー!ダイエット中にもGluten-Free Okonomiyaki with Oatmeal – Healthy Japanese Pancake
Introducing okonomiyaki made with oatmeal. Add 50g of oatmeal to 100cc of warm dashi and let it soak. Leave it for about 10 minutes, and it will become plump and soft as it absorbs water. By using oatmeal instead of wheat flour, you can make a dish that is full of dietary fiber and keeps you full. Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the cabbage. Finely chopping the cabbage makes it easier to mix with the batter, The sweetness is brought out when steamed. Also roughly chop the two chikuwa sticks. Cut the pork belly into 5cm pieces. Once the oatmeal is soft, add two eggs and salt and mix. The key here is to mix well to create a binding agent for the batter. Add the chopped cabbage, chikuwa, sakura shrimp, tempura scraps, and pickled ginger and mix everything together. Now it’s time to cook. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the batter and shape it into a ball. Cover and steam for about 3 minutes. This process brings out the sweetness and fluffy texture of the cabbage. After 3 minutes, add the pork. Put the meat all over the pan, turn it over , cover it again and steam for another 5 minutes. The oatmeal becomes more fragrant as it bakes, and has a texture similar to flour. It ‘s not only healthy, but also very satisfying. Once it’s cooked, arrange it on a plate. Top it with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and chopped green onions to finish it off. It looks like a proper okonomiyaki, but it’s a healthy dish that contains dietary fiber, protein, and vegetables. It’s fluffy inside and crispy outside. キャベツ 200g

刻みねぎ 適量
油 大さじ1/2
だしまたは水 100cc
塩 小さじ1/4
かつおぶし・ソース・マヨネーズ 適量
(お好みで)天かす 大さじ2・紅生姜 大さじ1
◎作り方
① 温めただしにオートミールを浸して10分
② 卵と塩を加え混ぜる
③ キャベツ・ちくわなどを加えて混ぜる
④ フライパンで両面を蒸し焼き
