Forget basic greens — this Niçoise-style salad starts with crispy smashed potatoes, buttery olive oil tuna fillets, and a zippy Dijon vinaigrette. It’s the Mediterranean in a bowl (and it stars our favorite high-quality canned tuna, of course 😍).

Perfect for hot days, lazy lunches, or showing off your canned fish finesse 🐟

What you’ll need:
🧄 For the dressing:
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
👉 Whisk it all together!

🥔 For the smashed potatoes:
Baby potatoes, boiled ’til soft
Smash ’em, drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper
Roast or grill at 220°C ~ 20 min till crispy

🍅 Salad bits:
Crispy smashed potatoes
Blanched green beans
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives 🫒
Red onion
Fresh parsley 🌿

🐟 Tuna love:
1 can tuna fillets in olive oil & oregano (mixed in)
1 can tuna fillets in olive oil & thyme (on top)
