【南インド】ピリ辛えびレシピ |PRAWN ROAST
Ingredients is in the description box below Heat oil in the same pan and add onion, ginger, garlic. Saute until onion changes color Add spice powders. Saute it well. Add oil if required. Soak the tamarind in about 1/2 cup of hot water till softened. Add the tamarind along with water Stir and cook for few minutes Add the prawns.Combine it well. Close and cook in a low heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until the prawn is cooked. Add curry leaves. Stir and fry for few minutes Prawn roast is ready!!
