This time, I would like to make udon noodles using the natto that I had in the refrigerator.First , I will prepare the natto.This is one pack of 3 natto.First , open the natto pack and add the mustard and sauce that comes with it. If you are using natto that does not come with mustard and sauce, please try making your own using soy sauce and dashi stock.Then , add the green onions and mix well.I used frozen green onions that had been thawed.In this case, Since the natto has some water in it, I think it’s a good idea to remove some of the water before using it.The natto is now ready.Next , boil plenty of water in a pot.When the water boils, add the dried udon noodles and boil according to the instructions on the package. Once the Masu udon is boiled, drain it in a colander. Then, wash it lightly with cold water and drain it. Pour the mentsuyu into a bowl according to the instructions on the package. Place the drained udon in a bowl and pour hot water over it. Mix the udon with the soup. Once the soup is completely mixed, add the natto mixed with green onions. Next, add the wakame.
