冷凍ストックで家事貯金する主婦の週末🍞1週間分の冷凍トースト、夕飯の下味冷凍献立、コストコ購入品|Meal prep for the week

My husband is off work today, so I took the opportunity to go shopping at Costco. I go to Costco twice a month to buy seasonings, ingredients, and fruits that we eat every day. So, I’ll give you a quick rundown of what I bought this week! Costco milk is a must! It’s rich but easy to drink, and it’s a favorite in our house. This time I bought the new stomach-friendly A2 version! Rice has been expensive recently, so toast is the standard breakfast in our house. I make a week’s worth at once, so this double soft is super convenient! Fresh cage-free eggs at this price, as expected from Costco! It’s a must-buy at Costco that we can’t miss out on. The cut wakame seaweed from Sanriku is big, chewy, and just delicious! It’s also great that it comes in 120g, so you can use it without worry. Ochazuke is also a standard dish that children can eat before class or when they’re hungry. It makes all the difference in our house! Did you know that Costco’s sesame oil is really delicious? I was impressed when I tried it for the first time, and I’ve been buying it ever since. Condiments for a family of five who eat a lot run out surprisingly quickly (lol), so we buy mirin and sake in large quantities from Costco. It’s so convenient because it saves us the trouble of having to go shopping multiple times! Ever since I fell in love with Amabuse Ruby after tasting it, I always buy it when I see it. It’s sweet and delicious like fruit, but the volume is great value for money! If I have a banana, I can eat it within 2-3 days (lol) , so I try to choose grapes that are ripe for eating as much as possible during this time of year. Green seedless grapes are a must-have! Apparently the yellow ones are actually sweeter than the green ones, and these were super sweet! It’s getting hotter and I’m worried about the smell of food waste, so I bought some deodorizing bags. 5 packs of 50 sheets should be enough to get me through this summer! When I find Yangban’s Korean seaweed, I buy it immediately! It uses perilla oil and olive oil, so it seems to be good for the body and above all, it’s delicious! Gold kiwi, which is convenient for breakfast and snacks, is an essential ingredient in our home. Each piece at Costco is large and filling, so I always buy it when I have it. I don’t usually buy sweets, but this looked so delicious that I bought it! I want to eat it with my family after dinner♪ On the day I get home from Costco, I have a habit of preparing frozen toast. Isn’t rice really too expensive these days? Rice balls were the standard breakfast for my children, but rice is so expensive that I switched to toast four days a week. I feel like toast doesn’t fill me up as much as rice, so I try to get some vegetables and protein in, but it’s a big hurdle to prepare it in the morning , so since I started preparing frozen toast once a week, my mornings have become much easier! Costco’s double soft is really big! I’m always nervous about cutting it (lol). For breakfast, I prepare 16 slices of toast for my family of four, 4 types each. Today it cuts really well! First, let’s start with the classic pizza toast! Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a 1:1 ratio to make pizza sauce. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the bread. Place onions (thinly sliced), green peppers (sliced into rings), and sausages (cut into bite-sized pieces) evenly. Place shredded cheese on top. Wrap each one in plastic wrap or something similar and put in the freezer. In the morning, put them in the toaster at 1000W for about 5-6 minutes while still frozen, and when they are browned, they are done! Next is the garlic mayo toast with shirasu and asparagus, which is very popular in my house. Add a little garlic paste to mayonnaise to make the sauce. This sauce is super easy to make, and goes really well with toast! This sauce goes well with any ingredients, but asparagus and shirasu are the staples in my house. Sprinkle plenty of shredded cheese on top and it’s done. When making toast, just be conscious of protein and vegetables and you’ll naturally feel more satisfied! Next is okonomiyaki-style toast, where the aroma of the sauce will whet your appetite. Sprinkle shredded cabbage with salt and pepper and mix lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds. (Adjust the amount of cabbage) Mix mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce in a 1:1 ratio to make the sauce. This recipe was created for kids who love okonomiyaki . This recipe was created for kids who love okonomiyaki. Spread the cabbage all over and top with bacon in an even layer. Sprinkle plenty of shredded cheese on top and it’s done! It’s delicious enough to eat as is after toasting it, but I recommend adding sauce and mayonnaise to make it even more delicious! The last dish is sugar butter toast, my daughter’s favorite sweet tooth! Spread butter softened in the microwave evenly. As the name suggests, sprinkle granulated sugar on top and it’s done! Everyone loves sugar butter toast after all. They are extremely happy when it appears occasionally. I found it and ate it right away (lol) I hope you eat your dinner properly too (lol) Okay, let’s go with this trend and do our best! I’ll pre-season and freeze a week’s worth of main dishes! If you prepare this, you can save the trouble of seasoning and cutting, and you only need to bake, steam, and fry for dinner, so it really makes your days easier! You only have to think about the menu once a week. It gives you peace of mind and makes your days go smoothly, so it’s a habit that I want to keep as conscious as possible. That’s why the first dish is a big staple in our house, “fried chicken”. For 800g of chicken, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sake, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a suitable amount of garlic tube, a suitable amount of ginger tube, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock . Rub it well from the top of the bag. It is recommended to make it as flat as possible, as it will shorten the thawing time. Remove as much air as possible and close the storage bag tightly. Write the name of the dish so that you can see at a glance what you have frozen, and it’s done. After thawing, coat it with potato starch and fry it well in 180℃ oil. The second dish is “salted green onion chicken” , a favorite menu in our house that goes really well with rice. When it comes to salt sauce, green onions are essential. Chop 1/2 a green onion into small pieces with a chopper. Add the chopped green onions to the chicken that has been waiting in the refrigerator. For 800g of chicken, add 2 tablespoons of sake, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken stock, and a little garlic paste. To defrost, transfer to the refrigerator the night before or the morning of the day. To cook, place the chicken skin-side down and grill over medium heat. When it is browned, turn it over, cover and steam for about 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until it is cooked through. Next, make two dishes using pork. Our basic rotation is two chicken dishes, two pork dishes, one beef dish, and two fish dishes. Freeze the pork and beef with the vegetables to avoid the trouble of cutting them. You can also cut the chives you want to add in advance and freeze them to make it super easy! Today, the large-capacity pork pack that I usually buy was sold out, so I’m going to use pork for shabu-shabu. Since we are a family of five, about 400g of pork is just right for one dish. This time, I’m going to prepare “ginger pork” and “Korean-style gochujang stir-fry”. For “ginger pork”, add thinly sliced onions, and for “Korean-style gochujang stir-fry”, add thinly sliced onions and carrots. For ginger pork, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sake, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a moderate amount of ginger from a tube . For ginger pork, you can’t go wrong. When I serve this, everyone really goes well with rice! For Korean-style gochujang stir-fry, 1 to 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and a little bit of garlic from a tube . When cooking, once the pork is thoroughly cooked, add the frozen chives and stir fry quickly. For the fifth dish, we will use beef to make everyone’s favorite “Yakiniku Itame”. Cut the onion into 5mm slices and the green pepper into strips. The beef is a little pricey, but it’s much cheaper than eating it at a yakiniku restaurant! That’s why it’s fun to choose a little better meat every once in a while. This is our family’s reward recipe. Add chopped onions and green peppers, and the only seasonings are yakiniku sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil! After all, this is the best beef. After thawing beef or pork, you just fry it in a frying pan, so it’s super helpful because you can cook it quickly even on busy days! The sixth dish is “Mackerel Acqua Pazza Style”. Cut the lemon into rings and salted mackerel fillets into bite-sized pieces. Fish tends to crumble, so mix the seasonings first. 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons white wine (you can also use sake), a little garlic from a tube, 1/2 teaspoon salt (for unsalted mackerel) Mix by kneading with your hands from the top of the bag. Put the mackerel, lemon, and cherry tomatoes in the bag and rub gently. Once thawed, arrange the ingredients in a frying pan, cover, and steam over medium heat, then turn over and fry again until done. The seventh dish is “Salmon Chanchanyaki” – a well-balanced dish with plenty of fish and vegetables. Slice the onion thinly and remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms. For chanchanyaki, we recommend using boneless salmon. The salmon meat also falls apart easily, so mix the seasonings together first. For 5 slices of salmon, mix 2 tablespoons of miso, 2 tablespoons of mirin, 2 tablespoons of sake, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce with your hands. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Add the chopped onion and shimeji mushrooms and mix gently to prevent the meat from falling apart. When frying, be sure to add 1/4 of roughly chopped cabbage! Although it’s a fish dish, it’s very filling and very popular with children. Today’s mission completed! This is where my weekend finally begins. I would be very happy if this video can be of some help to your life. I hope you all have a wonderful week next week.

    1. こんばんは!ちょうど今日コストコに行ってきて、「米高いなーって」言っていました 😂 今までの倍するので本当に米食は贅沢って考えになっちゃいますね。料理工夫されていて参考になります❤

    2. I'm in the US. I love your channel. It is giving me such great ideas. Interestingly, in the US bread is crazy expensive and rice is cheap. I had to start making my own bread because it's so expensive.

    3. トースト切るの上手い🍞めちゃくちゃ参考になりました👍😊ジップロック大を買いに行こう🛒
