● 材料
・かぼちゃ 1/4個
・はちみつ 大さじ1〜2
・ミックスナッツ 50g
・クリームチーズ 35g〜50g
・塩・こしょう 少々
・牛乳 大さじ1

⚫︎作り方
1．包丁で切りやすくするためにカボチャを軽くレンジで温めます
2．温めたカボチャを適当な大きさに切り、600wのレンジで6分温めます
3．温めているうちにミックルナッツを適当に砕きます
4．クリームチーズも適当に切ります
5．温めたカボチャの皮を取ります。皮を取るかはお好みで
6．カボチャをボウルにいれ、牛乳を入れて混ぜます
7．ミックスナッツ、クリームチーズ、はちみつ、塩コショウを入れ、混ぜ合わせます
8．あとで飾り付けでナッツを使うので、大きめのナッツはいくつか取っておきます
9．混ぜたら器に盛り付けて完成です

● ポイント
・かぼちゃはレンジで柔らかくして時短！
・クリームチーズは少し形が残るくらいが見た目が良くなります
・器に散りばめるナッツは大きめの方が映えます
