ぶりの照り焼きの作り方(2切れ〜4切れまで)

塩 少々
小麦粉 少々
米油(サラダ油) 小さじ1
日本酒 100cc
しょうゆ 20cc
みりん 40cc
オイスターソース 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ2
※ぶりは皮が白いものが柔らかいです。
※ 調味料は、ぶり2切れ〜4切れまでは同じ量です。
※ タレは冷めると、とろみが強くなるので ぶりに照りが出たら火を止める事!
※おせちに使う時は前日の夜に冷凍庫から冷蔵庫に移しタレを絡めるだけです。
