TEMPURA & SOBA I Tenzaru Soba I 天ざる蕎麦.天ぷら蕎麦
This japanese dish is very popular, tempura has many variations you can choose , but i think this is just the most typical and easy way to prepare and you can pair the kaki-age tempura or any tempura you make into a soba just a perfect combo especially on a summer days.

*TEMPURA & SOBA I Tenzaru Soba I 天ざる蕎麦.天ぷら蕎麦 I OISHI KITCHEN
soba 400gr
*wasabi (optional)
*kakiage tempura (veggies)
onion 1pc.(200gr.)
bell pepper 1pc.(15gr.)
carrot 3/4(55gr.)
*leek/spring onion 230gr.
*tempura batter
cold water 300ml.
cake flour 170gr.
*tsuyu (men-tsuyu)
water 500 ml. (hot/cold)
dash tsuyu 150ml.
*Procedure
1. on a pot put water and bring it to a boil, cook the soba til get soft then drain the water and set it aside.
2. Make the tsuyu mixture then set it aside.
3. Cut all the veggies in thinly slice, prepare the tempura batter and mix the veggies. Make sure all the veggies and dried shrimp is covered of tempura batter, then fry. Fry the tempura til the veggies get the golden brown color.

*ざるそば
そば400gr
*わさび(お好み)
*かき揚げ天ぷら
タマネギ1個(200gr。)
ピーマン1個(15gr)
にんじん3/4(55gr。)
ネギ 2本(230gr.)
*天ぷら粉
冷水300ml。
薄力粉粉170gr。
*つゆ(めんつゆ)
冷水500 ml。
だしつゆ150ml。
*手順
1.鍋に水を入れて沸騰させ、柔らかくなるまでそばを調理し、水を切り、脇に置きます。
2.蕎麦つゆを作り、それを脇に置きます。
3.すべての野菜を薄切りにして、天ぷら生地を作り、野菜を混ぜます。 すべての野菜と干しエビが天ぷら生地で混ぜる。 野菜がきつね色になるまで天ぷらを揚げる。
