Tofu quiche (vegan) ☆ 豆腐のキッシュ

Ingredients:

for the crust:
250g pastry flour
100g water
50g oil
a hint of salt

for the filling:
400g firm tofu
50g cashew nuts
1 tsp salt
100g potato
a bunch of spinach
300g tomato
100g mushroom

Instructions:

1. combine all the ingredients for the crust and mix well.
2. put the crust in a tart tin, bake at 350F/180C for 10 mins.
3. steam potato and spinach.
4. blend tofu and cashew nuts with a food processor until smooth.
5. combine all the ingredients for the filling and pour in the tart tin.
6. place tomato on top and bake at 350F/180C for 30 to 40 mins.

薄力粉 250g

オイル 50g
塩 少々

フィリング
木綿豆腐 400g
カシューナッツ 50g
塩 小さじ1
じゃがいも 100g
ほうれん草 1束
トマト 300g
しめじ 100g

「作り方」

1、クラスト生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
2、タルト型に敷き詰め、180℃で10分ほど焼きます。
3、じゃがいもとほうれん草を蒸します。
4、木綿豆腐とカシューナッツをフードプロセッサーで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
5、フィリングの全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、タルト型に入れます。
6、トマトを上に並べて、180℃で30〜40分ほど焼きます。
