Chicken & Mushroom Pie is one of my familys favourite. It’s such a easy and comfy dish and very very delicious ๐.
:
Ingredients:-
– 3 breast chicken cut into small( washed & drained excess water)
– 1 tsp each salt & pepper
– 1tsp dry parsley
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp ginger powder
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 50g butter
– 300g chestnut mushrooms or any mushrooms of your choice.
– 50g butter for cooking
– 4 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1 onions chopped
– 1 tsp each salt & pepper
– 1/4 cup plain flour
– 2 chicken stock
– 2 cups hot water
– 2 tbsp soft cheese
– 1/2 cup double cream
– Pastry dough ready made or homemade
– egg for coating
