Popular Spot in Enoshima: ”Shirasu Tonya Tobiccho” Just before the main street, take a quick left and you’ll find this local favorite. When I arrived just after noon, there was already a huge line! I went with the Kama-age Shirasu Negitoro Salmon Donburi. The miso soup came with seaweed and had a light, comforting broth that paired perfectly with the seafood bowl. The bowl featured Enoshima’s famous shirasu (boiled whitebait), silky negitoro (minced tuna), and thick slices of salmon— each bite was delicious on its own, but mixing them up made it even better. While waiting, I took a walk around Enoshima. The weather was beautiful and the views were stunning. Thanks for watching!

江の島の人気店【しらす問屋とびっちょ】へ。
江の島のメイン通り手前を左側に少し進んだ場所にある
とびっちょ本店。
休日のお昼はとても混んでいて、お昼過ぎについたら大行列😮
ついてすぐに番号札を取って、まず江の島観光へ。
のんびりと展望台まで行ってきました。
丁度バラの季節で、天気も良かったので写真がきれいに撮れました✌
そして、いよいよとびっちょへ。
・釜揚げしらすネギトロサーモン丼・・・税込み1,890円
丼の周りに野菜もたっぷり載っていて栄養満点！？
江の島の名物しらすとネギトロを交互に楽しみます。
綺麗に盛られたサーモンは厚みがあって食べ応えが良い。
この丼は生卵か温泉卵か選べるのもポイント。
私は温玉をチョイスし、途中で味玉を投入し味変して食べました。
海苔の入った味噌汁もお出しが効いていて、海鮮丼と相性が良い。
食べるのに夢中で無言であっという間に完食しました。
