[Vlog] Mom’s Life in Japan with baby 🇯🇵 Cooking Japanese Food & Night Routine in 40㎡ small apartment
It’s Tuesday morning, the day after the previous video. I breastfed at 5:30, slept twice and woke up again. My friend will come to my house today. So I wanted to feel up, so I curled my hair. The mushroom set I ordered online. We use these mushrooms to make salted rice malt mushrooms. I’m going to use five kinds of mushrooms today. Using cooking scissors, cut the mushrooms into bite-sized
pieces. I make prepared foods when I have time and eat them over
several days so that I can eat various kinds of ingredients
every day. So-san is also cheering for me. It’s done! My friend will come home soon, so let’s vacuum! The three of us live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Now, let’s cook the rice. I think rice cooked in a pot tastes best. Then, cook the mushrooms that were cut into shape earlier. Can I grill so many mushrooms at once? No problem. If I put salted rice malt, the water will be removed from
the mushroom, the shape will be smaller, and the flavor will
be condensed. This is the handmade salted rice malt from the previous
video. Roast thoroughly to remove moisture and improve
preservability. I will give formula to So-san before our meal. So-san is so focused on my friend that he doesn’t drink
formula much. I’ll imitate drinking formula and tell him how to drink it
(I’m not sure if it’s right). Next, it’s time for adults to eat. Pickles We will have Yakiniku (Japanese-style BBQ) at home today. The good sound of meat cooking is coming. Today’s main dish is pork. We talk about our recent situation. My friend and I have been friends for more than 10 years. The dessert after the meal is ice cream. We are happy that the ice cream has two layers of flavor! When my friend held him, So-san gave a cry of joy. For dinner, I grilled the leftover meat from lunch. At night tea time, Sushi Daddy eats ice cream. “Can I have it, too?” Unfortunately, He can’t eat yet. The three of us talked and had a relaxing night. Day 3, Wednesday Let’s go out today. Cherry blossoms are in bloom in the park. At this time of year, there are shops for people who enjoy
cherry blossom viewing. I found a Pikachu vending machine. Today we will participate in a picture book reading session
at the library. On the way home, I will send the items sold at the reuse
websites from the post. “Thank you so far. Bye!!” So-san seems tired. Let’s go home. I’ll make an egg sandwich today. First, boil water… Take the eggs out of the refrigerator. Boil the eggs, turn the shells around Mix with mayonnaise, and the toppings are done! I serve it with vegetables and yogurt and put the egg toppings in the bread. Lanch is ready!! So-san is tired and sleeping. So-san became able to stay on his stomach for about 5
minutes. Now, let’s make dinner. Today’s dinner is Miso stewed Udon. I look at the back of the package and check how to make it. First, take the soup and boil the noodles. The noodles of Miso stewed Udon in Aichi Prefecture are
hard. Add the pork left over from the previous day’s yakiniku. Miso Egg Salted rice malt mushroom I am talking about what happened today with Sushi Daddy while cooking. Well, let’s eat Miso stewed Udon. Sushi Daddy puts “Shichimi” (Japanese Seven Flavor Chili Pepperon) on Miso stewed Udon. “It looks delicious.” Today’s snack is potato kenpi. It’s fried Sweet Potato.
